Hayate's POV

{Tenshukaku, Inazuma City}

After that great battle... Me, Lady Miko and the Traveler went back to Tenshukaku, to the same spot where Aether and I entered the Plane of Euthymia. The Raiden Shogun went back inside the Tenshukaku as the members of the Resistance and the Dark Shadow are still baffled. As they are still going on to storm Tenshukaku, I raised my hand...

Hayate: Stop it. It's all over.

They all stopped in their tracks.

Gorou: Huh? What do you mean, it's all over?

Lady Miko smiled.

Yae: Just like Hayate said. It's all over. The Vision Hunt Decree is over. For he has severed the essence of the Vision Hunt Decree itself.

Keiwa was shocked to hear this to the point he rushed to my side.

Keiwa: Wait, is that true!? You've severed something that was unseverable?

I tapped the shoulder of my friend.

Hayate: It's a long story... but... we did it. We have create the miracle!

As promised, the Raiden Shogun abolished the Vision Hunt Decree. Finally, the wishes of each and everyone finally penetrated her locked heart. Beyond the Plane of Euthymia, I guess she finally saw what eternity means to the world.

Hayate: Time to bring out the truth.

3rd's POV

Hayate and Shimura proceeded towards the main street of the city as the people are still gathering upon the sorry state of Kujou Takayuki. Shimura then passed by the crowd, and grabbed the old man by the collar.

Shimura: I'm surprised you're still alive after my son's attacks.

Takayuki: "Yells in anger" YOU!! YOU TRAITORS! SOLDIERS! SEIZE THOSE TRAITORS UNDER THE VISION HUNT DECREE...

Hayate: Jokes on you. The Vision Hunt Decree ends here.

Citizens: What!?

Hayate narrated the whole story...

How his clan was the almost get perished, how he get assasinated, how his father had to retired early, how the Sakamata Clan was dissappered, how he manipulated his sister, Kujou Sara, now is Hayabusa Sayuri against her own family and along the evils of the Kujou Clan...

Citizen 1: What!? We know the Kujou Clan is well.....uh......

Citizen 2: But is that true!? We know that they are have some grudge with the Hayabusa Clan, but did you really have to do it for vengeance?

Miko: Not vengeance.

Citizen 3: Even the Guuji!?

Miko: I knew the truth. I was the one who discovered the big lie of the Kujou Clan. Did you even know that they collaborated with the Fatui?

Citizen 4: "Yells" THE FATUI!? YOU MEAN THOSE DIPLOMATS!?

Hayate: They attempted to destroy Inazuma, through the Vision Hunt Decree. To those ambitions who were unjustly stripped... To those who died, still carrying those ambitions that were embedded upon the Statue of the Omnipresent God... All of those happened due to the selfishness of the Kujou Clan, and the corruption that reeked upon the Kanjou and the Tenryou Commission.

Citizen 5:  "Yells" WHAT!? SO ALL THIS TIME!? THOSE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH TAXES!

Citizen 6:  "Yells" YEAH, THAT'S RIGHT! THEY EVEN ARRESTED MY DAUGHTER FOR SUSPECTING HER OF BEING A TRAITOR!

Shimura: Then we present you, the man behind it all.

Shimura+Hayate: Kujou Takayuki.

Shimura ruthlessly threw the old man upon the ground.

Shimura+Hayate: It's time that he pays the price, along those who went right along with him.

Citizen 7: "Yells" YEAH! THOSE TENRYOU BASTARDS AND THOSE KUJOU SCUM SHALL PAY!

Citizens: YEAH!

And on that day, the Hiiragi and the Kujou Estate were raided by the people. The traitors among the mentioned clans, they met the cruel fate of being beaten up by the people themselves. After all, the ones who really suffered are the people, either they are Vision Bearers or not.

3rd POV

{Inazuma City}

(A few days after)

The Vision Hunt Decree was finally abolished by the Raiden Shogun.

But before that could happen, the people of Inazuma pulled a raid on the Hiiragi and Kujou Estate due to the revelation of the betrayal of the two clans to the Shogunate.

First up, Kujou Takayuki was only barely holding on to his life, from the severe injuries that he received from being brutally attacked by Hayate, followed up by the people throwing stones at him, the Hayabusa let the people decide on what to do with him.

They all agreed that Takayuki and the elders of the Kujou Clan be tortured. What about the army?

With the collapse of the Tenryou Commission, some of the soldiers also had it quite enough. The fact that they weren't even allowed to see their families once in a while, the knowledge of them being sent into a senseless civil war...they decided to turn against the corrupt officials of the Tenryou Commission.

While at Ritou, the International Trade Association, the group of the outlanders who were trapped in Ritou when the Sakoku Decree was enforced, they decided to that it is high time they finally collect the debts of the Kanjou Commission by raiding the Hiiragi Estate and even taking Hiiragi Shinsuke as hostage.

This also marked the fall of the Hiiragi Clan of the Kanjou Commission, the ones who were collecting so called "debts" they are now the ones who shall pay for those "debts" they collected.

The fact that the betrayal of the Kanjou and Tenryou Commission went public, what made it even worse was their collusion with the Fatui also made it worse. So, the samurais who thought that they were used to commit such evil, they set their sights upon the Fatui who retreated when they heard the news of Signora's execution.

However, there is already one hunting down the Fatui, and it was none other than Hayate himself, who captured them and left them powerless upon the shores of Narukami, Kannazuka, Yashiori, Watatsumi, and even Seirai.

Followed by those events, the Hiiragi and the Kujou Clan were put on trial.

The corrupt elders of both clans, including the leaders, they were all proven guilty when the Yashiro Commission investigated the two estates and the witnesses who claimed proved the betrayal of their clan.

The first example was the trial of the Hiiragi Shinsuke. Whom the primary witness, was none other than his very own daughter, Hiiragi Chisato.

The ones present in the trial, sitting upon the throne, is none other than the Raiden Shogun herself. But rather than the puppet, it was Ei who oversee the trial as the judge and executioner. The one who acted as the prosecutor, is none other than Yae Miko, and the jury is headed by Kamisato Ayato, Hayabusa Shimura and the innocent people who formerly worked with the accused.

Chisato: Your Excellency, Sir Ayato, Lady Yae, Lord Shimura,... Iwill not deny my father's betrayal of the Shogunate.

Shinsuke: "Yells in anger" CHISATO! DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING!? DO YOU KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN...

Chisato: That's enough, father! Over my life you always had an iron grip upon me! You never allowed me to be my own person. Now, now, that you even try to tear me and Kamaji apart! I won't stand for it! Also, you and along your subordinates deserve the Musou-no-Hitotachi for betraying Her Excellency and OUR people!

Hiiragi Shinsuke and his accomplices among the Kanjou Commission were pronounced guilty, and were thrown into prison, and to be executed in a set date.

Now, the Trial of the Tenryou Commission. The accused is none other than Kujou Takayuki, one arm severed, fingers severed. Wounded all over the place, it is a miracle that he is still alive despite facing Hayate's ultimate sword skill

When Miko began asking Takayuki of the crimes, he denied all of it. He did nothing but plead for mercy. Until he rambled like a madman, to the point that the jury, and even Ayato and Shimura themselves were disgusted by what he has become.

When Takayuki was asked about the plan to annihlaited the Dark Wings, he accused Hayate of threatening his life. But Miko refuted it by the fact that he issued to kill the 7-year old Hayate and kidnap Sayuri. The jury lets out their fury and frustration on the fact that they did something horrible.

Now, when the incident of the Hayabusa Clan and Sakamata Clan came up, the evidence that Hayate and Shimura gathered, along with Miko, and even with Ayato's own investigations, they all point towards the betrayal done by the Kujou Clan.

Another heavy sin, is the fact that the Tenryou Commission and Kanjou Commission caused a civil war due to their collusion with the Fatui, the Tenryou Commission deceiving and lying to the Shogun, the Kanjou Commission's unreasonably high taxes, they were charged with treason of the highest degree.

Especially Takayuki and Shinsuke since they are the ones who put Inazuma in all of this mess.

The Raiden Shogun ordered that the traitors who tried to escape, they should be captured all at once.

Miko: No need for that, I asked someone to bring them here.

As if on cue, Hayate arrived at the throne room, dragging the accomplices who tried to escape.

Hayate: I really need a vacation to Fontaine after this mess. A long-term Vacation.

A few days after, Hiiragi Shinsuke, and those working in the Kanjou Commission who also joined their foolish Commissioner in betraying the Shogun, they all met the divine punishment of the Shogun, the Musou no Hitotachi.

Those who remained loyal to the Shogun, they are now trying to reform the Kanjou Commission.

As for the Tenryou Commission, Sara was temporarily relieved of her position as General of the Shogunate and control was transferred to Hayate. But Hayate refused and let Sara continue to serve as general.

Then, when it is time for Takayuki's trial, there was another crime that came up. The murder of the former director of the Police Station or known as the "Ryuji Case."

Shikanoin Heizou, revealed what truly happened and his investigations on Takayuki himself. So, with the final nail on his coffin, Takayuki desperately pleaded the Shogun to reduce his crime, however...it wasn't the Shogun who presided the trial, it was Ei herself.

Ei: Your ancestors pinned the blame on many innocent people. You followed their lead of blaming someone else for your crimes, to the point you committed one yourself. I investigated the Sakamata Clan's downfall, and your clan got in my way because they hid the truth from me... Now, all of this... Because of your folly and selfishness, you caused the deaths of thousands... But your greatest sin of all, I don't have the right to judge you or give you your punishment. Hayabusa Hayate. I shall allow you, to deal the final blow upon this man.

Takayuki was horrified, the fact that Hayate instilled so much fear on him made things worse.

Takayuki: "Yells" YOUR EXCELLENCY! THE HAYABUSA CLAN LEAD INAZUMA TO ITS DOWNFALL! THIS IS ONLY JUST A PART OF THEIR PLAN TO CONTINUE OVERTHROWING YOU! DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THIS LIAR! EXACT PUNISHMENT UPON THE DARK WINGS..

Kamaji: That's enough, Father!

Takayuki: You!

Kamaji: Enough, Father. You...don't have the right to lead the Tenryou Commission anymore. Your selfishness went beyond the line. I'm sorry but, what you did, will never be forgiven. Even if you plead for forgiveness, no one will forgive you. The fact that you even attempted to murder a child... I will never forgive you for what you've done. The cycle ends here, Father. The cycle of the Kujou Clan's selfishness, ends here!

Hayate: Soldiers! Take him to the execution ground! I will do the rest myself!

Members of the Dark Shadow Wings Corps brought Takayuki to the execution ground in front of the entire Inazuma people. Hayate was the one who carried out the execution on Ei's instructions. He deals blow by severing Takayuki's head.

And along with the corrupt Tenryou Commission Officials, they were either imprisoned or executed.

Now that everything is over... Everyone's daily lives continued. The Tenryou and Kanjou Commission is currently in shambles due to how both Commissions lost their leader.

Kujou Kamaji declined to be the Tenryou Commissioner, as he wanted the Tenryou Commission to start anew. He just wanted to live in peace with Chisato.

As for the Kanjou Commission, they will take a considerable amount of time to recover. While at the Yashiro Commission, they slowly began their plans in revitalizing Inazuma once more.
