Haeji and Joon saw a nurse carry Ratu unconscious to an empty bed, the same bed where June used to be.
"Can I leave now?" Haeji asked Nour.
"Sure." The Tunisian nurse replied before she took out an ointment and a gauze to give it to the Daiotu thief to treat her injury. "Just put on the ointment every 3 hours and the wound will heal a lot faster."
"Thanks." Haeji said lamely, she was worried about Joon. Who knows when Patricia was going to surprise them with another electroshock therapy, courtesy of the EMCuff. Now that she was here with her older brother, how was she going to remove them?

"Did you lose this?" Stella asked June, the blonde denied it, before she walked away. Carina watched as the Izarian looked for the next contestant. Her feline eyes darted around until she spotted Sora hanging out with her friends, each of them wearing a dimension crystal.
Well look what I found. Carina saw the luster of the crystals from afar. Gato would like to see this. She took out a smartphone that belonged to the woman she killed and took a picture of the Dimension Guardians before sending it to her associate, El Gato.
"I found five dimension crystals, which one of them do you want?" Carina sent the text.

Hexice continued down the hall before he took a left turn and spotted a scaly green Reptilian, a blonde fighter, an elf, one of the scaled dogs and Breloq.
"Oh Breloq." Hexice sang. The ten foot deity turned stiff when he heard his voice.
Not today Hexice.
"There you are! I've been looking for you everywhere!" Hexice scolded him like a parent while Breloq erected a door from behind. The other fighters that were present stared at them, as if that wasn't weird enough. Where's ParaVi? He usually kept the unpredictable Deity in check.

"I've been worried sick about you." Hexice said in a worried tone, though sickening was an understatement when it came to the spade and diamond eyed Deity's fixation with the unpredictable. "I won't let you slip away this time." Hexice declared. If Ryan were present to decipher Breloq's poker face, he would tell that Breloq gave off an “you-sure-about-that?” glance the moment he opened the door and uttered, "Hasta la vista, Hexice!" The 7ft deity was close to touching the portal before it fizzled out of existance.

"Breloq!" Hexice shouted, he was so close to catching the 10ft wind up doll. He elicited a whine before he realized something. Ryan's match would be coming next, so Hexice flashed a pearlescent smile.

He could see it now... Breloq, Ryan and Felin in the arena fighting against an elf. A formidable opponent, oh yes, the suspense. A suspense that got his attention. A squeal of delight escaped him as he saw the outcome. "You won't escape me for long." The other fighters ignored Hexice as he walked away, except for Mirror. "What a shame, your winning streak is about to run out. I'd be careful if I were you, you don't know what is going to happen next once you step in the arena." Mirror then gave a derisive smirk.
It will take a lot for a combatant to defeat me. If it took a giant like Gilgamien an hour to get rid of me, what makes him think any of these competitors would? Mirror thought.

"Coming up next in the Magic Division is Ryan versus Ryo Balthyra. Who will win this match? The Deity summoner? Or the Elven warrior?" Johnathan announced.
"Later in the Melee Division: is Shadow versus Stella. Who will prevail? The Jurassic era or the Futuristic era? Find out after the commercial break." Eleanor announced before the screens gave an advertisement.

It's not a bad idea. How much is $19.40 in terms of gehnzies? Dirlu contemplated after seeing the advertisement, before she could turn back to Quinn's cubicle Eimy had found her. "Lady D'or," Dirlu saw her, Eimy walked up to her. "Did you get back what you paid for?" Dirlu opened her fan and laughed at the question.
"Obviously." Dirlu enunciated as she showed the sun engraving one one side of the gold coin before revealing the Ğ1 on the other side of the coin along with the 250ğ coins. "You can leave now." Dirlu said while she waved her fan. Eimy headed out to get something to eat.

Ruben II got out of Quinn's cubicle with 2 rories and 35 gules. In other words, he was back in square one. When he got back to the stands, Ratu wasn't in the stands. The fat Cinnabarian checked the men's restroom. The runt isn't here either. He checked the 2nd floor where most of the spectators were but he couldn't find him. Where is he?

On the arena, Ryan, Breloq and Felin waited for Ryo to enter the arena. The judges were seated, waiting for the elf to enter. The elf arrived with his hair tied to a bun. Breloq eyed the opponent before he made a remark. "You two look similar." Ryan took a look at the elf, sure the only similarities they had was dark hair color, the light skin tone and blue eyes. Though Ryo was quite tall for an elf, and well built.
"Not really." Ryan said while he watched Ryo unsheath his sword. The elf's cobalt blue eyes were focused while Ryan's cerulean ones were looking at his pointy ears and armor before the referee came into the center of the arena to state the rules once more.
"The rules are perfectly clear. No necromancy, nor death spells." To Ryo hear those words meant that this place was free from Nulekai's influence. Glen blew the whistle before Ryo set his eyes on Ryan and lunged forward to attack.

Breloq stepped in to protect Ryan before Ryo’s sword clashed with Breloq’s metal leg. Ryo jumped back. Breloq erected 20 doors on the perimeter of the arena. Ryan took Felin close to one of the doors at the edge, letting Breloq fight Ryo. The elf sent a flurry of jabs and slashes at Breloq while Breloq parried and blocked them with his leg. With a powerful thrust, Ryo pushed Breloq back. As Breloq stumbled, Ryo bypassed Breloq. Breloq tried to catch him, but failed. Ryan signed a rune in then whispered its name, and a lightning emitted from it. Ryo dodged it. Ryan signed a few more in quick succession. Ryo cuts through some and dodged the rest. Meanwhile, Breloq erected a door and entered it. With Ryo less than a couple of meters away, a door propped up from the ground almost hitting Ryo. He used the momentum of the rising door to propel himself into the air. Ryan ran to the edge door, and Breloq came out of the door. However, Ryan was too slow, and Breloq faced the opposite direction.

While the match was taking place, a powerful sorcerer caught a glance of the fight in one of the elven cities that used magic screens and saw the the match being televised. He saw Ryo Balthyra strike down at Ryan. The sight of the elf reflected in Nulekai's eyes. I finally found you, elf.

Felin then intervened by turning into her rage mode, turning into a tall, young lady wearing an attire that is similar to an Indian dancer. She then pushed Ryan aside. The aura emitting from her causes Ryo to take caution, causing him to switch into defence mode as he continued to fall. Once in close contact, Felin swiped her claws at him. Ryo’s sword takes the hit and he flew back.

Where'd that rat go? Ruben gritted his teeth before he heard the grating metallic that grated his ear.

"What's with all that racket!?" Ruben glared at before he saw Felin launched herself forward as Ryo was still in the air. Ruben's jaw slackened at the sight of Felin's adult form.

But an alarm went off declaring the end of the match. Breloq grabbed Felin to prevent further actions. He turned to Ryan who was out of bounds to due the push from Felin. Felin poofed back into her other form and cried from guilt.

Ruben stopped ogling when he came to the realization that beautiful feminine form belonged to a child. Distraught, he searched for Ratu elsewhere, unknown to him of the Deity of Trust's real age.

Breloq shook his head in disbelief. Ryan chuckled as he dusted himself off.
Felin cried, "I'm sorry! I just wanted to help! I didn't mean to push you out of bounds! Wah~!"
"Breloq, truly is the Fool," Hexice sighed as he buried his face into his hands. "To think his doors materializing is faster than an agile elf."

"It's a draw! Now is for the judges to determine who is the victor." Johnathan announced.

"Man, I hope elf boi wins..." Haeji said, drinking boba.

"Though it's difficult to determine who should take the victory. Both parties did a good job with their performance, though I did see Ryan struggling to keep up." Marie commented, while Lizzy nodded in agreement regarding Ryan's performance.
"I saw that too. We usually judge fighters individually, but since you've brought two more to fight alongside you. Ryan will be judged not only by how he fights but how he leads his team." Lizzy stated.
"Based on how well coordinated the fight was and how they worked together to protect the summoner, they did a good job as a team. Breloq made a great performance, I would estimate that he singlehandedly scored 9 points in total, Felin needs to work on her defence a little more, she also needs more control during her transformation and how she executes her attacks so she gets 7 points in total. Ryan on the other hand needs to step up. He was up to a good start, but his performance was left to be desired. 1 point in speed, 1 point in defense, 2 points in evasion, and and 1 point in accuracy. In other words, he gets 5 points in total on his own. With his team, he gets 8.6 points in total as a whole." Adrian commented before he looked at the elf. "Ryo fought well for his debut in the Gladatorium, he came up with a good strategy to come out on top. He gets 2.5 points for his speed, evasion and accuracy, and 2.3 points in defense. He gets 9.8 points in total for his performance, I have to admit that Ryo's performance is the best that I've seen so far and I don't say this to just anyone." Adrian congratulated the elven wielder.

"My favorite part was when Felin came out on the attack. And the random doors, I love surprises so I give them 9 points in total. Ryo also fought very well so I give him 8 points." Marie commented.
"I loved it, the jabs, the attacks, all of it. Ryan gets 9 points in total for the teamwork. My favorite was when Ryo catapulted himself into the air with the door, to me he gets a perfect score." Lizzy stated.
"We declare Ryo the winner of this match." Adrian notified before the combatants abandoned the arena.

"Howdy! Nice bracelet." Stella started as Haeji was staring at the EMCuff than she looked at they grey skinned teenager.
"Hi-uh, thanks." Haeji replied while she stared at the alien's sequined jacket. "Though it's not really a bracelet."
"Oh, right. Looks like one of those ancient iWatches that humans used to wear. My name is Stella. What's yours?" Stella asked as she gave a smile.
"Hwa Hae Ji, though my friends call me Haeji." Haeji replied before Stella saw Mochi.
"Aw, cute! A cat." Stella gushed at the snoozing cat.
"His name is Mochi. Though he tends to sleep a lot." Stella came closer to pet Mochi as she heard him purr.

"Ratu!" Ruben II hollered, where is the little runt anyway?

"He's at the infirmary." Haeji responded.
"Where is it?" He queried.
"Not far, you have to wall down the hall and turn left." Haeji explained while the fat redhead ran past her.

"You are such a cute cat. Yes you are." Stella cooed at Mochi while the cream and coffee colored feline gave an irritated grimace while she petted him.

Ruben entered the infirmary as he saw a Korean man in his early twenties with a pale complection. Then he entered into another room of the infirmary and found the orphan boy sleeping. The chubby Cinnabarian pressed a stubby finger on his jugular before he poked him.
"Oi! Wake up runt." Ruben lightly slapped his cheek repeatedly. When Ratu didn't respond, he actually showed concern, so he grabbed Ratu by the shoulders and shook him.
"Wake up!" Nothing, he was mortified, so Ruben thought what he should do next to wake him up. So he leaned in to Ratu's ear and whispered, “I found the prize money.”
"Finally!" Ratu woke up, letting out a yawn before he saw Ruben, arms crossed with a scowl on his face. "What?"
"I lied." Ruben told him, Ratu's expression was a mixture of disbelief and anger.
"What!? You signed me up for this tournament for nothing!" Ratu protested.
"You should know by now that I don't give up so easily." Ruben mentioned before Ratu grabbed a pillow and covered his face inside of it, leaving out a muffled yell.

"I almost forgot to ask, is this yours?" Stella showed the rouge lipstick to Haeji.
"No." Haeji responded.
"She could barely afford to pay for Joon's treatment, let alone buy a lipstick." Mochi spoke which caught Stella by surprise.
"Mochi, shush!" Haeji scolded while the cat was in Stella's arms.
"What's his illness?" Stella asked while Haeji took Mochi away from her.
"It's kinda hard to explain." The Daoitu thief started before Stella took out a stylus and a flip book.
"I'm listening."

"I can't believe after all I did to finally hit that bastard and the guy played me for an idiot." Astrid was fuming, and she wasn't the kind of person who'd get riled up so easily.
"At least it all worked out in the end. You won." Alexander said, being the supportive boyfriend.
"But it doesn't feel that way. Arggh! I can still see that jerk smirking." Astrid pouted.
"Forget about him. Don't give him the satisfaction of seeing you like that. C'mon." Alexander looked at her with his sky blue eyes, Astrid's arms were crossed, her eyebrows furrowed. His fingers walked over her shoulder before he tickled her ribcage.
"Stop." Astrid whined before she chortled.
"No, not until you're happy." Alexander smirked before he wrapped his arms around her.
"Ok," she said between giggles, "you win."
"Knock it off, would ya? I wanna get this over with." TR interrupted them.
"Let's go get a snack." Alexander murmured into her ear. Astrid hushed him.
"As much as I disagree with grouch face over here," Tr glared at Ash for her comment while she pointed her thumb at him, "he has a point. We're still here to find a lead for the hideout of the illicit Rave parts."
"I still think that Logan is looking for any excuse to search for the parts. We haven't found a single suspect. If I were him, I would file a warrant to search for the security cameras." Octavia commented while they stared at her. "What? It's a public domain."
"You know it takes days for a warrant to take effect." Alexander told her.
"Not to mention that the Rave malware has caused the deletion of over 5 million files of the local authorities and other sites on the web, including, IDs, portfolios, records, search warrants--" Logan replied.
"--alright! I get it. You don't have to remind me. It would actually help speed things up while we don't go around acting like amateur spies." Octavia commented while she followed them to what Logan considered to be “his methods” as he would like to call it.

"Well, it was fun while it lasted." Breloq commented when they got out of the arena.
"At least we don't have to fight anymore." Felin said before Ryan ruffled her hair playfully.
"You got that right." Ryan said before they spotted Hexice standing right in front of them.
"Not quite." Hexice replied in a singsong before he walked up to them. Breloq was ready to summon a door to send him away.
"Begone Hexice." Breloq uttered while Hexice put a hand on his mouth, making a mock-gasp.
"How can you treat your fellow kin so coldly?" If Breloq's beady eyes weren't sewn in place, he would've rolled his eyes at the Deity's theatrics. "I couldn't resist, so I'll tell you anyway." Hexice breathed, "you'll be fighting in another match tonight."
"What?" Ryan and Felin asked in unison. So it wasn't just me who heard that, Breloq thought.

"That must be really difficult." Stella commented while she finished taking notes.
"You have no idea." Haeji replied.
"My colleague spends time fabricating formulas, antidotes and weaponry. If I could get a blood sample from your brother, Micah could find a cure for his illness." Stella told her.
"You really mean that?" Haeji asked her while Mochi squinted at Stella surreptitiously.
"There's no harm in trying. By the way, if you want me to unlock the EMCuff that you're wearing, let me know." Stella walked away before she heard the announcement.
