Do tell what you think of the shading, especially the lighting in Luigi's half. The most annoying thing by far was Mario's frame...of course. The divider is supposed to be like the cutaway view of the mansion's walls when the player is viewing it. I guess I couldn't think of anything better.
It's supposed to be a deep moment... while drawing it, I happened to find a quote that I think applies very well. So I'll let you think about it:
Doubt is a pain too lonely to know that faith is his twin brother.
If Luigi is overcoming Doubt, he's got to realize that Mario is most definitely Faith.
