Yup, quite accurate. After an hour of hot sun and doing flag, etc. routines, all we get is what we call a "gush and go". (For those unfamiliar with gush and go it is basically a short water break.)

Every guard member has done all of these. I️ do a lot of floor catches.

I relate to this. If I don't make winter guard, then I have nothing else to do after school which means no excuses why I didn't finish an assignment.
