She ran her comb through her hair, glancing at the digital clock next to her bed.

1:50

She sighed happily.

The boy she had been secretly crushing over had finally said he felt the same and asked her out. Today was their first date and they were going to her favorite cafe.

If he would get here.

Why am I even mad? She thought. He's not supposed to be here until 2:15.

She was impatient.

She was about to text him when she heard a car door close outside. She looked outside and saw him walking away from a blue car.

(A/N: I dont know what kind of car. Just picture your favorite. Or a reasonable one.)

She spun away from the window and took a few deep breaths.

A soft knock came from the front door. She hurriedly grabbed her purse and opened her bedroom door. She slid down the banister as he was walking in the front door.

Wow, his mouth was slightly open, looking up in awe as she slid down the banister. She got to the end and hopped off.

She smiled at him. Her smile held so much happiness he wanted nothing but to know if he was the reason she was smiling so.

"OK, I think we'll be going now," he said to her mother.

"OK, you two. Have fun! Oh wait not in that way! I mean enjoy yourselves! Wait! Like, dont do anything outside the lines-" her mom stuttered, visibly embarrassed.

"Mom," she said, hugging her mother. "We'll be fine. We're only going to a cafe."

"Oh OK," her mother said. "Well, have fun!"

"We will," she replied walking out the door.

He followed.

He closed the door and turned to her. She was visibly nervous.

"Are you OK?" He asked.

She jumped a little, as if his words startled her.

"O-oh yeah. I'm just nervous. I've never been on a date before," she said looking down.

"Really?" He asked, walking down to the passenger side of the car.

"Why? Are you surprised?" She smirked, walking down behind him.

"Actually, yes," he opened the door and held it open for her. "Because a girl as beautiful as you should have a trail of broken hearts where ever you go."

A/N: OMG I could feel the girls anxiety and it was gonna drive me crazy. I will upload 1-2 more parts to this one.
