(Armored) Mobile Suit

The XVX-115 Pleione is the disguised upgrade of the GAT-X105 Strike piloted by Kira Yamato.

Because the Strike became the well-known "White Devil of Vanadis" by the Mobile Suit Defense Council, Kira asked Elnora, now known as Prospera Mercury, to disguise the Strike, which she did. The Strike Gundam is mostly covered with Chobham Armor, which is the same armor used by the RX-78NT-1 Alex Gundam and AGX-11 Over.on Gundam at the UC Timeline. The armor's colors are olive green and cover the Strike's legs, chest, and face of the Strike Gundam, the shoulders were replaced with an improved shoulder equipped with thrusters to increase the Pleione's mobility, and the front skirts were replaced with improved armor. The Pleione's faceplate was detached by the Dilanza when it first fought the Pleione and Aerial to reveal the Strike's face, and further in the story, the armor then purged to reveal the Strike, with its shoulder frame exposed and the front skirts gone, when it fought Guel Jeturk's Daribalde.

Armaments

"Igelstellung" 75mm Automatic Multi-beam barrel CIWS vulcans

Anti-aircraft defense cannons are mounted on both sides of the head. These light projectile weapons are used to intercept missiles, destroy lightly armored vehicles, etc. The CIWS has been switched from bullet ammunition to beams at its time at Mercury, a major improvement.

"Armor Razor" Beam-Generated Combat Knives

Stored in the side skirts, the Armor Schneider was then upgraded into the more powerful "Armor Razor" Beam-Generated Combat Knives, which can theoretically pierce through Phase Shift Armor. The "Armor Razor" can't be used to block oncoming Beam Saber attacks from mobile suits because of the lack of technology or needed materials on Mercury so it can block beam sabers, so they stuck with the beam saber data of the Aile Pack instead. It can be attached to the improved 57mm High-Energy Beam Rifle's stud so it can act as a bayonet. The Armor Razor is equipped with a separate battery, which only lasts 20 minutes. It can be charged again when it's stored inside the Strike's Side Skirts.

The Strike's primary ranged weapon, can be stored on the side skirt armor, and can easily destroy a ZGMF-1017 GINN with one shot, but is mostly ineffective against suits with anti-beam coating. It has an additional handle that can shift to the side and is often used for extra stability when the Strike is firing its rifle rapidly. 

Shield

A piece of equipment designed to increase the Strike's defensive capability is mounted on the left forearm and/or handheld. The shield does not have phase shift armor, so it is not as durable as the Strike's armor, but it also does not drain energy each time it is hit. The shield's major advantage is that it is anti-beam coated and can block or deflect beam weapon attacks, against which phase shift armor is ineffective.

"Ursa Minor" Small Shield

Based on the Strike's Beam-Coated Shield, the Small Shield was equipped at the Pleione's left arm. 

Armmounted Beam Cannon

Strapped onto the Pleione's right arm, with a shield, of course, the Cannon can only fire 8 single shots and it can't rapid fire. It can be reloaded with cartridges that are equipped on the strap or at the back of the Pleione. The cannon's firepower can destroy a mobile suit with a single shot or can destroy the limbs or head of the enemy mobile suit, but it can't damage advanced mobile suits like the Daribalde.

CB116 "Caliburn" Sword

Based on the Schwert Gewehr, it is a physical sword that has a laser blade along the cutting edge, but instead of a large sword, its size was decreased. The sword can be parried with beam sabers since the blade was laminated.

Special Features and Equipments

Hardpoints for Striker Packs

The key feature of the Strike is its ability to equip additional equipment in the form of striker packs. Each striker pack is designed to outfit the Strike with the equipment needed to fulfill specific combat roles with maximum efficiency. But since the Strike is in disguise, it can only equip the battery packs of both the Sword and Launcher Striker and the Aile Striker.

Combined Phase Shift Armor

 Now in Ad Stella, the Strike's armor is now equipped with (insert WFM Armor name) Armor used by most Ad Stella Mobile Suits, but it still retains the Phase Shift system so basically it's Trans Phase Shift now, minus the double layer so its called Combined Phase Shift.

Chobham Armor

An armor used to disguise the Strike. It can withstand beam attacks, but if a beam with a power output is used on the armor, it'll purge off from the Pleione revealing the White Devil itself, the Strike Gundam when advanced weaponry, like the Daribalde's, damages the armor.
