Wie sicher alle in Europa lebenden Menschen mitbekommen haben, war um den 9. Juni herum Europawahl.

Und alle demokratieliebenden Menschen waren über die Ergebnisse wahrscheinlich sehr bestürzt.

Und auch wenn Wattpad keine politische App ist, bin ich schon der Überzeugung, dass auch wir zeigen können und sollten, dass wir mit dem Rechtsruck der Gesellschaft nicht einverstanden sind.

Darum freut es mich, dass floating0flower9921, Gewinnerin der letzten Runde, sich für ein diesbezügliches Thema entschieden hat.

Ziel ist es, ein Cover zum Thema Demokratie, Anti-Antisemitismus und Freiheit zu gestalten.

Um euch auch gestalterisch etwas herauszufordern, wird es eine Symbolvorgabe geben.

Ihr sollte auf eurem Cover eines dieser drei Symbole verwenden:

Die Black Lives Matter Faust, das Peace-Zeichen oder die Waage als Zeichen der Demokratie/des Rechtstaates.

Symbolvorgabe bedeutet, dass ihr nicht exakt eines dieser drei Bilder dort oben verwenden müsst, sondern nur das jeweilige Symbol, ob gezeichnet, bunt oder schwarz-weiß.

Darüber hinaus sollte das Symbol nicht "zufällig" ins Cover eingebunden sein, sondern das Gesamtwerk schon eine zum Thema passende Aussage vermitteln.

Gerne dürfen auch verwandte Themen wie Klimaschutz und LGBTQIA+ thematisiert werden, aber gerade zu letzterem werde ich diesen Monat anlässlich des Pride-Months noch ein Special oder eine Runde machen - dazu gibt es also noch Gelegenheit.

Die Deadline ist der 26.6.24 (nächste Woche Dienstag).

Die Auswertung der aktuellen Runde kommt wohl morgen oder übermorgen, spätestens Freitag. Ich muss sie nur noch ins Wattpadkapitel übertragen, bewertet ist schon alles.

I'm sure everyone living in Europe will have noticed, the European elections were held around the 9th of June.

And all democracy-loving people were probably very upset about the results.

And even though Wattpad is not a political app, I am convinced that we too can and should show that we do not agree with the rising radical dominance in politics.

That's why I'm delighted that floating0flower9921, the winner of the last round, has chosen a topic related to this.

The aim is to design a cover on the subject of democracy, anti-anti-Semitism and freedom.

In order to challenge you creatively, there will be a symbol requirement.

You should use one of these three symbols on your cover:

The Black Lives Matter fist, the peace sign or the scales as a symbol of democracy/the rule of law.

Symbol requirement means that you do not have to use exactly one of these three images above, but only the respective symbol, whether drawn, coloured or black and white.

In addition to that, the symbol should not be "randomly" integrated into the cover, but the overall work should convey a message that fits the theme.
