Chap 5

Later that night, TaeYeon called all of us down to the hall for another sit-down game. I got up lazily after an afternoon nap and headed down. I sat down and kept my eyes locked on her room door.

As everyone was settling down, I kept on looking out for her. She's still isn't down yet and I was somehow bothered by her absence. Moments later, I saw Tiffany pushing her out of the room with her saying loudly.

"I don't want to play any more sit-down games. I've had enough of it."

"Come on, Sica. We are playing a different game now, not truth or dare."

"What game are you guys playing then?"

"Oh, you'll see."

They walked down and sat beside TaeYeon. I nudged SooYoung who was counting her bags of potato chips.

"SooYoung, the game's starting."

"5, 6, 7â?¦Wait a minute! Someone stole my potato chips! I brought 8 bags!"

"You ate it earlier, remember?"

"Oh yeah, I did. I totally forgot." We both turned back to the others and waited for TaeYeon to explain the game.

"Okay, so here's how it goes. You guys spin the bottle on the floor and see who does the bottle points to."

"That's like truth or dare, right? You lied, Tiffany!"

"Wait, listen. My Fany didn't lie to you, Sica. After that happens, you and whoever that person that the bottle points to enter this closet right here." She said as she pointed to a closet on the right.

"Here's the good part." Tiffany said while winking at TaeYeon.

"And then, you have 7 minutes to do whatever you want in that closet."

"7 minutes?" I questioned.

"Yeah, so who's first?"

"Me!!!" I could hear Fany shouted loudly.

"Okay, here you go Fany." TaeYeon said as she passed the bottle to Fany.

"Okay, here goes!" Everyone looked on as Fany spun her bottle. I stared at the bottle just like everyone else did. Then, it stopped.

"Kim TaeYeon, you are mine!" I could see her grinning widely.

What are those two up to this time?

"Okay, 7 minutes!" Sunny said out loud while looking at her watch. We watched them both enter the closet and sat still.

"So, what do we do now?" SooYoung asked out of the sudden.

"Here's the best part, guys. Listen. This is why the game is called 7 minutes in heaven."

All of us got up and stood near the closet. We put our ears close and listened.

"Fany, not now. We've only got 7 minutes."

"Well, if that's the case. Let's make it a fast one!"

"What? Fast? But I don't like fast ones."

"Geez, you're hard to satisfy, Kim TaeYeon."

Satisfy? What on earth are they doing in there?

"Ahâ?¦that feels so good." I turned away to hide my red cheeks and ended up looking at her. I just turned back and pretended to listen on.

Sica's blushing too. Guess I'm not the only one then.

"Fany, there. Yeah, that's the spot."

Spot? Don't tell me they areâ?¦

"Okay, 7 minutes up!" Sunny opened the closet and I was surprised with what I saw. Tiffany was actually just giving TaeYeon a massage. And here I was, thinking soâ?¦far. I sighed in relief and we all went back to our sitting spots.

"Okay, who's next?"

"Jessica!"

"Hey, I didn't say I want to!"

"Oh, come on. Just spin the bottle."

"Fine." She spun the bottle and I looked at it as close as I can. As soon as the bottle stopped in front of me, my cheeks went red and I just force out a weak smile.

"Okay, you two. Get in the closet. Your 7 minutes starts right now." Sunny said again acting as the official timer. Everyone pushed us in as we were both reluctant to get in. I could see SooYoung whispering something to Jessica.

What is she telling Jessica?

We both walked in after much struggle and just stood there. She had her head down and I had my head up.

7 minutes? To do anything? Maybe it's time to tell her. But wait, she did said she didn't want to know it so soon. What should I do? This can be the last time I can be alone with her like this.

"Ummâ?¦Sica?"

"Yeah?" She looked up and I looked into her eyes.

"Do you by any chance like someone?"

"Huh?"

"I meanâ?¦" I took a step forward and ended up stepping on something slippery. So slippery that I fell down, bringing her down with me. We fell on some pillows and my lips were almost touching hers. I looked at her lips instead of her face and felt an urge to kiss those pink lips.

For 7 years, I waited for this moment. I shouldn't let it go now.

I closed my eyes and kissed her lips slowly.

I then heard the closet being knocked and pulled away quickly.

"Hey, are you guys even doing anything?"

"Yeah, you guys are so boring."

"Don't tell me you guys are just standing there looking at each other. You've only got 1 minute left."

I got up and couldn't find the right words to say.

"I'm sorry for that. I didn't mean toâ?¦do that."

"I know. I would have done that too if I were you."

"Huh?"

What did she mean by that? Does she like me too?

Just then the door opened and I could tell that all of them had a very curious look on their faces.

"Whoa, what you didn't mean to do, Yuri?"

"Yeah, tell us! Tell us!" I looked at her and could tell that she was blushing madly. I took her hand and walked out of the closet to the hall. All of them sat down and looked at us both.

"Tell us what happened in there, Yuri." I could feel Sunny nudging me softly. I shook my head and just smiled at them.

"Okay, SooYoung. You're next." I could tell SooYoung wasn't too happy by the way she spun that bottle.

Why is she mad? Is she mad because I went into the closet with Jessica? That must be it.

"Oh, it's Jessica." I could then see her grinning widely as soon as the bottle pointed at Sica.

7 minutes with Sica? SooYoung? This is bad. If Sica really does likes SooYoung and tells SooYoung that she likes her, then I don't stand a chance. I must do something!

I got up but then a thought struck my mind and I sat down again.

No, I had my chance. I should have told her. But no, instead I kissed her. What were you thinking, Kwon Yuri? You just wasted your 7 minutes in heaven with that kiss! You should've just told her how you felt these 7 years. All those times when you would watch her dance in the dance studio.

I should let them have their 7 minutes now. It's only fair if I do this. If Sica really does like her then I supposed, all I can do is just be happy for her. That's the best I can do. And just keep my feelings to myself.

I saw both of them entered the room and all of us leaned in to listen. Instead, all we heard was silence. After a good 7 minutes, they both walked out and sat down quietly. And throughout the whole game, they just kept quiet. Now I'm curious.

Chap 6

7 minutes in heaven had turned into 7 minutes in hell for me.

I shouldn't have played that stupid game.

I lost my crush of 7 years in that short 7 minutes.

How am I going to face you now that I know you had confessed to her?

I came all the way here to pick the right moment to tell how I felt about you only to find that you had confessed to someone else.

How did this happen?

Oh how I wish the kiss was real.

Smile Jessica, smile.

2 more days to go for our trip to end and we will never see each other again as we will part ways.

Anyway the next morning,

"Wake up Taeyeon!"

"Unnie! Wake up!"

"This is our revenge for waking us up so early yesterday!"

"HAHAHAH!!"

Hyoyeon, Sunny, YoonA and maknae were cackling and laughing away as they hit the sleeping Taeyeon who got her arms encircling around Tiffany's waist.

Well at least some people had fun yesterday :naughty:

"YAH!" Taeyeon groaned as she took refuge under the blanket with Tiffany.

"Stop it or else!" Taeyeon shouted under the blanket while Tiffany was heard giggling.

"Or else what?" Hyoyeon asked with the other 3 jumping and bouncing on the bed, annoying the ex class president.

"Or else no breakfast for you guys!" Taeyeon rang and with this, all of them stopped their little revenge and rushed to the bathroom to get ready for breakfast -_-

"Oooo..thank you my hero Tete for fighting the hooligans away." Tiffany teased, still under the blanket with Taeyeon.

"Anytime, my lady."

They're making out early in the morning?!?

Didn't they had enough yesterday?

I took a glance at Jessica who was still sleeping.

She looked so peaceful and beautiful when she was asleep.

I didn't realize I was staring at her until someone interrupted the moment.

Oh it was Sooyoung on her usual food sleep talking mode as she started to stretch her hands in the air, grabbing food I assumed.

I ignored her and turned to look at Jessica again but before I could steal another glance at her......

*Loud smooches*

"Ahem. I'm still here." I reminded.

"Owh. Hehe sorry Yuri." Both Taeyeon and Tiffany said in unison as they popped their heads out from the blanket, giggling.

"So what's the plan for today Tete?" Tiffany asked with her usual blur look as we were eating breakfast.

"Mmm. You'll know later Fany." Taeyeon teased and gave Tiffany a wink.

"So who's gonna wake the sleeping beauty up?" Hyoyeon asked, munching away.

"I'll go." I volunteered.

"Wake up Sica, rise and shine." I said as I sat on the edge of the bed and patted her shoulder softly.

"Go away." She said coldly, not bothering to open her eyes.

"C'mon, breakfast is ready." I tried to attract her with food.

"I said go away." She said and pulled the blanket over her head.

"Sica..."

"Yuri? What are you doing here? C'mon let's eat breakfast together." Sooyoung said and dragged me out of the room.

Her heart may belongs to you now Sooyoung, but not for long.

"This is your plan Tete? Hiking?" Tiffany said in disbelief with her eyes opened really wide as we stood at the foot of the hill.

"You've gotta be kidding me!" Tiffany continued.

"C'mon, it's gonna be fun! There's a waterfall ....umm somewhere up there. It's really beautiful." Taeyeon said and pointed randomly at some part of the hill.

I stole a glance at Jessica who has not been talking the whole morning.

Our eyes met for a few seconds before she looked away from me coldly.

"Let's go girls!" Taeyeon said enthusiastically and began to lead the pack.

After 30 min....

"We're about to reach."

"How do you know?"

"Cuz the signboard says waterfall 50 metres away?" Hyoyeon answered Sunny.

"Oh mai gad. I'm so tired. The food in my bag is killing me! How can a few packets of chips can be so heavy?!?" Sooyoung complained, gasping for air.

"You called that a few packets? You brought the whole refrigerator with you!" Taeyeon mocked.

"Yah. What if we get lost? We can't live without food!" Sooyoung snorted while all of us just ignored her.

"Unnie! We're here!" Maknae said and clapped excitedly.

"Wow. This is so beautipul!" Sooyoung exclaimed with food in her mouth.

We were awed by the breathtaking view before us when..

*SPLASH*

That was Sunny and Hyoyeon jumping into the water.

"The water is so cooling. C'mon jump in!" Hyoyeon said excitedly with a big smile on her face and waved at us.

Within seconds, Taeyeon and Tiffany slipped off their tops, revealing their swimming suits with Tiffany's in a pink bikini and Taeyeon's in a yellow top and a matching boyshorts.

Hand in hand, both of them jumped into the crystal clear water.

Joining them in the water later were YoonA and Seohyun.

"Yah! Wait for me you guys!" Sooyoung called out as she scrambled to take her top off.

The view of the waterfall was amazing with the trees surrounding the waterfall, forming a dense canopy.

The rushing sound from the waterfall and birds chirping created a calm ambience.

The surrounding is filled with chatters and laughter of the girls.

"Let's go Sica!" Yuri said with a smile on her face as she turned to me.

I watched her as she grabbed my hand and we both jumped into the clear waters in slow mo just like in the movies.

"Yuri-yah. I'm not good in swimming." I reminded as I try my best to kick my legs in the waters, fearing that I would drown if I stopped kicking.

"It's alright. I got you Sica." She said and gave me a convincing smile that droves my nervousness away as she held both of my hands, making sure that I stay afloat.

"Hahaha! This is fun!" I could hear Sunny said happily as I turned to look at what was the fun all about.

All of them except for the younger girls were standing under the flowing waters from the waterfall with the waters patting hard on their bodies.

YoonA and Seohyun were in their own little world as they were having a wonderful time together, laughing and splashing each other with the cooling water.

"This is beautiful right Sica?" Yuri asked as we glanced around the beautiful surrounding, enjoying every minute together.

"Yea, it is."

"Yuri-yah! Come here! This is so fun!" Sooyoung called out.

"You don't stand a chance, Jessica.

Yuri confessed that I'm the one she likes.

She said she would do anything to be with me.

You know how I'm never fond of you and we all know that you like her too.

So I made a bet with her.

If she successfully breaks your heart, I'll accept her love but if she doesn't, I will have to reject her.

Being the challenger lover as she is, Yuri will never pass this chance."

She hissed softly as she didn't want the others outside the closet to hear and flashed me a sly smile while I just froze in disbelief.

She walked out of the closet before I could even say anything.

"Uhh, you should go to her Yuri."

"Then what about you?" Yuri asked with a confused look on her face.

"Oh, nature calls. Haha." I replied and let out a poor laugh.

"You want me to come with you?"

"Nah it's okay. I can handle it."

"Okay. Be careful." She said to me as I got out from the water.

"Stop thinking about her, Jessica. You don't stand a chance. Sooyoung's the one she likes." I mumbled to myself as I slowly make my way through the bushes, finding a good spot to do my business.

I finally found a spot when I heard a rustling sound of dry leaves.

"Who's there?" I called out to whoever was out there.

I heard the rustling sound again and this time it was coming nearer towards me.
