Breloq, Ryan and Felin were hanging out in Breloq's world. A world with nothing more than a wide meadow with some hills spanning towards the horizon, and a sunless, bright, blue sky with clouds here and there. The grass and flowers rustled as they danced along with a breeze.

Felin, the Deity of Trust, pounced around on all fours, playing with the butterflies. Her long, shaggy hair flapped as she did. Then, when she cupped a butterfly within her hands, she dropped onto her belly and rolled down the hill. Laughing as she went. Once at the bottom, she took a peek at her catch. Its wings fluttered slowly. Giggling, Felin opened her hands. The butterfly stayed. Her eyes shined at the sight. Her legs kicked in excitement.  After she shifted the butterfly onto one hand, she got up, wiped her dirty, ripped clothes, and scuttled to Breloq and Ryan.

Ryan, a teenager, was laying on the grass next to Breloq. He tucked his arms under his head as he stared at the calming sky. His bangs tickled his forehead. He blew against the wind to keep his hair out, only to fail.

Breloq, a ten feet Deity of Liberty, had his knees tucked into his chest. The tips of feet-less legs dug into the dirt. His round, black, beady eyes seemed to stare blankly towards the horizon. The keys on his keyring clinked once every time the wind blew.

"Breloq," Ryan called. "What happens from here?" No answer. Ryan turned his head to Breloq. He eyed the zipper at the corner of Breloq's jaw. "Don't you want to have your mouth back, your voice, back to normal?"

The key on Breloq's back sunk in. Breloq then took off his hat and placed it on his chest as he laid down. His thin, wired, metal fingers took the slipper and slid it across where his mouth should be to the other side of his face. His lower jaw hung open.

From the abyss of his mouth, his voice emitted, "You can think of this as original." He zipped his jaw.

Though distinguishing facial cues was impossible, Ryan knew Breloq was smiling.

"Ryan, Breloq, look!" The four feet tall deity shouted. "I've caught a butterfly!" Ryan sat up, waiting for her to approach. When she did, they talked.

Suddenly, a surge of energy swept across Breloq's body. He sat up, eyeing the area. There was nothing unusual. He unzipped his jaw, and just as he was about to speak, a voice cane into his mind screaming.

"BRELOQ!" It sang.

Breloq rubbed his face with one of his hands. He groaned, "What do you want Hexice?"

Hexice chuckled, "Don't feign ignorance. I want you. Haha." He then cleared his throat. "But right now, I'm in love with something else. You felt it, didn't you?"

"I did," Breloq replied. "Do you know what it is?"

Hexice was breathing heavily, and there was a squeal before he answered, "If I knew, then I wouldn't be this excited. This thing that seemed to appear out of nowhere is filling me with new information, new ecstasy. Oh! This inmense-"

There was a low whacking sound.

"I apologize, Breloq," ParaVi intervened. "I lent him my Oculli since he was bored. I, neither did he, expected for this to happen."

"What do you see?"

"A whole new world!" Hexice sang.

ParaVi smacked him away.

"He is correct. There seems to be a formation of land mass around a body of water. My Oculli can't seem to zoom in any further."

Breloq chuckled. "A new land you say." To Ryan and Felin, he spoke, "I know what we are going to do today!"

"No!" Felin pouted. "I don't want to go. I want to stay here."

Ignoring her comment, he erected a door.

"Where?" Ryan asked.

"A new land, no, world," Breloq said with joy tapping his fingers against each other. "I can go myself if you wish to stay." He zipped his jaw.

"Not alone... It can be dangerous."

Breloq tilted his head as he contemplated. Then, he picked up Felin. She flailed about for her release as she was forced to enter the door. Ryan followed.

At the destination at the door, they arrived at the new scene of greenery. This time with trees. Breloq gave a disapproving groan.

Turning around, they saw a Colosseum.

"Rome?" Ryan spoke aloud.

"Oh, so this place is called Rome," Breloq said, intrigued.

"Or is it Greece?" Ryan turned to Breloq. "Did you take us to Earth?"

"Oh... So those places are on Earth... Well then, this is not Rome, or Greece for we are not on Earth."

"No!" Felin cried. All this time she was shaking vehemently within Breloq's hold.

The sight of a Colosseum or the thought of being in an arena haunted her. "I don't like it. I want to leave!"

"For crying out loud," Breloq spoke. "You are not an eight year old that you physically are."

She bit his waist and arm.

"The wonders of not having flesh."

"We'll just take a look," Ryan reassured Felin. "Okay?"

Felin's limbs dropped in defeat. "Okay..."

Ryan gave her head a pat. And when Breloq tried, she bit his finger.

Near the entrance of the Colosseum, stood a woman. Her golden locks were tied in a ponytail. She wore a white button up, with a puffy three-coloured jacket. The buttons of her shirt struggled to hold together at her chest. And the jacket was only popped up to the underside of her breasts. She gave a light bow as they walked up to her.

"Welcome to the Gladatorium Arena," she greeted. "My name is Patricia. I will be your guide from here."

"Wait," Ryan spoke. "You know us?"

"Not personally," Patricia replied. "We just know everyone who enters the land." She smiled. "Now, please, follow me."

"I'm still not liking this," Felin murmured.

Patricia gave a quick tour around the place. There wasn't much. Lots of trees on the outside. Stone walls on the inside. Sadly, they couldn't go into the arena.

"If you like to see the inside," Patricia began to explain, "Then you can either spectate, or participate in the arena."

Without warning, Hexice hollered into Breloq's mind: "DO IT!"

Breloq gave an exhausted look. Patricia told her head in confusion. Breloq gave her a 'wait a minute' finger. She smiled.

Turning away, Breloq replied, "What do you see?"

"Possibilities," Hexice breathed. "So many, I can't hold in this or-"

ParaVi kicked him out of the way.

"Don't mind him," he told Breloq.

"Think about it," Hexice said. "This can help Felin get over her trauma of being in a dog fight arena."

Breloq rubbed his chin, interested at the preposition.

"There are better methods of getting over a trauma," ParaVi reasoned. "This cannot end well."

"But it can," Hexice countered. "I saw all possible endings, most of which, end with her gaining confidence in these kinds of settings.

Without further discussion, Breloq turned, unzipped his jaw, and accepted.

"What?" Felin howled. "You didn't even-"

"Thank you for confirmation," Patricia said.

"Confirmation?" Ryan asked.

"You three are on the VIP list for participating in the arena. We just needed your confirmation." She gave a deep vow, turned and left.

Breloq dropped Felin. Ryan caught her.

"You hedonistic freak!" Felin roared, punching and kicking Breloq's leg. "Can't you think of someone other than yourself?"

"Don't you dare group me with Hexice," Breloq snapped. "You don't see me looking through ParaVi's Oculli for new places to seek."

"That's because you've seen all the worlds!"

Breloq gasped. "Keep that energy high. We'll need it for the fight."

Ryan consoled Felin.

"Well, we'll make the use of it," Ryan said. "Felin, you don't have to fight. Just stay on the sideline when we get in."

Felin dug her face into Ryan's shirt.

"He's a big meanie." She said, blowing raspberries at Breloq.
