We walked into headquarters where the leader of the protecters, Anika , stood waiting her long sword sheethed on her back. "calla, ccossette how was the mission?" cossette loped up beside me pawing the dirt. I grinned "splendidly!" Anika nodded. and beckoned us to follow. "there's someone I want you to meet..." we walked down a long corridor and opened a door on the right. the first thing I saw was a succubus on a chain and a man with a large hunting bow. I growled at the succubus but it didn't react and remains stone still."i don't like it" I heard cossette murmur and I couldn't help to agree "calla, cossette, this is Monroe! he is a keeper/protector mix!" Anika aannounced enthusiastically. the man, Monroe , nodded in greeting. "nice to meet you" I grumbled there was something about this man I didn't like... but I couldn't place it. the succubus suddenly screech. my head snapped up as I looked at the crew her glaring out the window... then I saw it. a harpie was hovering right outside the window. it charged sending glass every where. Monroe let go if the succubus's chain and it charged the harpie. I gasped "WHAT THE HELL?!"
