Hii,
I've noticed a lot of mental illness related social media stuff pop up in the past two ish years, and I really don't want to add to it in the way nearly everyone is. It's harmful, even if the people putting out the content have a diagnosis.
So just a disclaimer that this is not meant to have anything to do with readers self-diagnosing, social media is possibly the worst place to find information on mental illnesses. This is just for me to write my emotions and experiences in poetry, and for you guys to read if you want to and hopefully validate feelings that the general society kind of pushes away or makes you feel unworthy (cuz you're not. Legit. You're awesome no matter who you are).

Sorry, I just needed to say that because I hate the way social media represents things :)
