Marinette's pov

I was so surprised when Adrien said that he and Lilia were together. But I shouldn't jump to the conclusion that they were together together. Right? I took some steps backwards and turned slowly. It got really cold as I left the stand. I looked up and down trying to dismiss the tears about to come.

With out warning my legs ran out of the room. Again into the freezing, damp, darkness. I fell to the floor as tears rushed out. I couldn't breath. My world seemed to end. He was my everything. I was nothing. I thought, honestly thought, that I would find a good love. Some one who treats me right. And I did for a while.

Lilia, I don't believe we were friends. Maybe she didn't know, I thought wistfully. At this moment I wanted to die.      But first I needed to use my rock and see the past.
