Adrien's POV:

Marinette and I went to the park when we left her house. At the park, Mari crouched next to the grass and I had no clue why.

"Marinette, what are you doing?" I ask.

"Oh. Um, I'm looking for a four leaf clover. I try to find one every time I go to the park because it's more realistic to draw real life thing while looking at the real thing." She answers, looking kind of embarrassed.

"Do you want some help?" I chuckle.

"Sure?" She responds, sounding confused about me wanting to help her. So fucking cute!

After a few minutes, she stopped looking.

"You're done?" I ask.

"I only take five minutes of my day looking." She shrugged.

"Makes sense." I say. Oh my god! The Fair! "Hey Mari, want to go to the fair?"

"Oh my god! The Fair! I totally forgot! Yeah!" She excitedly responded.

"Call Alya. I'll call Nino and invite him!" I say.

"OH Yes! I'll be right back!" You could tell Marinette was so excited.

We walked away from each other, both of us dialing our best friend.

"Hey dude!" Nino yelled on the other side of the phone.

"Hi!" I chuckled. "Want to go to the fair with Marinette and I? She's currently inviting Alya!"

"Of course man! I want to see you ask out Marinette!" He yelled again.

"I don't know if I will. I don't want to be rejected!" I sighed.

"We'll have this conversation at the park. I'm almost there." Nino hung up.

"Things sounded heated!" A voice came from behind me.

"How were you off the phone so fast?" I jumped.

"Alya didn't answer, then texted me asking where I was at. I just assumed she was listening to your guys conversation." Mari answered.

I chuckled. "Sounds like Alya and Nino!"

"Can my question get answered now?" Mari asked. Curiosity all over her face.

"I'm sorry, what was your question?" I asked.

"What were you and Nino talking about? Things sounded heated!" Mari spoke.

I sighed. "Mari, it was just Nino being Nino."

"That's not a shock." She giggled.

"I heard that!" Nino screamed from behind Mari, causing us both to laugh.

"Nino! Slow down!" An angry Alya screamed, causing our laughter to grow.

"Oh cause an angry Alya is funny!" Nino scolded us.

"Sorry!" Mari said, trying to stop her laughter.

Damn, I love your laugh!

"Mari, Adrien has to tell you something privately!" Nino smirked.

"NINO!" I hissed. His smirk grew.

"You don't have to if you don't want to. It's obvious Nino is trying to get payback." Mari sighed, giving Nino a glare in the process. Alya laughing because her boyfriend was being an ass.

"I will tell you, but at the fair when Alya and Nino walk away!" I whispered in Mari's ear.

"M'kay!" She whispered back.

"Let's go to the fair!" Alya screamed.

"OK!" Nino, Mari, and I replied.

After the five minute walk to the fair, Nino and Alya immediately ditched us.

"Well, looks like I'm talking right away!" I sighed. "Mari, I-I"

"Do you know something?" Mari started to freak out.

"Mari, No! I-I l-li-like yo-ou." I looked away.

"Really!" Mari exclaimed. "I, um, you like too."

"Mari! Really!" I was so happy, I pulled Marinette into a tight hug.

"A-a-Adrien. I c-can't b-b-breathe!" Mari stuttered.

I pulled away fast. "I'm so sorry!"

"It's ok, you were excited!" She giggled. "Let's find the others!"

"M'kay." I replied, holding out my hand for her to take.

"What a gentleman!" She giggled, intertwining our fingers.

Marinette's POV:

Adrien and I went to the park when we left my house. At the park, I crouched down next to a patch of grass to look for a four leaf clover to help with my newest design, since drawing from a picture is different than drawing the real thing.

"Marinette, what are you doing?" Adrien asked.

"Do you want some help?" He chuckled.

M - lol, k

A - where u 2 @?

M - Park. Meet us here!

A - K, bye!

M - bye

As I put my phone away and walked towards Adrien, I could tell that Nino was telling him to go for his crush just like Alya does to me.

"Things sounded heated!" I said, knowing he jumped.

"How were you off the phone so fast?" He jumped.

"Alya didn't answer, then texted me asking where I was at. I just assumed she was listening to your guys conversation." I answered. Alya told me she was with Nino. Haha.

He chuckled. "Sounds like Alya and Nino!"
