This AU plays out like a butterfly effect video game

It involves with Brotato being the main character, and lives with Kyle and Hwnt

Throughout the game you run into awful creatures and have to kill them in order to save Brotato's two friends, and keep them a secret from them at the same time

Finally, when you defeat the boss, you're given a choice whether or not to tell the two friends.

Both lead to the same ending but with different results

Either with Brotato killing the friends and being placed in a mental hospital

Or having his friends place him in the mental hospital

And only to find out those 'creatures' were human disguised with Brotato's delusions and hallucinations
