Okay so first, load the image you want to manipulate in PicsArt.

Second, load the celeb's PNG you want. Make sure their heads are positioned similar to the heads in the image AND I would also advise clear, high quality PNG's.

Third, using the brush tool, erase the unwanted parts of your PNG. You may have to adjust the hardness of the brush a few times depending on which parts you are erasing.

Fourth, adjust the size until it efficiently covers the face below. You may have to erase more parts of your PNG to make it look more natural (ex; neck, hair, etc.)

Fifth, select the tab that says "Effects" then "Color" and play around with the saturation, brightness, and contrast until it blends in with the neck or exposed skin of the original image. Then save it (press the check). It won't match perfectly, but don't worry, you will be able to fix it a bit later.

Sixth, if you want to add another celeb, repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 with your other PNG until you're happy and satisfied. Then, of course, save it.

In my case, before I added Selena, I drew over Sandra's ponytail using the Draw tool.

Seventh, apply your desired filter(s) and bam! you're done. This will nearly always cover up the non-blended sections so... yay!

Then, save it in your gallery as a PNG!

The reason her head looks a bit off is because I was in a hurry lol but I hope this helped y'all a little! I know I'm absolute crap at explaining and I apologize for that! But maybe this gave you enough information/guidance for you to create your own manip!
