She tried explaining.

Min-seo: "You're lying. Stop joking with stuff like that!"

Hannah: "I'm sorry, Min-seo. Your father shouted for help and he lost his consciousness. I called for the doctor... y-you weren't there..."

I shouted. Standing at the same place, I had met her before.

Woman: "I heard you. You don't have to shout."

Min-seo: "Why didn't you tell me what the prize was?!"

Woman: "It wouldn't have been so funny right?"

She smiled.

Min-seo: "Shut up!"

Woman: "Someone seems mad."

I threw the arrows and the bow on the ground in front of her.

Min-seo: "I don't want it. I want my family back!"

The woman shook her head, still smiling.

Woman: "Oh honey, this is not how it works."

Min-seo: "What do you mean? I give you this back and you give me my family back."

Woman: "You have a bond to that, if you break it, then the one you are trying to save, will die. And besides a deal is a deal, I can't change it anymore."

Min-seo: "Then I want another deal!"

Woman: "Sorry, not going to happen."

Min-seo: "Why!?"

Woman: "Because...

I don't want to."

She shrugged her shoulders and laughed, turning around.

Anger took over me and I grabbed the weapon, which was lying on the ground. After aiming at the woman, I let go.

Quickly, the woman turned around and held her hand high. The arrow stopped right there.

Woman: "That wasn't a good move."

She flicked once with her fingers and disappeared with the arrow, leaving the me alone by myself.

I let myself fall on my knees and cried. I cried, till deep into the night.

I shook my head.
