Synopsis

Despite being so much fascinated with romantic stories, Violet has never been in a real relationship. The reason is her everlasting crush on Adrian, who happens to be a sucker for true commitments.

But when an impulsive outburst leads her to date, mysterious Augustus Brown, will Violet finally be able to weave a love story of her own, or will it only break her heart some more.

Prompt 33: You are tired of your friends making fun of you for being single forever (which has never bothered you before until of course, the crush of your life decides to participate too). That's it, not only are you made fun of but now your heart is crushed into pieces. Not being able to take it anymore you dial a random number and ask the person who picks up "Can we go on a date?"

Author's Note

Thank you so much for picking up this story!. This book is for ONC 2021. I am planning to complete this story by the end of the contest under any circumstances. This story has a special place in my heart, with lots of emotions and feelings attached to it. The prompt I mentioned above seemed befitting for the story, and the moment I read it, I had to put it into the right plot. I hope you enjoy reading it.
