He purred at the thought. It had been 6 moons since they wher born and the nursery had grown in kits and honestly they wher to big for the nursery.
" Play somewhere else!"Lilystorm shoved them outside. "Go talk to the elders!"
"Okay" Deadkit said, she didn't like getting in trouble. The three kits hopped to the elders den.
"Longtooth before we become apprentices can you tell us about old ColdClan?"

"Please!" Deadkit whined.
"Okay, long ago there was white cats with long fur, those cats eventually formed a clan ColdStar was the leader, and he was fair, kind, noble, and he did his best to keep his clan together, he also did his best to keep his clan and StarClan linked, he didn't start many wars and he didn't like to be in battles, and he was very old that was his weakness. One time when ColdStar was on his last life in leafbare, the leader of DarkClan Darkstar and his deputy, Nighttalon and his fleet of warriors attacked ColdClan I was an apprentice then and I was waiting for Coldstar's tail signal but ColdStar was being attacked I didn't know what to do it was my first battle, five cats had him surrounded my mentor, Blackcrow, the deputy jumped in and died with ColdStar, and to this day I still regret it."
When Longtooth ended his story Onestar, the leader yowled and said"all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here below High Ice for a clan meeting!" Deadkit, Coldkit, and Harekit leaped up and got on high ice and almost slipped imidetly."Careful, dig you claws into the ice then climb," it was Coldkit said. The others did as instructed, and met Nightpaw at the top."Nightpaw, Hi," Deadkit said."Hey Deadkit," Nightpaw quickly whispered back. "Now shall we get going?" The black she-cat said. "Nightpaw you have been though a lot and lately andmyou are skilled at being a medicine cat, you will now be given your true medicine cat name, may StarClan look upon you always, StarClan gives you the name Nightshadow, may StarClan look upon you." She padded to Coldkit. "Coldkit until you revive your warrior name you will be known as Coldpaw, Kinktail I trust you will be a good mentor and teach everything you know to Coldpaw." She looked at Harekit. "Harekit UNTILL you revive you warrior name you shall be known as Harepaw and your mentor will be Petaldusk," she pointed her tail on a cream tabby she-cat. "And finally Deadkit your mentor will be Nightshadow." Nightshadow dipped his head in response. "Nightshadow! Deadpaw! Coldpaw! Harepaw!" The crowd of cats roared out their names like a thundering lion's roar. Deadpaw wants to become a medicine cat? Well no matter she will still be my deputy. Coldpaw happily thought.
