Masamune Moriyama/Red Samurai Ranger: Coming from a japanese wealthy family, Masamune Moriyama is fascinated by samurais, and occasionally trains to become one. One day, his father's company was bought by Stark Industries, and this angered Masamune. Then his father gave him a Shodophone, and told him to be a hero of his own. He did so, and now he is known as the Red Samurai Ranger.

Eddie Brock/Venom: Bonded with the symbiote, Edward Brock seeks nothing but revenge on Peter Parker. By finding out that Terry Riendhardt got kicked out of the Avengers for a crime he didn't commit, Eddie's hatred for them grew bigger and it made him and Venom one again.

T'Challa/Black Panther: T'Challa abandoned the Avengers after finding out that Terry Riendhardt was innocent. Then he exposed Tony Stark's inner doing, leading the Stark Industries to fall. T'Challa even provided a base for Terry and his team in Wakanda.

Tung Riendhardt: Terry's grandfather, and the only one who cared about him. He passed the mantle of Crimson Cowl to his grandson, believing that he can still be a hero.

Enemies:

Jeff Riendhardt/Steel Spider: Terry's father. He worked for the Stark Industries until T'Challa exposed his boss' inner doings. Now he holds a grudge against the Black Panther and vows to make the King of Wakanda pay for what he did.

Mary Riendhardt/Spider-Woman: Terry's mother. She used to be friends with Virginia Potts until she betrayed her boss Tony Stark. She also bears a grudge against her father-in -law.

Tari Riendhardt/Spider-Girl: Terry's sister, she was always jealous of her brother being a superhero. After receiving the cowl from her patents, she seeks to prove herself better than her brother.
