Years later and Sage became more curious about the world outside Halloween town as he grew older right now he was currently sitting on pumpkin hill that was directly underneath the moon/sun looking out towards the dark Forrest that lead to the doors of the holidays where a person could travel to all the different holiday towns

"How I wish I could leave Halloween town" he said. He stood up and brushed Some dirt of his clothes

(This is his signature outfit and him in his monster form)

He began the walk back to Halloween town and was greeted by the towns resisents. "Hey Sage" said a group of girls. "Hi" he said waving back to them.

He arrived at the fountain and looked in it. He sighed looking at his reflection. "How I wish I could leave" he said.

"I've spent my whole life in this town with all the ghosts and goblins living day by day waiting for the day" he sang looking at the count down clock to Halloween on city hall. He stood up. "I wish I could see the world out there where there is no monsters or year long holidays.

He began walking threw the streets and arrived back home and took a book of fairy tales from his book shelf . " I read the stories of princely beasts and commoners turned princesses. from evil queens and dark fairies to royalty and royal christenings " he sang looking out his window and viewing all of Halloween town.

He went to the kitchen
"while I'm stuck here in Halloween with nothing but the same old thing prepare scare and celebrate to bring happiness to the world they live in a fairytale with magic fairies and poison apples as well " he sang looking at a Apple.

"I'm tired of reading stories and wondering about that world what I want in my own unlife is to start my own Once Upon a Time" he sang  before going to the library.

"What I wouldn't give to start my own story and live my own Once Upon a Time" he said smiling. "Once Upon a Time I dream of crystal clear blue seas and sunny days without a care. "once upon a time is all I want to live my own after life. Once upon a time is what any body wants to have a chance of their own tale hero, villain or monster" he said

"Halloween is great and all but I want more in life. I just want to be free to see the world and live my own fairy tale. I want romance adventure and of course the magic as well " he sang looking out the window.

He opened the window. "Once Upon a Time is all I want to start my own fairytale to see what's out their not stuck here all my life. It's all I want one day to have my own Once Upon a Time and live happily ever after. Am not just the pumpkin prince there's so much more to me" he sang looking at sun that had the face of a jack o lantern.

He looked back and picked up a book. "in my very own Once Upon a Time. but until that day I'm stuck here waiting for my chance to start my very own Once. Upon a time" he finshed singing and sat down carefully touching the book he was holding. "All I want is to see the outside world" he said.

Suddenly he heard barking. He looked up and saw his family's ghost dog zero with its red light up nose. "Hey boy what is it" he said to the ghost dog. The ghost dog motioned him to follow him. Sage got up and began to follow it. He followed it to his fathers and mothers room.

He entered and saw his father standing infront of something. "Dad are you ok" Sage asked his dad. "Sage come over here for a minute theirs someone I want you to meet" jack said.

Sage came over and stood besides his father what he saw shocked him what he saw was a boy but this boy had no scary features no scales no gills no fangs no pale skin no missing limbs.

"This is prince Ben the prince of the United States of Auradon and the future king my son. "Hello you must be sage?" Ben asked. " yes that's right your majesty" Sage said. "Please no need for that whole your majesty stuff just call me Ben" the boy said. "Alright Ben" Sage said smiling. Jack smiled at him. "I'll leave you two to discuss things have fun sage" his father said before leaving.

"Now the reason I'm calling is that I am about to be crowned king of the entire states of Auradon and have chosen four children of the worlds dangerous villains a chance to attend Auradon prep one of the most prestigious boarding schools in Auradon" Ben said.

"Well what does that have to do with me I am not a villain kid?" Sage asked. "It's because I would also like you to attend auradon prep as well as king I hope to one day untie Auradon with the realms of the holidays and I can think of no better student than the son of the pumpkin king" Ben said.

Sage started grining. Really thank you thank you so much it's always been a dream of mine to leave Halloween town and see the outside world " Sage said.

"Well I'm more than happy to make it come true a limo will be arriving soon to pick you up and take you to auradon prep I can't wait to see you there Sage Skellington" Ben said before the screen went blank.

He heard the door open and saw his mother and father standing in the door frame smiling. "You better start packing Sage" his mother said. "I can't believe it" he said grining. "well you better believe it son you are going to be the first person in Halloween town to enter into the outside world" jack said.

"You were meant for more then just halloween Sage you were meant for what's out their" Sally said. He smiled at his mothers kind words.

An hour later he was prepared to leave everyone gathered in the town square to wish him good luck. He and his sister hugged as his father loaded his last bag into the mayor mobile. "See ya brother" Seraphine said. "See ya Sera" he said. His mother stepped forward and hugged him. "Make sure to take lots of pictures and make lots of friends and tell me all about your time there when you get back" she said. "I will mom" he said. "Oh and I have something for you" she said.

She handed him a black and white book. "This is a book with my favourite poiton recipes in it use them well" she said handing it to him. "I will mom" he said. He took the book. And went into the car

His father started driving him out of town and into the dark Forrest. They drove for half an hour until they reached the seven doors the entrances to the holiday worlds.

There was a door with a heart that lead to Valentine's town. One that had a clover on it that led to st Patrick's town. One for Easter, thanksgiving the forth of July and one for Christmas where his father once went threw to Christmas town.

"Now son all you need to do is step in the middle and you'll be transported to the outside world" his father said. Sage got out and took his bags out as well. He stepped into the middle of the circle where he could see all of the doors. Suddenly he was surrounded by a bright white light and saw his father wave good bye before he disappeared.

When it went away Sage saw that he was surrounded by green bushes green trees and flowers. everything was so full of life he life  it. "He heard Someone cough he turned and saw a man wearing black sunglasses and a suit. "I take it your Sage Skellington" the man asked. "Yes that's me sir" he said with a smile.

"Follow me" the man said. The man lead him down hill to a long black car he knew was a limo. The man opens the door for Sage after putting his bags in the truck. When sage got in he saw a girl with purple hair a girl with blue hair a boy with black hair and a boy with white hair and black roots.

"Hello" he said sitting down as the car started driving . Almost immediately all four started screaming. "WHAT THE HECK IS THAT THING" the one with the purple haired screamed. "K K KEEP AWAY" the one with blue hair said. Suddenly they all heard the sound of water hitting the floor. "What's that" Sage asked.

They all turned to the one with the white hair and saw that something yellow was dripping down his leg. "OH COME ON MAN I JUST GOT THESE" the black haired boy said when the stuff hit his combat boots. Sage and the purple haired girl immediately legged up there feet to the seats.

As soon as the yellow stuff hit the girl with the blue hairs boots she threw up on the purple haired girls lap. "SERIOUSLY EVIE SERIOUSLY" the girl shouted at her. "You try having someone pee on you" the girl called Evie said. "CARLOS PLEASE STOP FOR THE LOVE OF LUCIFER" the black haired boy said.

"I I can't jay I'm trying but as soon as I saw that thing I can't stop" the boy called Carlos said. "Sorry about that am Sage Skellington" Sage said. "Yeah now what the heck are you" the purple haired girl asked. "Oh see I'm Not from here I come from a place that is filled with monsters and all types of scary creatures halloween town" Sage said.

"What's Halloween town" Evie asked. "It's a place where its Halloween all year long it's where Halloween is prepared for your people so you can celebrate it. "S so you aren't going to eat are brains" the boy with the white hair asked.

"Of course not in my town we like to scare people but it's all in good fun plus I'm a rag doll not a zombie" Sage said. "So who are you guys" Sage asked his four traveling companions.

Sage felt like he would like these four and knew they would become friends or at least he thought he would after all would be nice to have friends that weren't monsters
