Jack: All right, the combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all.

Jack and Emma: It's time..... For a DEATH BATTLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

A giant minotaur, or what remains of it anyways, drops to the ground with a big thud as Saitama throws a "simple" punch at it, destroying 80% of its body as the Caped Baldy's gloved fist is smoking from the attack

Saitama sighs as he slouches, depressed of yet again being able to kill his adversary with one punch

Saitama: Will I ever get a worthy opponent to face me?

???: Hey you!

Saitama turns to see Escanor running at him with Rhitta on hand, a stern look coming from the Lion Sin of Pride.

Escanor: So you're the monster those villagers told me about! Leaving destruction in your wake.

Saitama then recalls him killing other monsters before the minotaur. The villagers must've made a misunderstanding and he  waved his hands at Escanor.

Saitama: Hey buddy you got all wrong. See-

But Escanor didn't listen as he throws a mean right hook to the Caped Badly knocking him off balance and sending him

FIGHT!

Saitama plants his foot on the ground as he skids back, looking up to see Escanor swing Rhitta down on him. Without much effort though, Saitama blocks the weapon with his free hand, shocking Escanor.

Escanor: Impossible!

Saitama gave him a cartoonish look before rearing his other fist back.

Saitama: Normal Consecutive Punches.

Escanor is hit by rapid fired punches by the B-Class Hero as he get flying towards a tree and knocks it over in the process, but manages to get up. Saitama is surprised by Escanor surviving his punch.

Saitama: You..... survived my punch? No one has ever done that besides Boros and Garou.

Escanor chuckles as he smiles at Saitama while flexing his muscles.

Escanor: You thought I'd die from a simple punch? Who decided that?

Escanor and Saitama then traded blows with their fists, creating shockwaves that levels the ground and knocks down trees. Ultimately, Saitama prevails and bashes the Lion Sin of Pride away. Escanor regains his footing and creates a sun the size of a car in his hands. As Saitama jumps up to attack, the Lion Sin of Pride launches it into the air.

Escanor: Cruel Sun!

Saitama grunts as he it hit by the attack. Escanor then closes his hand with a smug look.

Escanor: Pride Flare!

The miniature sun explodes in the hero's face, causing a flash of light in the battlefield. As the light dies, Saitama is nowhere to be found to Escanor's confusion.

Escanor: Huh? Where did you go?

Saitama: Behind you?

Saitama appears behind the knight and karate chops him down to the ground, making a bit crater in the process. Escanor coughs up dirt as he's injured by that move.

Escanor: It seems you're powerful enough to injure me. Well then, allow me to show you my full power!

Saitama stood stood their with his gag face on as Escanor begins to transform into his The One: Ultimate form! He's not significantly bigger and has flaming aura.

Escanor then grabs Saitama and throws him to up into the into the air before jumping and double axe handles Saitama to the ground, creating a big boom in the process. But when Saitama recovers and looks up, he gains a serious face, getting into Serious Mode.

Escanor: Let's end this once and for all!

Saitama: You said it.

Escanor raises his hand and creates the biggest Cruel Sun he could make with his remaining magic. Saitama crouches down clenches his fist, making bones crack as he prepares his final attack.

Both combatants make a jump towards each other, letting out battle cries as they shout their attacks names.

Escanor: Cruel Sun!

Saitama: Serious Series: Serious Punch!

Fist mist sun as the entire forest is devastated by the combined attacks. A huge explosion occurs as both fighters are screaming as they were gulfed by it. When the area is cleared and the smoke dissipates, Saitama is the only combatant seen standing. Clothes tattered and his face returning to his normal gag look.

Saitama: Oh man, another one bites the dust.

Saitama sighs in sadness again. Then he remembers something and panic sets in.

Saitama: Oh shoot! The bananas are on sales this afternoon!

KO!

* Saitama is seen running frantically to the supermarket.

* Escanor's broken weapon Rhitta laid scattered around his shredded clothing

Emma: Seriously? He just killed off a man and all he cares for is discounts in a supermarket? No wonder people didn't like Saitama very much.

Jack: Escanor proved he's the strongest of the Seven Deadly Sin, but against Saitama? That's a whole different story. Escanor may have been smarter, better skilled and has Rhitta at his side, but he's simply outclassed in every other way. Saitama has reacted to lightspeed attacks, taken hits from Marugori who's as big as a city and punched Deep Sea King so hard, he also stopped the rain.

Emma: Not to mention Saitama has bested opponents with superior martial art skills before, so that renders Escanor's skills moot. And the final nail in the coffin is strength. Escanor going toe to toe with the Demon King is nothing to scoff at. Sure. But Saitama has defeated Boros, who has the power destroy the Earth with his Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon technique. A Large Planet level feat for sure.

Jack: Even if we just use the fact it would only 'destroy the surface of the planet', Saitama's Serious Punch powered through a blast worth 2.53 Exatons of TNT. FAR stronger than what Escanor could dish out.

Emma: With overwhelming power and speed on his side, Saitama needed to land just one Serious Punch and it's game over. I guess you could say Saitama is The One who beat Escanor to the punch.

Jack: The winner is Saitama.

* The connections between Escanor and Saitama is that both are strong fighters who possess normal looks which makes their opponents think they're weak, but are actually powerhouses when they try. Both belong to an organization (Seven Deadly Sins and Hero Association respectively) who are dedicated to fighting evil and monsters.

* Both also have fought powerful demons that threaten to destroy their homeworld (Demon King and Orochi respectively)

* This is the first time a Seven Deadly Sins character fought a One Punch Man character

* This is the first time a One Punch Man character wins a DEATH BATTLE
