"Add a touch of red here." Ace follows Robin's finger to the spot on the drawing. They had a free P.E. class and Ace had wanted to finish her drawing. The drawing was of one of Ace's favorite forms: the dragon. Robin had never seen one of Acelia's transformations, and Ace's ability to draw allowed Robin to have a mental picture.

"Hey, Ace. Could I talk to you for a minute?" Ace looks up to see Shawn. She could tell something was off by the way he fidgeted.

"Sure. Let's take a walk. I'll be right back, Robin." The girl nods and starts examining Ace's drawings as the two leave. Ace looks at Shawn. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing's really wrong, but...you know how homecoming is next week?" Ace nods. Shawn continues. "I wanted to ask Robin to go with me." Ace smiles.

"I think she would love to." Shawn looks at Ace.

"Thing is, I don't know how to ask her." Ace smiles more.

"Come over to my workshop. We'll get you ready."

Robin watches the two leave. She doesn't notice Flash until he sits next to her.

"Hey, Robin, what's up with Acelia and Shawn?" Flash has a glint in his eye that Robin had never seen before. She wasn't great friends with the boy, but they did get along quite well when alone.

"Nothing. They're just really good friends. They grew up together." Robin explains. "Why?"

"Just curious." Flash shrugs. Robin can tell that wasn't it, but she wasn't going to push on Flash. They boy leaves when a friend calls him. Peter appears a heartbeat later.

"Hey, Robin, got a question for you involving homecoming."

"Let me guess: it involves a certain Acelia Rogers?" Robin laughs at Peter's shocked face.

"How did you know?"

"I know you, Peter." Robin smiles.

"How should I ask her?" Peter asks, doubt in his eyes.

"Make something sweet, like a poem. She's always writing 'Roses are red' poems. Ask her using that." Robin says. Peter smiles.

"That's exactly what I'll do. Thanks, Robin."

"I really do think I like him." Ned watches Robin confess.

"Of course you do. Anyone can see that." He laughs.

"Do you think he likes me back?" Robin asks.

"I don't know. But what I do know is that he would tell Acelia anything, including his crush." Ned says. "Speaking of Ace, is Peter asking her?"

"He will. He came to me about that yesterday." Robin confirms with a smile.

"I wonder how Flash will respond." Ned randomly comments.

"What do you mean? All he ever does is tease Ace."

"I know. But I overheard two of his friends talking about him asking Ace to homecoming." Ned says.

"I pray Peter gets to her first." Robin says.

"Agreed."
