Embracing the silent days

Remembering the violent phase

Sitting by a stream

Thinking of those dreams

You held close

Hopping it never goes

All night and day

You fight to stay

But you're pushed away

To rot  in pain

The smile you spread

The miles you trekked 

To reach the place

That you feel safe

All gone in vein

You feel restrained

To go on further

But you're not bordered 

By the deafening silence

Lost in the violence.

Meaning

lost is just talking about the dreams that one could never achieve the things you hope for but you never received and the loneliness in it all, it can also be  related to a broken heart.
