Micah got out of her seat and dashed to the infirmary as fast as her short legs would allow her. Stella hazily saw the lights of the ceiling while the paramedics turned the stretcher to the left and down the hall. She heard Micah's voice call out to her. "Stella!" The Izarian groaned while they took her to the infirmary.
"Outta my way!" Micah shouted while she passed by a random stranger before she made it to the infirmary.
"Are you her relative?" Nour asked at the short alien.
"I'm her colleague." Micah pulled out a plaque with the initials I.B.I. "She got poisoned by an Indoraptor."
"You'll have to wait outside." The nurse informed.
"I've dealt with these types of cases before." Micah crossed her arms while maintaining a professional tone.
"I have to attend the patient." Nour said while the Amoebian gave an antidote that has turquoise colored liquid.
"Use this in case your detox methods fail." Micah walked out of the infirmary. Micah looked at her watch.

11:44 AM

Minutes passed while she paced back and forth muttering to herself. "Great, first she gets her way in draining the last of our fuel to end up in a faraway planet, then she has the idea to join in a fighting tournament and to make things worse, she befriends a psychopathic paleolithic fossil that was this close to killing her. If I have to put up with one more of her antics, I'm splitting."

Stella stepped out of the infirmary, back to her usual self. She saw the Amoebian pacing back and forth, muttering to herself. "Do you want anything?" She asked.

The Amoebian looked at her colleague, first with a relieved expression, then her usual indifferent demeanor. She walked up to her, as she craned her head to look at Stella. "I want to leave this place and track down Carina. You already had your fun." Micah turned away before she opened an electronic flipbook. "We don't have time to waste."

"And now the last match of the Magic Division: Sora Hasaki versus Violet." Johnathan announced, the Arivex stood up and so did Violet, the Morean kept her opened fan above her nose before giving a side glance to her opponent.

Chris flashed a smile to Sora while she was on her way to the arena. The Dimension Guardians were on their seats, Zack stood up when he spotted Sora.
"There she is!" Zack pointed at her.
"We know! Don't get your shorts in a twist." Stacey said with her legs crossed as she watched the Arivex walk to the arena. Sora's opponent was not far behind, Violet saw the spectators were watching though she didn't expect to see the sailor amidst the audience. Jacinto was still in his uniform, only this time he wore a straw samurai hat to cover his eyes. His purple facial hair and angular was still recognizable. Zack cheered and whistled to support Sora. The other Dimension Guardians watched the combatants from where they sat.

Violet lightly fanned herself while she saw Sora standing there on the other side of the arena. Her violet eyes looked at Sora's blue ones until she looked at Sora's purple gem. Then she closed the fan and put her hands behind her back as she stepped forward towards the centre of the arena where Glen stood. "You already know the rules: No necromancy, no summoning unregistered contestants, and no killing of any sort." Glen enunciated before Violet gave a nod, then Sora watched Glen step back before blowing the whistle.

Violet dashed towards Sora before throwing her fans at the Arivex, she dodged one of the fans before the blade of the other fan cut her shoulder.
"Ow!" Sora winced from the injury before the Morean Maiden caught the fans. She glared at the Arivex with her violet eyes.
"I'm just getting started." Violet said as she saw Sora bleed from the cut, though the cut was somewhat superficial.
"She can talk?" Herring asked as he raised his eyebrows in bewilderment though the other competitors stared at him for a second before looking back at the match, some of them shook their head in disapproval.
Sora covered the wound with her hand though Violet returned on the attack as she  threw her fans again, the Arivex opened a portal to send the fans into the cosmos. Irate, Violet threw a dart at Sora, though it landed on the shield that Sora made with the energy she drew from her crystal. Clearly attacking wasn't such a good idea. Violet walked towards her opponent Sora had her guard up, she used her telekinesis to raise the dart and shoot it at her opponent, the lady in lavender dodged it before Sora opened the portal to return the fans flying back to Violet. She dodged the fans before Sora used telekinesis to send the fans to attack her. Violet turned to where she sensed the fans and girated her body, not only for the viewers  to see her twirl, but to summon a sandstorm. A whirlwind of sand shielded her from her two fans, Sora covered her eyes to not let the scattered grains of sand get on her eyes. By the time the sand storm cleared, everyone saw that her violet kimono was gone, the dainty apparel was replaced with a purple and black ninja gi. Her violaceous eyes shone with a katana in each hand.
"Kunoichi Klan!" Ruben hollered before he bolted out.
With a slash of her blade, Violet cut through the wall of sand then charged at the Arivex. Sora drew her energy from the crystal to create a large shield to block the strikes and clashing metal of the katanas.
"You can do it, Sora!" Zack shouted before the other Dimension Guardians rooted for her. Sora used her telekinesis to lift Violet high up, just as her energy shield disappeared. The Morean Mercenary was paralyzed in the air before she activated her crown chakra.
Even if you defeat me, you won't be able to stop what's coming. Sora broke her concentration when Violet landed on the edge of the arena only for her opponent to disappear. The audience watched, even the other competitors were confused at her sudden evanescence.
"Where'd she go?" Sora asked as her eyes darted back and forth, not letting her guard down.
I'm much closer than you think. Sora turned around before she felt her necklace fall down her neck and into the sand. They all saw how the necklace got sliced but not who. This was just a warning of what will happen when you don't keep your guard up.
"Show yourself!" Sora shouted. They all watched her look around frantically before she faintly drew her energy to make a forcefield. Violet appeared inside the purple forcefield, the viewers saw Sora's opponent inside the forcefield, her face and torso could be seen inside the forcefield while the rest of her was invisible on the outside. Sora couldn't explain how she was able to get in so easily, but she saw that their eyes were locked at a stare down.
You are not the only one in danger. Violet stared at Sora's sky blue eyes while the Arivex looked at Morean's amethyst eyes. Her face uncovered without make-up.
What is she talking about? Sora thought.
I know what will happen to the other competitors. Violet corrected her. This tournament is a trap, the longer you stay here, the more dangerous it will be.
"Get out of my head!" Sora shouted, as she sent Violet into a portal and into the cosmos. Sora let out a sigh of relief for the silence. Finally, she's gone. Sora thought before the judges murmured, surmising that Sora might have banished her to another dimension.

"Sora, where did you send your opponent?" Adrian asked before the Arivex looked at the head judge.
"What?" Sora asked before Adrian rolled his eyes.
"Your opponent, where is she?" He asked her. Sora was quiet for several seconds before responding with “I don't know”. "You don't know? Mrs. Hasaki, if you don't return your opponent to the arena. I will assume that you did something to harm your opponent, or that you are keeping her hostage somewhere. This will result in a disqualification if you're using your magic to cheat in this tournament. You have one minute to return your opponent to the arena. If she's not found by then, you're disqualified." Adrian gave her an ultimatum.
"What? No way! That psycho was trying to kill her. And now he wants her back?!" Zack protested.
"And you know what's strange about this? Is that she was holding back." Thomas stated as he had observed the way they were both fighting.
"There's no way Sora was holding back." Zack retorted.
"He's talking about Violet." Stacey clarified, "If  she really wanted to defeat Sora she would've done it in less than a minute. She already broke through Sora's defenses with little effort. Why would a skilled assailant waste time to entertain her opponent unless she had an ulterior motive."
"Could she be another Arivex?" María asked, the other Dimension Guardians looked at her for a second.
"I highly doubt it." Stacey stated.
"Could be." Zack shrugged. Thomas looked at Sora while she picked up her purple crystal. Grains of sand falling off the aubergine colored gem.
The Arivex closed her eyes as she whispered through the crystal. Crystal, show me which part of the cosmos is she hiding? Where is she?  With a shimmer of light coming from the crystal, the purple gem glistened and showed the cosmos where the Morean Maiden drifted. Violet's silhouette hovered away, drifting at the cosmos. Where is she? Sora's voice was an echo that reverberated, a shockwave that jolted her awake. Violet opened her eyes. She saw a light that swirled into a spiral as it opened a portal. Reminding her how she had managed to leave the Prism.

Adrian looked at the timer, the seconds passing until the judges saw the portal open as Violet stepped out of the portal with her purple kimono and lilac ribbon, wearing the same formal apparel when she arrived to compete, only the white powder of her face was gone though she kept the blue horn-styled eyeliner that was painted over her eyebrows and the red rhombus bindi. She looked at Sora. One of us has to stay as a distraction. The choice is yours, you, or me?

I... but before she could think of a response she heard a whistle. She realized too late that they passed the time limit.

"And that was all for today's match in the Magic Division ladies and gentlemen! What will the judges say about this?" Johnathan announced while the judges tried to come to a decision.
"After the commercial break." Eleanor interjected.

Donna's Donuts. Try one! Y'know you wanna.

"I liked the match, though the staring contest was awkward." Marie commented.
"I loved the transformations, the fan throwing and the suspense." Lizzy comment.
"Questionable performance." Adrian commented.

"Sora, you were off to a good start. When your opponent kept attacking, you kept your guard up. Just when I thought you were about to win, you dropped my expectations the same way you dropped Violet," Marie then made a surprised face before she resumed her commentary, "like what happened? You were so close! I'm giving you 6 points..." Marie drew the number 6 with a swirl in it and showed it, "you had me in for a loop!" The young judge then looked at Violet. "I don't know how you changed your outfits in record time, but lend me your magical girl powers. I'm giving you 8 points for the way you fought and for the suspense." Marie showed the number 8 before turning it to the side to look like the infinity symbol.

"Sora, you were doing fine until you let Violet go. I don't know what kept you from doing whatever it was that you were up to. I expected for you to bring her back by opening a portal to the edge of the arena the same way you returned the fans earlier. And the awkward stare down isn't helping your case either. You get 6½ points for your performance." Lizzy commented before looking at Violet. "Violet, you fought really well. You kept me hanging when you disappeared, and the sudden drop of the crystal. The forcefield jumpscare was my favorite part of the match. I'm giving you 9 points, it would've been a perfect score if it wasn't for the awkward staring contest." Lizzy commented.

Adrian gave an indifferent glance while his bald head glistened from the lighting. "Based on your performance, Mrs. Hasaki. You get 1 point in accuracy, 2 points in defense, 1.4 points in evasion and 1.8 points in speed. In other words, you get 6.2 points in total for your performance. Fortunately, you brought your opponent back to the Gladatorium on time, otherwise you would've been disqualified." Adrian criticized before looking at the Morean Maiden. "Violet, I will evaluate your performance when you were visible. Your skill in handling weapons is quite impressive to say the least, if I might add, this is your second time participating in a tournament, isn't it?" Adrian noted when he saw Violet's form, she nodded to confirm his statement. "You get 2.2 points in accuracy, 2.5 points in defense and evasion, not to mention 1.8 points in speed, making a total of 9 points for your performance." Adrian responded while Jacinto saw the whole match. This Violet is a force to not be reckoned with. Jacinto thought while he watched the combatants leave the arena.

Hexice squinted his eye. "Something doesn't feel right..." He shrugged. "Nothing feels right being here."

Ratu and Ruben II were at the halls when they saw Astrid, Alexander, Ash, Logan, Octavia, and TR. The redhaired Cinnabarian mistook one of them for being similar to the sardhead that betrayed him. "Is that Punakas?" Ratu asked him, so he wasn't the only one who caught the resemblance. Ruben gestured the little thief to follow him.
"Ratu, I want you to snatch the weapon he's holding, or anything valuable he has on his person, if that sardhead recognizes you. He'll swipe back what you steal from him. If not, he's not Punakas." He requested.
"Are you crazy?! He'll kill me!" Ratu retorted.
"Not if I kill him first, now go!" He gave the signal for the boy to sneak up on them. Ratu followed them as he tiptoed behind them while he heard them whispering.

"Logan, are you sure this is the right place?" Alexander asked him.
"Of course I'm sure. I wouldn't waste my time bringing you here if I had doubts." Logan stated.
"I'm still convinced that we wouldn't have to go through this if you'd just filed a warrant." Octavia commented.
"I just wanna break some Raves." TR said, Ratu was starting to have second thoughts, the Punakas he knew wouldn't say something like that.
"We know, Tr." Ash responded.
Tr? Ratu stood still while they moved forward.

Ruben II waited for Ratu to lure the look alile out of hiding, but the boy returned empty handed. "What the coch?"
"It's not Punakas."
"What did you hear?" The fat Rubrum approached him.
"One of them called him Tr."
"Tr?..." Ruben registered before he thought Tr? Tar? What's the difference? Then he gave a dismissive hand wave. "Then what makes you think that he didn't change his name to avoid getting captured?" Ruben surmised.
"All that I heard was breaking raves, looking for a place, and a warrant." Ratu mentioned while he gave a shrug. Ruben thought, the warrant didn't make sense since the law didn't suit well for someone like Punakas. The breaking raves was immediately discarded, unless it was a new code word to steal. What place could they be looking for? He rubbed his chin until he came to the conclusion. They're after the prize money. "Not on my watch." Ruben said while they went after them.
"Wait? Where are you going?" Ratu asked him.
"As if I'm going to let them take the prize money." The ginger Cinnabarian went after them. Ratu slapped his forehead in disbelief.

Grim was already waiting for the last match to start. The Shadow Soldier gave an insidious grin. It won't be long for the spineless Reptilian to fight.
"I'm surprised Grim stayed calm up to this point." Melon commented, the young goddess looking at the shady Shadow Soldier.
"Which is really suspitious if you ask me." Blade replied.

"You haven't told him?!" Hae Ji asked him in a surprised tone.
"No, he doesn't know that I signed him up to fight in the match so I'm asking you to keep it a secret." Herring asked her, begged her to not tell Piros.
"You gotta be kidding me. Everyone knows that Piros is going to fight except him. How he didn't find out about this when everyone saw our names on the screen, including his is beyond me." The Daiotu thief was baffled at the absurdity of this.
"Piros can't read HaeJi. We don't come from a world or an era where everyone can read or the blind can read like you or the others. Where I'm from, only the rich and noble could read. Finding a literate commoner is slim to none." Herring told her.
"You have to tell him before he finds out from someone else." HaeJi warned him while she held her scythe as she held it behind her shoulders while June kept an eye on Mochi.
"Don't you think I know that?! He's still traumatized about what happened the last time we participated in a tournament. I just want him to regain the courage to fight again. Duke it out like how we used to, like old times." Herring stated. "When we were sparring near the arena, I could see the Piros that loved to test his strength. Even if he was holding back a little, I could see that he was having fun."
