It was finally night, preeta was in karan's room sitting on couch weeping silently, suddenly Karan entered in room and saw her sitting on couch facing window, he slowly moved ahead and back hug her, she became shocked and suddenly stood up.

Karan : Kya hua preeta itni shock kyu ho (moving towards her, she was moving backwards) are aaj to hamari first night hai na (her back hit the wall, he cup her face) tumhe to khush hona chaahiye na.

Preeta jerk his hand, he angrily glare her.

Preeta : koi first night nahi hai dhokebaaz ho tum mujhse dhoke se Shaadi ki hai tumne, main nahi maanti is Shaadi ko, samjhe tum.

Karan : (hold her shoulder angrily) o really! Dhokebaazi ki baat tum na hi karo to behtar hai , Dosti me dard Diya, sirf tumhaari wajah se Mera Dil tut kar tukde ho gaye Maine Jo bhi Kiya hai na tumhe saza dene ke liye Kiya hai aur main jab jo chaahu wo kar sakta hu Mera pura hak hai tum par tum samjhi (he tighten his hold over her shoulder)

Preeta can easily see the rage, anger and pain of betrayel in his eyes. She was understanding his pain and feeling pity on him but at the same time she was so angry that how can a best friend do this by believing on enemies over bestie. She was so scared seeing him, she knew what he wanted now because of rage.

Preeta : (jerking his hand ) nahi koi hak nahi hai tumhaara mujh par ,Maine tumhe koi dhoka nahi Diya (he was staring her angrily) aur Jo dard ki baat kar rahe ho na tum to yeh jhoot hai, jis din tumhe pata chalega na sach us din tumhe pata chalega dard Kya hota hai, jab mujhe zindagi me sabse zyaada mere best friend ki zaroorat this us wakt tumne un dushmano par yakeen Kiya, yeh sach tumhe pata chalega na tab maloom padega Dil tutna Kya hota hai. Us din tumhe sabse tumhe bhi Meri zaroorat padhegi lekin Mai nahi rahungi tumhaare saath.

Saying this preeta slept on couch making Karan more angry, Karan broke the vase in anger and slept on bed.

FLASHBACK ENDS

After sometime preeta wipe her tears and went into kitchen do her remaining works and went into the room, now it was night time. Preeta thought to go the terrace before Karan comes in room, and so she do. Karan spotted her going somewhere so he follow her. He saw her going towards terrace, he was confused why she is doing so. Preeta went to the terrace, she locked it from inside and was sitting on a chair staring the stars. Karan saw all this from a small window and he gets into flashback.

FLASHBACK

It was a random day and night time in luthra house, preeta was at luthra house only because of dadi's health was not at all fine that day. So everyone insisted her and she agreed. Around midnight, Karan woke up and went to kitchen to drink water (uske room me paani nahi tha). On the way back to his room he sneaked into preeta's room and found no one, so he began to search her in whole house, at last he found her at terrace. Karan noticed preeta was staring upwards so he slowly move towards her and backhug her in a respectful manner. She immediately wipe her tears thinking Karan did not notice, but he do.

Karan : Kya hua preeta, itni raat ko terrace pe kyu ho ?

Preeta : aise hi bas neend nahi a rahi hai.

Karan : tum mujhse jhooth bol nahi sakti to kyu koshish karti ho, bolo Kya hua. Dekho tum na mujhse koi baat chup nahi sakti, batao jaldi.

Preeta : (closed eyes for seconds and open it) mujhe jab bhi neend nahi aati ya fir koi problem me hoti hu, ya fir kisi ki yaad aati hai to main aise hi stars ko dekhti hu mujhe bohot accha lagta hai. Yeh mujhe ehsaas dilaate hai zindagi me bohot log aaye aur Gaye but ye ab bhi jab andhere me parchaai Tak chod gai, aur ye mere saath hai.

(Aisa main staring star thoery isliye likhti hu because yeh Meri sach me habit hai....)

Karan : apne Papa ko miss kar rahi ho na ?

Preeta was just shocked so she hummed, Karan knew she was crying not from outside but from inside, so he thought to lighten her mood.

Karan : accha waise preeta, tumhe bhi neend nahi a rahi, ab mujhe bhi nahi, yeh haseen raat, ek ladka aur ek ladki akele aur saath, (preeta shocked) to kyu na kuch hona chaahiye.

Saying this he fully pulled her towards him by backhugging only, he keep his hand on her stomach from her hands and began to smell her hairs, preeta just closed her eyes feeling him and forget everything. He just forget that he is flirting and he deepen down in her, now his lips were slightly touching her neck, preeta felt a different sensation and came back into her sense.

Preeta : ha Karan waise to tum ekdum sahi keh rahe ho, ek ladka aur ek ladki akele saath kuch to zaroor hona chaahiye
(Listening this Karan came back in to his sense and stand properly and glare preeta shockingly). Hona chaahiye na tumhaare gaal aur mere haath.

Saying this preeta ran behind him and he too ran, after that they spent some quality time together and went to their respective rooms.

Karan came back to his sense there was a tear in his eyes, still from beginning his heart wanted to believe her but mind doesn't let him to do so, he really wanted to became a part of her pain through which she is suffering from some last days but he can't. He know there is something beyond the boundary and not her drama which is making her coward, but what.....?

On the other side, preeta was going through multiple trauma's she didn't wanted to sleep so she started drinking coffee from some days but in vain it also didn't work. She had her coffee and went to the room, sat on couch. She was badly shivering in fear as she knew today's dream is of what kind . These dreams were killing her from inside, they were so realistic for her that it almost gave heart attack. It is not easy for any other person to understand her condition because she is one who face it........and slowly slowly she dozed off going into the biggest fear of her life.
