SKY.

"Ang talino ko talaga. Pota." I heard Phoenix whispered. I don't really know what to say, for seventeen years I was asking myself kung bakit kahit anino ng nanay ko ay hindi ko nasilayan. And now, I know why.

I am not angry or what. To be honest, I am proud of her, she saved her friends and sacrificed her life. I am not also regretting my childhood, the drunkard who took care of me treated me like I was his own.

And whenever I asked him about my mother, he was always telling me to forgive her and don't loathe her without asking what happened.

"Hi, my little Skyler." Tears began to flow on her cheeks. I shut my eyes preventing myself to look at her, I don't want to cry.

I felt a warm hug. It was her warm hug again. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I was late—"

"It's okay... At least you're back." I whispered. I returned her hug, she was caressing my hair.

"I'm sorry for not being present when you achieved everything you have now. I am sorry when I was not around when you lost your friend. I am sorry when I was not around —"

"It's fine. I'm fine."

And when we parted. Her eyes were swollen, "I am sorry that I wasn't the one who took care of you. But you know, I am always watching you."

I smiled. "Meeting my mother... meeting you was enough to fill the hole in my heart. I am thankful that my mother was one of the badass demigods during their time."

She kissed my forehead.

She was about to utter something when Aizelle mumbled Light's name.

We looked behind and we saw him massaging his temple, "Shit. My head is going to explode."

"Hala. Pota, seryoso? Shit! Lumayo ka sa amin—"

"Phoenix, ang OA mo. Hindi ka pa nasanay kay Light na isa pang OA sa pag gamit ng mga salita niya. Sinasabi niya lang na masakit ang ulo niya." Aizelle jeered.

Phoenix smirked, "Aba, hindi ko pansin 'yon. Pinapanood mo si Light 'no? Don't tell me pati ang paliligo—"

"Shut up, bobo."

"At least hindi ako manyak tulad mo."

"Hindi ako manyak. Pero totoong bobo ka." Aizelle jeered.

Light groaned and glared at the two, "Lalong sumasakit ang ulo dahil sa inyong dalawa."

My mother took a seat beside Light. Nanlaki pa ang mga mata ni Light habang nakatingin sa kanya, "You— you're—" my mother laughed because Light failed to finish his words.

"Let me help you to ease your pain." My mother said. And once again she swipes in the empty space, the amazing blessing appeared again.

Light gulped while mesmerizing my mother's blessing in front. "Now that the cursed is broken, you can now use this blessing."

On top of Light's head, a huge loading screen appeared. Light's eyes were sparkling as if he was seeing something that we can't see. "This is awesome."

"And only demigods like us can use this. Alam mo kung bakit?"

"Why?"

"Because we are both intelligent." My mother boastfully said.

Mr. Jackson acted like he was in a pain, he was squeezing his chest, "Aray. Natamaan ang hindi matalino." Aizelle and I cringed while watching him. Siniko niya pa si Phoenix, "Matamaan ka rin. Isa ka pang bobo."

"Ba't ba palagi na lamang ako? Matalino rin naman ako!" Phoenix argued.

Narinig ko ang pagtikhim ni Light. "So, what if they successfully erased the telepathy, can I still communicate with them using Intelectix?"

"You can. Let me show you how." My mother said. "But for now all you can do is eavesdrop on their conversation."

"Sino ang mga pwede kong makausap?"

"Dahil bago pa lang ang sa'yo ay mga nakasalamuha mo sa loob ng bente-kwatro oras ang makakausap mo." My mother explained.

"Woi. Try mo si Aizen." Aizelle suggested.

Light swipe in the air. Two holographic screens appeared, one with Aizen's face and the other one was with an audio frequency.

Nanlaki ang mga mata namin nang marinig namin ang sinasabi ni Aizen maging kung sino ang kausap niya.

At 'yon ang naging dahilan upang kumaripas kami papunta sa Cerulean Kingdom.

AIZEN.

Achilles was down on his knees when we arrived. He gasping for air while holding his sword tightly. A lot of demigods were on the ground, he must be defending the River Styx for ages. The ground beneath Achilles suddenly trembles, Serena was fast enough to save him. She used her pearls to make a huge platform that can carry Achilles.

I summoned my sword. The two cunning demigods in front were unscratched, they were simply playing with Achilles who was now tired.

Riley throws his seeds around, the plants began to grow. Sumakay si Riley sa kaniyang ginawang puno at saka lumingon sa amin. "Stall some time. I will make a huge wall." He commended.

Serena and I both nodded.

I am no longer surprised when Night plunged his sword towards my direction. He was no longer using the sword that he used last time, the menacing dark aura within him was weaker than the last time. I thrust my sword to his side which he was able to dodge quickly.

At the corner of my eyes, Serena and Celine were fighting. They were arguing about something that I failed to hear.

Hindi ko alam kung bakit nila kailangan kumuha ng tubig sa River Styx gayong ang paglublob dito ang nakakapagbigay ng isang espesyal na kapangyarihan. Invulnerability. The river that can grant you the taste of immortality yet once your opponent hurt your weakest spot, you'll die. In Achilles case, it was in his heel.

Night tilted his body as he thrust towards my direction. I deflected it. He slashed his sword downwards that caught me off guard, it cut through my wrist. I was able to back off a little.

Even though it wasn't that deep, it was giving an indescribable sting.

I galloped sideward. He moved in the other direction and I kicked his stomach. He twitched. I used that chance for his body to meet my blade, a cut appeared on his left cheek.

He leered at me. He pierced the ground, he used his sword to balance himself in the midair. He was able to kick my face using that tactic. He was about to land another kick when I catch his foot and twisted it.

Night groaned. I kicked his sword making him fall in the ground.

Susugurin ko sana siyang muli ngunit bigla na lamang siyang ngumisi sa 'kin. Ang kaniyang normal na espada ay tila nabalot ng itim. Ang mata niya ay mas lalong nangitim, walang kahit anong puti ang makikita rito. At ang nakakakilabot niyang prisensiya ay muling nanumbalik.

I just accepted my blessing but I don't have a single clue on how I will use it. And the only thing that I could trust now is my sword-fighting skills.

"Are you scared to use your blessing?" He asked.

I kept a straight face, "I can finish you without using it."

He suddenly laughed, the ground suddenly rumbled. The vibration wasn't coming from Celine, it was from Night because he was releasing a tremendous amount of magical power.

A dark magic circle appeared beneath us. The rocks began to float and cracks appeared below, inside the sunken pit, numbers of shadow appeared and they were in the shape of a hand. I galloped from stones to stones to avoid them. They were trying to catch me.

Hindi ko rin napansin na napalapit ako sa pwesto nina Serena.

"Serena, it's nice to see you again."

"It's so not nice to see you."

"Ouch." Celine acted. She was making a sad face— teasing and mocking Serena.

I cursed when I tripped from the stones. One of the shadows grasps on my ankle, I pierced through it but my sword just passed through the shadow.

"But we must thank you. Pinadali niyo ang aming trabaho." Celine smiled.

Serena quizzically looked at her, "What do you mean?"

Celine just laughed and glanced somewhere. I groaned when the hilt of a sword nudges on my stomach. Another shadow grips on my other ankle, Night was smiling from ear to ear while looking at me.

He was mocking me.

Night suddenly punched my face and at the same time, the shadows pulled me in a huge rock nearby. The shadow was pinning me on the rock that I lost my grip on my sword.

"You're lucky, Aizen."

I can feel that there was a hidden message on his punch. I was struggling while glaring at him.

Nang ginala ko ang aking mga mata ay napansin ko ang kakaibang mga puno. Hindi nito tinatakluban ang River Styx imbes ay nakakulong dito si Achilles.

I was looking at Riley. He was brooding at us while resting his head on the branch. Sa gilid niya ay may isang bote at may laman itong tubig.

I gulped. And then I felt a pang on my stomach, a sword was being buried at my side. I can feel the blood coming out of my mouth as well as to my stomach.

"Fucking cheaters," Serena jeered.

Kahit anong pagpupumiglas ang aking gawin ay hindi lumuluwag ang kapit sa 'kin ng anino.

I saw Serena lost her will to fight. Her knees slowly met the ground, tears were streaming down on her cheeks while looking at Riley. "Liar. Liar. Liar."

Wala akong magawa kung hindi ang panoorin siya. Paulit-ulit ang sinasabi ni Serena ngunit walang pakielam si Riley sa kanya. Ang mga mata ni Serena ag napupuno ng galit, puot at pagkadismaya.

My eyes felt heavy but I stayed awake, watching Serena.

The place suddenly becomes eerie. Nang tumayo si Serena, ang mga buhok niya ay humaharang sa kanyang mukha yet I can feel how angry she is. The rocks once again began to float, another tremendous magic power was being released but it was no longer coming from Night.

The rocks began to dance around Serena. A huge amount of pearls appeared and joined the rocks that were dancing in the air.

Night's eyes grew wide while looking at Serena and for a moment he became so transparent. He was horrified while looking at her. Scared.

"Serena..."

The water from the River Styx gathered around her, it was coating every pearl around her. "I hate traitors." Her eyes darkened.

Celine was still smirking at her. The ground began to tremble, it was way powerful than Light's earthshaker. I wanted to scream Serena's name when Riley's tree thrust towards her direction.

The pearls began to fire and left several holes on the trees until now was left on it. My eyes widened when the same shadow pinning me appeared below Serena.

Serena's eyes widened when she looked behind. Night was already standing in front of her. Every pearls and rock around her turned into a cloud of sand. Serena floated in the air with the black sand dancing, encircling around her.

"Half, huh?" Night meaningfully said. He was brooding at her.

Serena was leering at him until she was fully coated with the black sand. A loud explosion was heard inside, she was screaming and screeching in pain.

All I can do was to listen to her screams.

Night was torturing Serena. I don't know if it's his way of hurting Sky but this is wrong, all his hatred was wrong.

And when the black sand disappeared, Serena' s body fell into the ground.

She was lying in the ground looking so lifeless.

"Serena..."

And my eyes suddenly went black.
