I know you have anger issues but you have to stay calm. I know you have bi-polar but you have to take a breath. Lay down count to 10. Everythings gonna be all right you'll win this fight. Write what she told you remember she loves you even when shes gone.. I know your still mad at her i know she left without you or even a goodbye  but, its ok i promise shes in your heart her spirt will never die just remember the good times...No dont cry she would want you to be happy you were her bestfriend she only had you in this world against her she told you that. Its not your fault you did all you could for her. Her soul just never felt right here...
