(Terry is seen meeting with Alex Reed.)

Terry: Who are you?

Alex: I'm Alex Reed, also known as... (the Iron Patriot Armor parts come and attach into him) ... Iron Patriot.

Terry: And what brings you here?

Alex: I'm here to help you to protect the innocent and kill supervillains.

Terry: Very well. You're in.

Alex: Good. Together we will prove that Stark is nothing compared to us!

????: I hope you guys got an available spot for me.

(Then they see Masamune Moriyama.)

Alex: You must be Masamune Moriyama.

Moriyama: The heir of the Moriyama Company. (frowns) Or I was until Stark bought the company illegaly.

Terry: (pats Moriyama's shoulder) We'll have our revenge on Stark.

(Meanwhile, Black Panther is seen hacking into the S.H.I.E.L.D's security system. In one of the videos, he finds something which susprises him.)

Black Panther: What the...

(Black Panther sees Mystique disguising as Terry Riendhardt and stealing S.H.I.E.L.D's files before handing them to Doctor Doom.)

Black Panther: So Terry was innocent after all...

(He then gets the video and quickly gets out of the place.)

(Next day, Crimson Cowl is seen at the semi-disabled Moriyama Company's rooftops along with Iron Patriot and Masamune Moriyama, who is wearing a Red Samurai Ranger uniform.)

R.S.R.: Okay, the footage should be inside the security room.

C. Cowl: We should get the evidences before Stark destroys it.

R.S.R.: Got it.

(Then Venom comes in.)

C. Cowl: Are you ready?

Iron Patriot: You bet we are!

C. Cowl: (smirks) Let's kick some ass!

(Then they crack their knuckles and prepare for the battle against the Avengers.)

(Captain America, Hulk, Quicksilver, She-Hulk, Hawkeye, Namor and Spider-Girl are seen inside of the Moriyama Company looking for something until a bomb approaches them and explodes. Then Crimson Cowl comes in.)

C. Cowl: Well, well, well, ain't this a fun group.

(The Avengers gasp while Tari glares at him and makes contact with her parents and the other Avengers before looking back at him.)

Namor: (shocked) How did you get here?

C. Cowl: I have my ways. And now prepare to feel my wrath.

Hulk: (glares) Hulk smash cocky spider!

(Suddenly Red Samurai Ranger comes in and cuts Hulk's right eye.)

Hulk: AAAARGH! SWORD BOY CUT HULK'S EYE!

(Hulk punches Red Samurai Ranger with all rage, but Venom manages to catch him.)

Quicksilver: Terry, who is this guy?

R.S.R.: I am Masamune Moriyama, heir of this company which was bought illegaly by Tony Stark!

Hawkeye: (shocked) What, you are the son of Norka Moriyama?

C. America: (shocked) I thought Norka had no son.

C. Cowl: Oh, but he had. Just like I have a new friend. You can come out now.

(Then Iron Patriot comes in, scaring the shit out of Captain America and his group, especially She-Hulk.)

Iron Patriot: Stark's friends, huh? I wonder what will be his reaction when he sees his friends dead...

Hulk: (angry) IRON MAN WANNABE WILL NOT KILL HULK'S FRIENDS!

C. Cowl: You're first, big guy!

????: You will not kill anyone, son.

(Then he turns to see Iron Man, Iron Spider, Captain Marvel, Thor, Vision, War Machine, Ant-Man, Wasp, Nova, Black Widow, Steel Spider and Spider-Woman.)

R.S.R.: You took everything from me, Stark.

Iron Man: I don't know you!

R.S.R.: You will!

(Iron Spider tries to attack, but Venom grabs Spider-Man and rips his armor off before biting his leg.)

Iron Spider: AAAAAAAAARGH!

(The Avengers get shocked while Iron Man is completely pissed. Then Steel Spider looks at Crimson Cowl.)

Steel Spider: (shocked) S-s-son. Who are they?

????: They are the Dark Avengers!

(Then the Avengers see Black Panther.)

Iron Man: T'Challa? What are you doing?

Black Panther: What I should have done some weeks ago!

(Then Black Panther shows a footage of Mystique disguising as Terry and stealing S.H.I.E.L.D.'s confidential files. Everyone gets shocked by this. Unbeknownst to the Avengers, the footage was already broadcasted worldwide.)

Black Panther: No wonder your father hates you, Jeff. You're just a pitful fake hero, just like your wife. And your daughter is just a spoiled brat, who was always overshadowed by Terry. And she will always be!

(Steel Spider gets angry and tries to attack Black Panther, but Iron Man puts his hand on his shoulder and sakes his head before walking towards the king of Wakanda.)

Black Panther: I wouldn't try it if I were you. We're being broadcasted worldwide.

Iron Man: (glares) Why are you doing this?

Black Panther: Because you are no hero, Stark. You're nothing but a traitor who buys other people's companies without their consent. (looks at Red Samurai Ranger) And the samurai kid's father is one of them.

(Iron Man is shocked by seeing that the Red Samurai Ranger is the former heir of the Moriyama Company.)

Iron Spider: (angry) YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO US!

Black Panther: (smirks) Of course I can... Peter Parker! And Terry's grandpa already knows that! Why? Because HE is the one broadcasting it!

(Meanwhile at Daily Bugle, Johan Jameson slams his table angrily)

J.J.: (angry) I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT CRIMINAL WAS INFILTRATED AT MY BUGLE ALL ALONG!

(At Oscorp, Harry is also furious.)

Harry: (angry) HOW COULD YOU, PETER? I TRUSTED YOU! YOU KILLED MY FATHER!

(At the school, everyone gets surprised while Flash Thompson sighs in annoyance.)

Flash: And to think that squishy Parker was Spider-Man...

(Back to Moriyama Company)

Iron Spider: (pissed off) THIS IS NO FAIR! YOU REVEALED MY IDENTITY! YOU RUINED MY LIFE!

Iron Man: Calm down, kid!

Black Panther: And another thing, the world knows now that you, Tony Stark bought the Moriyama Company illegaly.

(The Avengers get shocked, Iron Spider is seen crying while Iron Man tries to comfort him. Steel Spider feels heartbroken by knowing that his father helped Black Panther to expose the Avengers' wrongdoings. Spider-Woman tries to confort her husband and both Spider-Girl and Iron Man are pissed due to Black Panther having helped Crimson Cowl to ruin their lives.)

Spider-Girl: YOU RUINED MY FATHER'S LIFE!

Iron Man: YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS, TRAITOR!!

Black Panther: (smirks) I don't think so, Stark.

(Black Panther nods to Crimson Cowl.)

C. Cowl: Dark Avengers Assemble!

C. Marvel: DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH...

(Iron Patriot shoots Captain Marvel in the leg, and Nova gets angry.)

Nova: You have gone too far! Avengers Assemble!

(Nova charges at the Dark Avengers while the others are simply standing as Iron Man glares at them.)

Iron Man: YOU HEARD HIM! ASSEMBLE!

(The Avengers decide to do so. And then Falcon comes in.)

Falcon: These bastards will get what they...

(Red Samurai Ranger stabs Falcon in the gut, and then Venom eats his head.)

Venom: Delicious.

Steel Spider: (angry) I WILL KILL THIS PANTHER!

C. Cowl: Destroy them all.

(Then the Dark Avengers battle the Avengers while Black Panther is seen running away. Steel Spider angrily chases after him. Then Winter Soldier comes in and looks at Captain America.)

W. Soldier: I'll go and help Jeff, Steve.

C. America: (nods) Go ahead, Bucky. I'll cover you!

(Winter Soldier follows Steel Spider to the rooftop, where Black Panther sees Okoye and Shuri waiting for him. Suddenly Steel Spider comes in.)

Steel Spider: YOU SHALL NOT RETURN TO WAKANDA ALIVE!

Black Panther: We'll see about that! (to Okoye) Get him!

(Okoye fights Steel Spider, who uses his mechanical spider legs to try to kill Okoye, but she defends herself with her spear. Then Shuri uses her own weapons, and shoves Steel Spider off, destroying his armor.)

Black Panther: You had this coming, Jeff. Your son is going to be a great hero. As for you? You are nothing.

(Winter Soldier comes in and draws his gun.)

W. Soldier: THE KING. DIES. TODAY!!

(Winter Soldier tries to shoot Black Panther, but Okoye defends him by spinning her spear, and then the wakandian trio escapes in their ship, leaving Bucky angered as he punches the wall.)

W. Soldier: DAMN IT!

(Then the Avengers come in, except for Iron Man and Iron Spider as Black Widow sees Winter Soldier sobbing.)

W. Soldier: I failed my mission.

Thor: WE failed. Black Panther escaped, Venom killed Falcon, Peter Parker had his identity exposed, and Hulk lost his eye.

B. Widow: We must not forget about Stark. It's just a matter of time until all of Stark Industries' assets get frozen.

Spider-Woman: And if this happen, we will lose another member...

Vision: Because Stark will no longer be able to build his armors...

C. America: And with Terry's innocence proved, people will stop trusting us...

Steel Spider: And this is all T'Challa's fault!

C. America: Your father also got involved in this. And now that your son is free to roam around and kill villains, we must do whatever it takes to bring him back.

Iron Man: (comes in) And your son took everything from me! Now it's time to return him the favor.

Vision: And we must find his grandfather before Terry and his teammates do it.

Quicksilver: Or we will all be killed by the Dark Avengers, and nobody will miss us.

Steel Spider: We will bring our son back, and he will forgive us, whether he likes it or not.

Iron Man: (smirks) Let's find Tung Riendhardt.

(Unbeknownst to the Avengers, Terry is seen watching them along with Simon Williams, also known as Wonder Man.)

Wonder Man: Thank you, Terry. You made Stark feel the very pain I felt when he destroyed my life.

C. Cowl: It's just a matter of time until you get your company back. Same goes to Moriyama.

(Meanwhile in Wakanda, Black Panther is seen talking with Crimson Cowl.)

C. Cowl: Consider yourself a member of the group, your highness.

Black Panther: Thanks, Terry. What now?

C. Cowl: The Avengers are now after my grandpa. I need you to hack the Avengers' system and put them to a restraining order before they get to kill my grandpa. (shows some pictures) And find these girls for me.

Black Panther: (sees the pictures) Okay... Wanda Maximoff, Gwendolyn Stacy, Elektra Natchios, Jessica Jones and Kamala Khan. So you want me to convince them to join us.

C. Cowl: Wanda, Kamala and Gwen care for me more than the others. They're the only friends I ever had. And just between us... I started developing feelings for them. Anyway... and when I met Elektra and Jessica Jones in person, they have been always good to me and I helped them. So I want them for my team.

Black Panther: We might need another member.

????: You can count me in.

(Then they see second screen showing Wonder Man.)

C. Cowl: Welcome to the Dark Avengers, Simon Williams.

(Then the screen goes black.)
