INGREDIENTS :

Cauliflower - 1
Corn flour - 1/2 cup
Chicken 65 masala powder - 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt- as needed
Oil - for deep fry

STEPS:

STEP 1 : Cut cauliflower into small pieces.Wash cauliflower well and put cauliflower in salted hot water and add turmeric powder and soak it for 5 minutes. Drain the water well and let it cool.

STEP 2 : In a bowl,mix cornflour, chicken 65 masala powder and cauliflower together. Mix well until cauliflower coated well with corn flour. Sprinkle some water if needed. Leave it to marinate for 20 minutes.

STEP 3: Heat oil and deep fry the cauliflower till it becomes golden brown and crispy.

COOKING TIPS

When boiling potatoes or eggs, add a pinch of salt to the water. This will help peel the skin easily later.
