It was a normal Monday morning, the birds sang and the sun was rising over the city of Swellview. The city was small but it did have many troubles with multiple villains bent on either taking over the world or the city itself. Luckily the city was under the protection of two superheroes, the indestructible Captain Man and his sidekick Kid Danger.

Speaking of Kid Danger, he had just finished getting ready for school. His actual name was Henry Hart and only a select few knew he was a crime fighter. He was a boy with blonde hair and brown eyes, now wearing a blue plaid shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers with a wristwatch on his left arm.

He walked out of his room only to bump into his annoying sister, he was sure that she was the worst person on Earth. She was a brat, always yelling and demanding and she didn't seem to care about doing illegal things unless they benefitted her, this was Piper Hart.

She was a small little girl with blonde-brown hair and blue eyes with peach skin and she wore a red shirt with a blue jean-jacket, black shirt and white sneakers.

"Move!" Piper shouted as she shoved him away and walked to the stairs.

He glared at her and dusted himself off and followed her downstairs only to be met with a strange sight. Their parents were rushing around the house frantically, his father wore one of his boring brown suit while his mother wore a black dress and black heels.

"What's going on?" Henry asked.

"Yeah, what's up with you guys?" Piper asked.

"Hey kids." Their father, Jake Hart, said with a smile but then he went back to cleaning the dining table.

He was a man with brown hair and brown eyes, wearing a brown suit with a red tie and black shoes.

"Breakfast is on the counter." Their mother, Kris Hart, said as she fluffed the pillows on the couch.

She was a beautiful woman with blonde hair and brown eyes, wearing a black dress.

Piper shrugged and went to the counter, eating breakfast with her phone in hand. Henry blinked in confusion as he slowly walked over to his mom and tapped on her shoulder, she looked at him with a weird smile.

"Yes Henry?" she asked.

"Why are you guys dressed up and cleaning?" Henry asked.

"Henry sit down," His mom said as he slowly sat down "No, don't sit down I just fluffed those!"

Henry immediately stood up as his mom fluffed the pillows once again and that was when Henry sighed as he had enough.

"Okay! What's going on here!?" Henry shouted.

Everyone looked at him, surprised by his outburst. Jake put down the cleaning cloth and walked over to Henry.

"Do you really wanna know?" Jake asked seriously.

"I mean that's why I asked you." Henry replied.

Jake sighed "Well...honey explain!"

Kris glared at him then looked at Henry "Henry...the reason we're doing this and why we're dressed up is because we're trying to make the house look nice for someone."

"Who?" Henry asked.

Kris and Jake looked at each other than back at Henry as Jake replied.

"Your sister."

"Why would you make the house look nice for me?" Piper asked.

"No, your other sister...Rouge." Their mother reiterated.

Henry blinked and looked at them in shock "R-Rouge? Rouge is coming back?"

"Who's Rouge?" Piper asked.

They looked at her sadly, she had never met Rouge because she wasn't born at that time. Of course it wasn't her fault as she was still in the womb but Rouge had been gone for 10 years.

"Sweetie, Rouge is your older sister." Their mother said.

Piper jaw-dropped in shock "I have an older sister!?"

Henry ran his hand through his hair, he wasn't sure what to feel at that moment. He should've been happy that his older sister was coming back but after being gone for so long, he wasn't sure what to think.

Rouge had always been a quiet person that only had one friend, she always studied and would be nice to everyone even those who bullied her. After the incident, she was sent to jail in tears, begging for her family to help her but to her it must've seemed like they had turned their backs on her.

"Why'd she leave!?" Piper shouted.

"Well...she's in jail." Their mother replied which shocked Piper even more but Henry frowned as he remembered that day.

"Which surprised me because I thought Piper would've gone to jail first." Jake said positively.

"Why'd she go to jail?" Piper asked ignoring her idiotic dad.

"We'd rather not say...she should be the one to tell you that." Kris said.

They heard the honk of the bus outside and immediately Henry left with too much in his mind, Piper followed suit though she couldn't believe that she had another sister and just wrote it off as some stupid prank her parents were trying to play.

Kris watched them leave and looked at Jake "Do you think she hates us for sending her to jail?"

"Honey it's been 10 years, I'm sure she forgave us and besides how much can person change?"

At the National Youth Penitentiary, kids were locked up in multiple cells. Kids as young as 6 were jailed at the NYP and those older than the age of 20 were sent to the official prison. In one of the cells, two teenagers sat playing a game of Uno. These two ran the prison, keeping everyone in line and anyone who would mess with them would regret it for days on end.

The first was a blonde girl with brown eyes, peach skin and she wore the orange jumpsuit that everyone was given within the prison.

The other also had blonde hair with brown strands and she had emerald green eyes with a small ear piercing on her left ear, she also wore an orange jumpsuit.

"So you're leaving today huh?" the blonde haired girl asked.

"Yep, what you gonna miss me Buckett?" The other blonde asked with a smirk.

"Not in the slightest Hartless," the girl replied as she smirked when she put a reversal card down "Uno."

She put down another card and that had declared her the winner, the other frowned and threw down her cards with a groan.

"You always win in this game."

"That's because it's easier if you cheat."

The girl rose an eyebrow "How the hell do you cheat in Uno?"

The other didn't answer as they heard their cell door open, a big man wearing a prison guard uniform entered with handcuffs in hand.

"Up, Puckett! Hart!" the man demanded.

The girls stood up but they took their sweet time doing it, he walked over to Hart and cuffed her hands together, looking at her with a smug smirk.

"I'm glad you're finally out of my prison freak." The man said as he tightened the cuffs.

Hart looked towards Puckett with a smirk then she looked at the man with wild eyes.

A few moments later, three guards ran towards the girl's cells when they heard the guard screaming and gurgling. Once they reached there, they saw Hart shoving the guard's head into the toilet as Puckett kept flushing it.

Two guards pulled the girls away as the third sighed, she approached the man and kicked him in the shins. He looked up at her and she cringed when she saw his bleeding nose with one eye shut and a red bruise around it.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" the guard asked.

"M-M..." the man stuttered.

"What were you thinking, calling her the f-word?" the guard asked as she looked at the other two "Is he new or something?"

"He must be." Puckett replied.

"I don't wanna hear it from you Sam." the guard said.

"He transferred here 3 days ago from Sheriffs county." The other guard replied.

"That explains it," She muttered "Get him out of here!"

The guards let go of the girls and picked up the injured guard, dragging him out of the cells. Once they were gone the remaining guard started laughing with the girls joining in.

"I'm glad someone taught that boy a lesson, they always come from some high end police department and think they run the joint." The guard said.

"Glad to be of service." Hart said with a bow.

"But seriously, you two should stop getting into trouble. Rouge I know you're leaving today but that doesn't mean you can beat up another guard, and Sam you're leaving next week. At least try to behave for a little while." The guard scolded.

The girls looked at each other then back at the guard "No promises."

The guard smiled "Good enough for me."

The guard's name was actually Rochelle; she was the one that didn't anything from anybody. She was the one guard that treated everyone in the prison like her own children and that meant she would beat them like her own children, she was technically the mother of the prison.

"Alright Rouge, come here." Rochelle said and Rogue walked over to her with her arms out, Rochelle cuffed her and the two started walking out of the cell.

"See you later Buckett." Rouge said with a genuinely sad smile, she was gonna miss her prison sister.

"Whatever Hartless." Sam said, returning the smile.

Rochelle shut the door and Rouge gave Sam a small wave as they walked away, Sam returned it and sat on her bed with the Uno cards.

"Wah! Wah! Wah! My friend's gone wah!" a voice next door mocked.

"Shut the hell up, Thomas!" Sam heard Rouge shout.

Sam smirked 'That's my girl.'

The two left the cell area and approached a man behind a desk with bulletproof glass, he nodded at the two and took out something from his desk. He placed down a small locket and Rouge grabbed it immediately. This was the only thing she cared about the most in the world.

Rochelle had decided to drive Rouge personally to Swellview so she could spend more time with one of her favorite prisoners. The two got in the police car and started driving off and outside of the gates of NYP.

"How's it feel to finally be out?" Rochelle asked.

"It's weird, seeing something other than grey walls." Rouge replied.

"You excited to see your family at least?"

Rouge scoffed "Not in the slightest, I hate those bastards."

Rochelle smacked the back of Rouge's head which caused the girl to shout in pain.

"Ow! What was that for!?"

Rochelle pointed to the cross hanging on her mirror.

"I will not have you swear in the presence of the lord." Rochelle scolded.

Rouge smirked "Does that mean I can swear when we're not in his presence?"

"You wanna get smacked again?"

Rouge stayed quiet and this time Rochelle smirked "That's what I thought."

Rouge rested back in her seat as she watched the passing trees in thought. She was glad that she was finally out of that hellhole but Swellview would've been the last place she wanted to go. She was only going back because there were too many memories there and there were some she needed to bury, she was going back because the bastard that ruined her life was still there.

She'd been meaning to settle the score with him and finally get rid of him then that would put a smile on her face every time she thought about Swellview. He was the one that put her in jail and all because he made a mistake, she would never forgive him for what he had done.

Not only did he send her to prison but he failed to do what he was supposed to do, she was going to enjoy destroying his entire world just like he had done.

Rouge Hart was not going back to Swellview because she missed her family or its citizens, no of course not. Rouge Hart was going back for Revenge.
