Sierra

After seeing Reyna and Nico, Sierra went to look for the new girl, Sumaya. She found Sumaya at the Big House.

"Hey, Sumaya." Sierra called.

"Oh, hi!" Sumaya ran up to her. "I'm glad you're alive!"

"Me too." Sierra laughed meekly.

"So, how are you feeling?"

Sierra gestured to the fresh bandages Will had put on her. "Apparently I've got some pretty bad bruises and 2 fractured ribs. But I'll be fine."

"Ouch." Sumaya winced.

"What's your story?" Sierra gestured for Sumaya to follow her.

Sumaya followed. "I grew up with a British family here, in New York. They had adopted me when my dad moved away and gave me to an orphanage when i was 2 years old. They loved me and were kind to me, and were the best parents I could ever wish for."

Sierra raised an eyebrow. "What about your twin sister?"

"Jasmine's story is different." Sumaya's smile faded. "She grew up neglected and hated at the orphanage. Nobody liked her. No parents wanted her. She told me the other orphans called her strange and hated her. So she ran away and found me. My adoptive parents knew I was a demigod, as it turns out, my adoptive mum was a demigod herself. She told us to go to Camp Half Blood, to go here." Sumaya smirked. "Jaz is always teasing me about being British. But anyway, she isn't the easiest person to get close to. She is really bitter and jealous that she had a really shitty life while I had a nice and perfect one."

"Ouch." Sierra winced.

"But i apologized, and she understood."

"How is she doing now?" Sierra asked.

"She's in the infirmary. I don't know if she's awake yet."

"How about we check on her?" Sierra offered.

"Sure!" Sumaya looked really eager.

The girls walked back to the infirmary.

A scream sounded from inside as Sierra and Sumaya approached the infirmary.

"Oh, crap."
