The Space Pirate tries to throw fireballs at the Conqueror, but his mouth is forced shut by Vilgax's hand and he's hit by a punch even stronger than the previous ones. However, Ridley quickly turns this beatdown using his tail and claws to deliver a large amount of blows himself. In the midst of this intense clash, the ruler of Vilgaxia grabs his foe by the tail and spins him around before launching him into a mountain.

Vilgax quickly jumps at the mountain with all his might, completely destroying it during the landing, but couldn't spot his enemy anywhere. He looks to the sky, Only to see Ridley up there, taking this chance to unleash a Plasma Breath. Without his weapon, Vilgax could only tank the attack head on.

Vilgax: I won't... fall... like this!

Try as he might, Vilgax was consumed by the Plasma Breath and engulfed in an explosion, resulting in a massive crater where the Conqueror of Ten Worlds once stood.

Ridley: How pathetic, done for already?

However, as he finishes saying that, he notices Vilgax, badly injured but somehow still alive, jumping from the crater, and goes after him to finish the job.

Heavily weakened, Vilgax tries to get away as if to lure Ridley into a but, but it was too late as Ridley's tail violently impales Vilgax, all the while the Cunning God of Death himself laughs at his misfortune.

Ridley: So much for that little speech of yours! This is your end, you dumbass!

The God of Death charges up a point-blank Plasma Breath, when somehow, Vilgax turns around and blasts him directly at his mouth. Confused and hurt by this maneuver, Ridley is sent back, removing his tail from inside the Chimera Sui Generis in the process. This provided the time Vilgax needed to whip out a black and red cube and crushed it in his hands, allowing him to be engulfed by black and red goo. Vilgax is now fused with Malware's remains to become Malgax!

By the time Ridley recovers from Vilgax's surprise attack, he is stunned to find his enemy cladded in a red and black armor as his yellow eyes zeros in on the person responsible for invading Vilgaxia.

Malgax: This ends now!

Malgax morphs his left arm into a Tachyon Cannon and fires a huge energy beam to the Space Pirate's side. Ridley roars as the energy beam dealt serious damage to his body as he coughs up blood. Malgax then added jetpacks and flies into him before throwing a right hook that knocks Ridley into one of his ships. He morphs his other arm into multiple laser guns and fire a barrage of energy beams at the ship, destroying it.

Malgax: *Mocking* How pathetic.

But the Cunning God of Death wouldn't die that easily. Emerging from the debris, he flies in to attack his foe once more. He roars sheer anger and begins scratching and clawing at Malgax, using every part of his body to try and harm him.

Yet try as the Cunning God of Death might, Malgax is not even scratched the slightest. More annoyed than hurt, the Conqueror of Ten Worlds grabs one of Ridley's fists and throws a powerful haymaker strong enough to launch him a nearby moon. Despite this, Ridley's still kicking which greatly impresses the Chimera Sui Generis.

Malgax: You truly are resilient. But this fight has went on for long enough!

He fires his Tachyon Canon arm at the Space Pirate, but the dragon somehow dodges his blows and decides to finish the Conqueror of Ten Worlds off for good by dragging Malgax back into Vilgaxia at Mach speeds, before tossing him into the ground and charges a powerful Plasma Breath which causes a big explosion where Malgax once stood.

But as the dust cleared, Ridley saw something completely different to what he expected; Malgax completely unharmed. Ridley then begins to feel something he'd never thought he'd experience; fear.

Ridley: How..... what are you?

Malgax: I am Vilgax!

Vilgax jumps up, grabs Ridley by his tail and violently morphs his hamrs into a sword which severs it from the body, making the pirate scream in pain, as blood squirts from where his tail used to be.

Malgax: Conqueror of Ten Worlds! Nemesis to Ben Tennyson!

Ridley tries to fly high into the air to get away, but Malgax quickly gives chase and performs a double axe handle in Ridley's head, knocking him down on the ground as Malgax lands in front of him.

Malgax: And you're nothing but an insect!

Desperate, Ridley opens his mouth to charge one last Plasma Breath, but Vilgax fires an energy blast right straight into the Cunning God of Death's mouth, damaging him as he screams in pain. In an act of vengeance, Malgax impales Ridley with his sword arm and raises him up for all the spectators to see.

Malgax: This is what happens to anyone who dares to invade my home planet!

With one swift action, Malgax throws the bloodied Ridley upwards before outstretching his arm and uses the Tachyon Cannon to blast him all the way to oblivion. The Cunning God of Death's agonizing screams lasts for a few second before he's completely vaporized.

Malgax: No one invades Vilgaxia under my rule.

KO!

* The Space Pirates are left scrambling away from Vilgaxia as Vilgax's drones gave chase.

* Malgax reverts back to Vilgax and raised his fist up in the air as the citizens of Vilgaxia cheered for their savior.

Zen: Wohoo! Now that's a worthy space battle!

Ziana: Ridley proved a difficult for for Vilgax to overcome. His bigger size could toss Vilgax around and prevent him from dealing many close range damage with his tail. He's also survived worse than Vilgax thanks to his regeneration and Vilgax is physically weaker than Ridley without his Malgax form, so it's reasonable the God of Death could score a few victories. But more often or not, the Conqueror of Ten Worlds has this in the bag.

Kira: First off is speed; Ridley can outran Samus' spaceship which travelled the galaxy in six months. In our Mega Man X VS Samus Aran fight, we've proved Ridley's travel speed clocks in at 10 million times faster than light. But Vilgax travelled from Vilgaxia to Earth in a short time and then from Earth to Petropia in an even shorter time. That puts his speed at 213 million times the speed of light. That over 20 times faster than Ridley. He had no trouble getting up close.

Zen: Vilgax also had the edge in weapons and combat experience. He has over 240 years of fighting compared to Ridley's 100 years, nearly two and a half times that of Ridley's resume and his energy blasts and energy sword could deal heavy damage to Ridley once Vilgax avoids the tail.

Kira: And for all his intelligence and cunningness, once Ridley is in the heat of battle, he becomes a one track killing machine, which would allow Vilgax to strategize. Vilgax has outsmarted the likes of Dagon, a demon god from another dimension. There's no reason to suggest he can do the same to the self-proclaimed Cunning God of Death.

Ziana: But it ultimately comes down to strength and durability. Ridley tanked a planet exploding in his face albeit badly injured and fought Samus in her Fusion Gravity Suit. Given the size it's explosion yields 4.18 Zettatons of TNT. He also came back from the dead largely thanks to his healing factor. On the other hand, Vilgax fought on par with Waybig, who overpowered the Incursean Conquest Ray, a device capable of destroying planets and has wiped out Pluto which requires 8.881 Yottatons of TNT. Waybig also injured Malware who survived the destruction of the moon which is over 430 Yottatons.

Kira: Hmm, but Samus froze the surface of a star which is practically higher than Waybig's feat. Shouldn't we scale Ridley to that?

Ziana: We can. However, that at best would only put Ridley Dwarf Star level, literally next to Large Planet Level so he's just slightly stronger than Vilgax. Even then Vilgax is simply too fast for Ridley to hit consistently. Plus consider his win-loss ratio to Samus is not that even good, directly scaling to her is a bit of a stretch. Vilgax has his fair share of losses, but he scored several wins over the likes Ben, Kevin and other characters.

Zen: However, that all changes when Vilgax busts out the Malware Armor. Upon becoming Malgax, he can counter any advantage and ability Ridley could throw him. His laser weapons outguns the Plasma Breath, his jetpack combined with speed could match Ridley's flight and has the perfect weapon to put Ridley down permanently; the Tachyon Cannon.

Kira: The Tachyon Cannon is described to be capable of locking down onto one's DNA and destroys them at the subcellular level, which is something Ridley's healing factor does. If Malgax gets even one hit, Ridley's not walking away from that wound. And while he could regenerate to the bone, his healing factor is dependent on devouring human flesh and considering Vilgax is a Chimera Sui Generis, not a human, Ridley wouldn't be able to heal up quickly before he's overwhelmed.

Zen: But I know what you're thinking. Since we added the Malware for Vilgax, shouldn't that mean that the we should add the Meta, Omega and Neo forms for Ridley? Well the problem is unlike Malgax, which is Vilgax fusing with Malware's remains, those forms require certain methods under very specific circumstances.

Kira: Meta Ridley acts more of a life support than a power-up. Omega Ridley is Meta Ridley getting high on Phazon energy which is outside help and lost that form in the same day. And Neo Ridley is literally Ridley's corpse being possessed by a parasite. These forms are something Ridley doesn't have access on the fly.

Ziana: And Malgax has defeated Atomix, Ben's second strongest alien. Atomix has been able to overpower Ultimate Humungousar with ease and in the episode "The Ultimate Sacrifice", Ult. Humungousaur is capable of lifting To'kustars such as Waybig, whom Atomix has been stated to be superior to. And during their second encounter, Malgax stated to Ben that no alien barring Alien X he transforms into can beat him. This includes Gravattack, who created a black hole. A feat worth generating about 108.36 Ninatons of TNT and he's inferior to Atomix.

Kira: Ridley certainly put Vilgax on the ropes with his superior strength, flight, durability and absolutely utter refusal to be put down. But once Malgax is brought to the table, Ridley's chances of winning were slim to none. Vilgax had the power, speed, weapons and experience needed to kill this Space Pirate.

Zen: It was only a matter of time before the Cunning God of Death ran out of Omnitricks and Vilgax was able to get Rid-ley of him.

Ziana: The winner is Vilgax.

A/N: If you're wondering why I did this, it's because I get PMs and comments that while they can agree about Vilgax winning, they noted that I should've added Malgax in the first place even though it's really debatable as to whether or not you could give Vilgax that.
