This is Taiya. The Science Lab decided that, after their success with Spyte, they should create another 'Flame Freak'. That's where Taiya comes in.

She went through the same thing as Spyte, except Heatran wasn't there to protect her. However, she was a Roserade already, and toughed it out. This, plus her constant skill at escaping magma storms, made her a Fire and Poison Type, replacing Grass with Fire.

All of her grass type physical moves are covered in flames because she can set her bundles of flowers on fire.
