These walls are suffocating

Pulling me into a dark abyss

Stealing the air from my lungs

And making me sick

I try to swim through the darkness

Up to the surface

But tendrils drag me down

Refusing to release me

I'm drowning in this blackness

It clogs my lungs, my throat

And stops my heart in my chest

I cannot escape
