Sorry for the lack of a poem, but lemme unpack that statement real quick (this is a rant that doesn't have to be read)

This isn't a truth that you've touched. Truth isn't something you teach, it's something you find. It will never be their truth if it is never truly theirs. Youth does not mean being unable to touch reality. It comes with being naive, but it is when you get older that you think of yourself as old.

People often think they are becoming wiser and closer to harsh reality when they have spent more years on this supposed orb we call earth, but when you believe that, it becomes your truth.

And if you are unwilling to see other truths, see the world in a different lense, I urge you to speak to someone who guides you because otherwise this darkness you led yourself to believe will solidify in those nuanced but incredibly two-sided thoughts.
