King: "She was gone."

(flashback)

The boy walked up to his father, who was standing alone on his balcony, looking at his kingdom. The father noticed a presence beside him and looked at the boy. That's when the boy saw the red puffy eyes of his father together with another tear, which slowly fell down.

Boy: "Where is she?"

The Father turned back, but his hand reached out to his sons shoulder. He patted it, not taking his eyes off from the view of his Kingdom. He then turned around and left, leaving his son, knowing his mother was gone.

(flashback)

King: "That's it."

Jungkook: "I'm so sorry for that."

King: "It's ok. It's not your fault."

Jungkook: "But how did one agma survive?"

King: "The woman said, she would give my father the power to kill them... She never said all of them."

Jungkook: "But why do you want to kill the agma now? I mean your father did all this to make sure you won't have to kill."

King: "I know Jungkook."

Jungkook: "Then-then why are you doing this? I know you are doing it to save your life, but one day we all have to die. So why...?"

King: "I want to stay alive a bit longer..."

Jungkook: "Why?"

King: "So I can see me mother again."

Jungkook: "What?"

King: "Since the day I became king, I've been looking for her."

He said.

King: "W-When my father died, he told me something, which could help me find my mother. I feel that we are close. I can't die now.

He paused before he continued.

King: "We all are willing to give up everything for the people we care for, sometimes even our humanity."

He looked at me.

King: "You're the only person I told this to. I trust you with it. Don't tell anyone."

I nodded.

Jungkook: "B-But how do you know, your mother is still alive?"

King: "She just has to... and if... and if she's not, then it's my responsibility to find out and it's my right to know..."

I looked into his eyes and the first time I saw the sad, confused and helpless kid instead of the strong king who apparently had no mercy.

Min-seo pov.

The door knocked and I went to open it. What are the guards doing here?

Guard: "Are you Min-seo?"

Min-seo: "Yes, is there something wrong?"

Guard: "The future king Sir Jeon Jungkook wishes to see you."

Jungkook pov.

We were walking back when some guards came rushing towards us.

Guard: "T-The princess... She was attacked."

The King and I looked at each other, before I started running.

I felt my soul leaving my body, the moment I saw her laying on the ground.

Quickly I rushed towards her.

Blood everywhere.

Jungkook: "Ji-a!"

I shouted and began shaking her.

Jungkook: "JI-AA!"

I wanted to sand up and find out who did it, but I felt so weak, by the sight of her lifeless body.

With the last bit of energy I had left, I pulled her close to me and hugged her dead body.

Slowly, tears started to leave my eyes.

Hiding my face into her neck, as I cried more, moving back and forth.

I then pulled her away, looking at her face.

After a while my eyes then landed on the King, who stood there, also with tears in his eyes.

She's gone...

I cried.

She's gone...

I let out a deep scream, not caring about how miserably or pathetic I looked.

Jungkook: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!"
