Preeta was sitting in her room on couch near the window. She was in deep thought, she was thinking what had happened if she hadn't faint ? Had Karan was really about to cross the limits last night only on the basis of that fake photographs and on sherlyn's word ? If Karan hates her to the core then why is he still concerned for her, why still he wants her ? But all above preeta is totally aware that Karan somewhere believes on her. She want him to believe her only for once. She want him to be with her. She is now craving for support, love. But it was all waste to keep hope. So She went downstairs, there arhaan was coming from somewhere lost in other world. But preeta didn't noticed it. Accidentally they both crashed with each other.

Preeta : (rubbing her head) I am really sorry wo main.....

Arhaan : (in frustration ) oh god, Dekh kar to Chalo Kam se Kam.

Saying this arhaan left leaving preeta confused there.

Preeta : (in mind) ise Kya ho Gaya. Yeh to kabhi aisa nahi tha. Oh god, aakhir hai to Karan ka hi friend na, aaya hoga usi ka asar. Chor, chor mausere Bhai huuuhhhh.

Preeta also left from there irritadely. After sometime everyone gathered for lunch. Preeta was serving food to them, while her mind was only stuck towards Karan because it was so late and he still didn't come home. Today he was nor having any pratice neither some important work, then too where he is ?

Rakhi : preeta beta Kya soch Rahi hai. (Didn't answered)

Rakhi : preeta (again no answer, she saw her in other world)

Now this time Sameer shaked her and she came back in sense.

Preeta : ha, Kya hua Sameer tumhe kuch chaahiye.

Sameer : nahi Bhabhi mujhe to kuch nahi chaahiye, but aap kaha khoyi hai.

Preeta : nahi to main kahi nahi khoyi.

Rakhi : ha preeta, Kya soch Rahi Maine bhi do baar awaaz lagaai.

Preeta : kahi nahi actually main bas soch Rahi thi ki Karan nahi aaya abhi tak, aaj to uski koi practice ya koi kaam bhi nahi hai na isliye. Bas wohi.

Rakhi : ha, use Gaye hue time bhi ho Gaya hai pata nahi ....

At the same time Karan entered in the house. He was going straight.

Rakhi : lo preeta beta tu puch Rahi thi na aur aa Gaya Karan. Karan beta aa ja khaana khaane.

Karan look towards preeta, she suddenly lowered her eyes in fear. He noticed it and felt really bad. Then answered.

Karan : nahi mom, mujhe bhook nahi hai.

And he directly went into his room.

Rakhi : ise achanak Kya ho Gaya, nashta bhi nahi Kiya tha subah me aur ab khaana bhi nahi.

Preeta : main dekhkar aati hu.

Rakhi : ha thik hai.

She also went behind him, she slowly entered into the room, Karan was standing near the window. Karan sense it.

Karan : preeta Maine kaha na mujhe bhook nahi hai, jao mom se kehdo mujhe nahi khaana.

Preeta : Karan please Chalo na, aunty ko fikr ho Rahi hai tumhaari, wo bula Rahi hai.

Karan : (sternly) nahi.

Preeta : Chalo na tumne subah bhi kuch nahi khaaya tha thoda sa to kha lo wo......

Karan : (angrily making her scared) kaha na nahi khaana hai, ek baar me samajh nahi aaya tumhe.

He stopped then and saw her scared her eyes were having tears.

Preeta : (tearily) sorry.

Karan : (immediately calmly) sorry wo bas aise hi keh diya, kisi aur ka gussa tumhaare upaar nikaal diya,. Mera wo matlab nahi tha. Chalo tum main aata hu do minute me khaane ke liye.

Preeta just nod her head and went down. Everyone done with their luck and went to their respective rooms, while Karan went on terrace. And preeta was in room thinking about karan's behavior, she is just fed up of everything happening around her, everthing.

On the other side,

Karan was on terrace, drinking wine. He was in anger or guilt ? But something was definitely broking him.

He took a glass of wine and start drinking it closing his eyes,

" Bataao kitne paiso me biki tum"

And completed it in one go.

He took another glass of wine,

" Dhokebaaz ho tum, Meri Dosti ke kaabil nahi ho."

And completed this also in one go.

Then took another glass,

" Karan please Mera yakeen karo, Maine kuch nahi Kiya.
Nahi preeta Arora bikaau ho tum, tum par yakeen karke hi Maine sabse badi galti ki"

Again completed it in one go.

Karan was continuously drinking wine in anger. At the same time, arhaan who was passing by saw Karan and he went towards him.

Arhaan : (shockingly) Karan Kya kar raha hai tu, ruk.

Arhaan took the glass from karan's hand, but he took another one and start drinking it. Karan was not listening to arhaan, he was continuously drinking. But arhaan tightly hold him from shoulder and made him stand properly.

Arhaan : (shouts) Karan hosh me aa, Kya kar raha hai, pagal ho Gaya hai tu. Dekh Kya halat bana rakhi hai apni.

Karan : (became calm and leave glass from hand) pehle pagal ho Gaya tha, hosh me to ab aaya hu.

Saying this Karan sat on the chair, he was having tears in his eyes. Arhaan sense something different in his eyes, he also sat there with him.

Arhaan : (made him look into his eyes) Karan Kya hua hai tujhe, kyu aisa ban Gaya hai tu. Pehle to kabhi aisa nahi tha. Bol na.

Arhaan : Karan. Aisa kuch nahi hai, tu apne aap ko dosh Dena baandh kar, tu kisi me fail nahi hua hai. Tu...

Karan : nahi arhaan, tujhe nahi pata, Maine nahi bacha paaya kisi ko, us sherlyn se (arhaan fist his hand listening sherlyn's name, he became so angry, but somehow he controlled it) Mai khud ko, mere Bhai ko, meri family ko, Meri...... Mai kisi ko nahi bacha paaya.

Arhaan : (keeping his hand on his shoulder ) karan, Bhai tu bol to sahi hua Kya hai.

He tearfully look at him. He told him all the things happened from few days.

Karan : pata hai jiske udaas chehre se bhi mujhe nafrat thi, aaj uske zindagi ke sabse bade dukh ki wajah main ban Gaya hu. Sab khatam ho Gaya, kuch sahi nahi hua, sab kuch khatam ho Gaya, sirf aur sirf Meri wajah see. Main khud ko kabhi maaf nahi kar paaunga.

Arhaan now felt guilty listening karan's words. He thought he was not supposed to do that, only for his sister's revenge.

Arhaan : Karan Dekh kuch khatam nahi hua hai. Tu chaahe ho abhi sab think ho sakta hai. Bas koshish kar.

Karan : hmm.

Karan and arhaan talk for sometime on terrace suddenly Karan got a call from sameer. He pick it.

Karan : (after listening and in rage) bohot acchi baat hai, tu wahi wait kar, jab main bolunga tab unhe lekar andar aana.

And he cuts the call saying this.

Karan : (ragefully) ab asli game shuru hoga. Now you are gone Mrs.luthra. Ab dekhna main Kya karta hu. Now you will regret for all your misdeeds. Ab tumhe mujhse koi nahi bacha sakta.

Arhaan was confused on Karan's word, while Karan goes downstairs in the hall.
