Now, welcome to our twenty-third contest!

This contest idea comes from @rahararex7. This week you must write a short story inspired by one of the following picture prompts! You can choose which picture you wish to write about (or you can use both), but please either post the picture you use in your entry or let me know which one you use.

Pictures (requirement):

Word Limit: 4,500

Due date: August 13, 2017 (make sure we have commented on your entry by then, otherwise it means we have not received it and it will be disqualified)

Exceptions: (these are not tolerated in the story. If any of these are found in an entry it will be disqualified.)

•ANYTHING 17+
•Nothing explicit, make it appropriate for a younger audience please
•Nudity
•Gay, lesbian, or homosexual content.
•Language/swearing

To enter:

1) TAG TWO PEOPLE in this chapter (not in your own book) who you think might be interested and comment that you are entering.

2) Write the story within the word limit and restrictions above.

3) Title the chapter of the entry: Contest 23. That way, our judges can find it easily.

4) Post it on your profile, on a new book, or within one of your pre existing books before the due date. (Whatever way works best for you)

JUDGE SECTION

I was quite disappointed by the judges performance last week. Only two of the judges fulfilled their duties. Remember, if you guys don't keep up with the entries and when you need to read them, then I'll have to bump you off the judging board. I'm sorry, but I need people who will be responsible so I don't have to keep reminding everyone. Thank you!
