Percy's P.O.V

I stood in the middle of the walkway, staring stupidly at the platform signs. ...8...9...10... But no 9 3/4. A flash of red hair caught my attention. I looked and saw a short, plump middle aged woman with familiar flaming red hair and a kind face. I could immediately tell that it was Ron, Fred and George's mom. I pushed through the crowd to get to her. I tapped her shoulder.

"Pardon me, but could you please tell me where platform 9 3/4 is?" I asked politely. She smiled.

"First year at Hogwarts?" She asked kindly. I nodded.

"You just have to run through the barrier." She said and pointed to a wall.

"Just watch them." She said and pointed to a group of people carrying owls. I watched as they ran into the wall and disappeared from sight.

"See?" She asked.

"Thank you." I said and walked towards the wall. I closed my eyes as I walked through it. When I opened them, I was in a completely different place. There was a scarlet train and on the sign said 'The Hgowrats Exrpes' although with my dyslexia, it probably said The Hogwarts Express. I headed towards the train and climbed on. I walked around a bit before finding an empty compartment. I went in and settled down. A loud whistle filled the air and the train started moving. I'm off to Hogwarts I guess.
