Ash prepared himself. It was finally time for him to battle Leon. Ash was talking with Professor Cerise, making some adjustments to his team.

Goh walked into the stadium, having just come back from catching some more galar pokemon.

"Almost time for Ash's match! I sure hope he can pull this off."

Goh took a seat in the 5th row. About 3 minutes later, the announcer began speaking.

"Laides and Gentlmen, Boys and Girls, and, of course, Pokemon. Today we have one of the most anticipated world championship matches. On the west side, we have the Alolan champion, the youngest of the masters eight, currently ranked #5, Ash Ketchum!"

As the announcer said his name, Ash walked onto the feild. The crowd roared.

"And on the east side, we have the Galar champion, currently ranked #1, Leon Dande!"

As he walked out, the crowd roared even louder.

A referee on an Aegislash came floating down. "This will be a full, six-on-six battle! Trainers, send out your pokemon!" He announced.

"Aegislash/Gengar come on out!" Ash and Leon called out simultaneously.

Both appeared after a flash of blue, calling out their battle cries.

"Trainers ready?" They both nodded. "Alright. Battle, begin!"
