I am the Second God. I am the embodiment of the soul. I've lived over a thousand lifetimes, and I've forgotten so much. I wish 8 could've lived a life worth remembering, but I spent my days within the starlight. Alone in a world only I have the power to access, or slinking around on the mortal plane in a shadowy wisp of a form, I wish I did more. I wish I was confident enough to go out and pick someone up, but I know my place. I don't know if I could ever trust anyone romantically that closely.
The most important things I've done... well besides the creation of the starlight, I created my relic, and... I managed souls. I lay awake and ponder what more I could've done. I view myself as the lesser twin, we are an identical pair, but she shines in the spotlight while I confine myself to a realm of eternal solitude. all i primarily did was collect shattered souls, or vault away the most important ones so nobody could reach them. I did hunt down shattered souls, I have to collect the shards. I had my own quests where I fought Empress Ordania, that is how I received my scar. She attempted to do Unethical soul experimentation, which I could not allow. I preoccupied myself with afterlife and soul business, I lost track of time. What I can confirm though, is that I took part in The war of the gods, which was 714 years ago. where I lost my memory due to blade wiping it in battle, and only 14 years ago regained my memory. I has been corrupted for a time, there was a dormant strain placed in some of us when our memories where wiped, and it got activated at the worst possibly time. I was uncorrupted not too too long after, though still sucked.
I never wanted them to know the truth. Do you know how dangerous it is now that the public knows I am the keeper of all powerful souls? Only I have the key to a world on lockdown? Shade was an Alias to protect the truth, but the jig is up. I just wish I wasn't so anxious all the time about it...
