November 1991. 

Place: Kolkatta. 

"Hey, I bought your favourite, Red roses..." - Neel said while entering into anika's house with a wide smile in his face. He tried to pace him When anika called him to tell him the most important thing.  He guessed she must have called him to say yes to his proposal. For him, One word 'yes' from anika was enough. He was ready to take every responsibility including her son. 

"What's the need for this?" - Anika greeted him inside and kept the red roses in the table uninterested. 

"But when i heard, You wanted to tell me the most important thing... This is what i expect..." - Neel said. But Anika got pissed off when he again started the conversation which she put the full-stop. 

"Neel...Neel...Neel... You're killing the friendship between us by compelling me like this..." - Anika said while going away from him. Neel remained disappointed and sat in the couch. But Neel composed, Even it's not today, She will definitely understand him one day. They were in the five stocks building where anika lived with her son, Avinash for the past three years. 

"Why did you call me?" - Neel asked her composed tone as he had no idea why she called him there. 

"I will tell you, First tell me, Coffee or tea" - Anika offered going towards the kitchen. 

"Coffee..." - He said and sat comfortably on the couch. 

"Here there were no impact of the earthquake know... In my house, There were many cracks due to it" - Neel tried to change the topic but when he talked about the earthquake, Which changed her life completely, She came to know about shivaay's secret which he hid from her for years. She had nothing to say When he confronted everything to her. Over these years, Neel helped her in many ways, from getting a job to stand in her own feet. So she wanted to share her decision with neel first. She called both shivaay and neel for telling about her final decision, But Neel came earlier. And Avinash was in his tuition. so she thought it will be a perfect time and called both. 

"Well, You saw him on Pablo's birthday, right" - She asked him when she transferred hot milk in the cup which has instant coffee powder. 

"Who?" - He asked suspiciously. 

"Who else? Shivaay..." - She replied casually to him. A huge gulp formed in his throat when he heard shivaay's name from her mouth after these long years. She didn't even like to take his name after he left her alone by a tag called "characterless" in her forehead. 

"What's with him? did he again trouble you?" - Neel asked her confusingly but her changed behaviour made him so weak, He didn't want to loose her again. His hands automatically started to shiver in fear. 

Anika silently came, sat in front of him and gave him the coffee. He took it from his hand and kept it in the table and gazed her for the answers. 

"Neel... Before anyone could know, I wanted to say this to you..." - Anika said in a calm tone. His heartbeat raised. 

"What" - He asked her firmly. 

"I and shivaay are back together..." - Anika told directly when she became tired with the round and round. His eyes came out in shock. 

"WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? ISN'T A JOKE" - He shouted at the next second making her jerk. 

"Why are you behaving like this?" - Anika asked him. 

"WHAT YOU SAID?" - He asked her with a same tone. 

"I just told you that I forgave him and we are back together..." - Anika told in a calm tone. 

"Forget, What he did to you? How can you so mad in love, Anika?" - Neel asked her. 

"I forgave him because his reasons were convincing me to forgive him, Moreover, My Aushi, My daughter, She's with him and You know how desperately i want her?" - Anika tried to reason. But nothing went inside her head. 

"I told you because you are one who stayed with me as support in these six years... I just want to tell you this first before anyone..." - Anika started but nothing went inside his ears. But it eventually aroused the animal in him when the thought she will go away from him came to his mind. He stood up from his place in an instant. 

"YOU ARE NOT THE ANIKA I KNEW... THAT BASTARD TAGGED YOU CHARACTERLESS..." - neel cursed. 

"You're talking about my husband..." - Anika told him in a cold tone. Before She could spell any other word, Daksh hit her with a vase on her head, Unexpectedly. She collapsed in the chair where she was sitting in the very next second. Seeing her unconsciously, He started to cry uncontrollably. 

"I...am...sorry...ani...you left me with no options..." - Neel took her in his arms And moved towards the door. His eyes fell on the red roses which he brought for her. He took it and kept nearer to her chest. He started to move towards the terrace. The roses got drenched with her blood. 

"I know, In this birth, You will never ever understand what i feel for you... But I can't see you with anyone else ani..." - He again cried while looking at unconscious her in his arms. 

"No worries... Anu... we will die together, It won't pain that much ani... Believe me... It only for few seconds..." - He said and again cried. But Anika was still in an unconscious state. 

He reached the terrace with anika in his hands. There were no fear in him about committing suicide. He took anika close to his face and kissed her forehead and whispered, I love you in her ears. This time, Feeling the proximity, Anika opened her eyes, slightly. Neel started to walk fastly towards the cemented barricade, Gets on top it. Anika started to scream his name. 

"NEEL... WHAT ARE YOU DOING? NO... NEEL" - She screamed her throat out. 

"You expect me to respect your love for him, Ani... But I am selfish... For me, Nothing is greater than my love for you... And if we aren't sentenced to live with each other, I will make sure we will die together and reach heaven at the same time... Ani..." - Neel said with an evil smile. She tried to jerk her away from his grip. But she couldn't do it. 

"Neel... Please, Neel... Please..." - Anika pleaded him. But he rather kissed her forehead, took a deep breath and got ready to jump. 

"Neel... Stop..."- This time she heard shivaay's voice. Anika got relaxed.

"This time you came late shivaay, and now nobody could ever separate us..." - Neel said and tried to jump. 

"Even now, Nobody could ever separate you guys from each other... I came here for my son... From the start, I know you both are meant for each other... I am the invader... She still belongs to you... I came here for my son's custody" - Shivaay spelt everything in one go and stopped daksh from taking a further step. Meanwhile, he moved close to them. 

"See... Ani... I told you, right? He don't deserve you... He still believes we both are having an affair... You, Then too, Got ready to forgive him..." - Neel started to say, But she became quiet when she sensed shivaay was approaching her. She gave him her hand to hold her.  Shivaay held her hand And using his strength, He pulled her from him and held her which led neel to lost his support and he slipped from the barricade. 

"NEEL..." - Anika yelled. But he reached the ground by then, But he didn't die.

Year: 2023. 

Place:  Chennai - Bangalore Highway.  

The entire incident played inside anika's mind when daksh fooled her about her father's health condition and kidnapped her from Shivaay's place. She was laying in the back-seat where her mouth got sealed with a cloth, And she was crying bitterly. He stopped the car When he saw a flower shop nearer to the road. He bought a bunch of red roses and kept nearer to her head. 

"Remember something?" - Daksh asked. She stopped her sobs and looked at him shockingly.

"See them, Na... Don't act like you didn't remember anything" - Daksh said while grabbing her head. He untied the cloth from her mouth so that she could say anything. He smiled at her with a  same evil smile. she became spellbound. 

"Why you became silent, Ani? I know you remember everything, Ani..." - He said in a childish tone. 

"You remember everything..." - Words finally escaped from her mouth.

"Remembered? Seriously, Ani..." - He started to laugh hysterically. She became confused. But she hissed in pain when he grabbed her hair again.

"When did i forget to remember everything, Anika bose?" - He asked her again. Her eyes came out of her socket. 

"Hear carefully, Ani... You were confused, Right... Who told about you and your children existence to him who killed you both in your previous birth?" - Daksh asked her with a smirk. 

"It was me... ME... Neel Chatterjee" - He said and laughed hysterically. 

"And i am alive and I am like this Because of him... Don't worry, Ani... Your children are safe... Until He reaches them..."  - He added and Anika's heart started to beat fast. when she gets to know about his existence. She never thought he will behind all these messes. Her vision faded away and Her eyes automatically closed when he injected her again.

Shivaay searched for her in the whole city and Avinash joined them, He didn't find the time to tell anything to shivaay as Khushi accompanied him. But Her suspect went to peak when she heard Aru calling shivaay Accha, father in Malayalam. she knew they were half-Malayalee and Half-Bengali. But she waited for the time, where Avinash would confess everything to her. But he stayed silent. Shivaay asked anika's father to go back home as he looked so depressed and weak. He only left the place after shivaay promised him that he will bring his daughter back home safely. Aru dropped the phone when ritwik told her that he saw her mom on his way back to Chennai from Bangalore and also told her how she held his hands. 

"Aru... What happened?" - Shivaay questioned her. She said everything to him. But her mind wasn't working but shivaay stopped his car and called Avinash in an instant. He attended the phone call putting it in the speaker.

"Avi... I know, where she's... Please, come and take Aru with you..." - Shivaay said. 

"No, Accha... I am not going anywhere, We will find mom together... I will come with you..." - Aru said in tension. 

"Aru... Daksh kidnapped her... You know the seriousness... Listen to me... And Avi, Meet me madhuravayol junction, Take your sister with you..."-  Shivaay told his location, Avinash didn't say anything back and Drove the car towards the Junction. Khushi was shocked, The Avinash he knew, Never give ear to anyone other than his sister. Now he listened to shivaay's words. 

"Mumma is fine, Jahaan... Relax..." - Avi gave fake consolation to jahaan when he saw tears in her eyes from the back seat. He took her along with him When he found none to take care of her. Khushi was again shocked. She looked jahaan, Suspiciously and found her resemblance with anika and shivaay. She became bewildered.

"Accha, Not this time, Accha, please... I am feeling very bad..... Accha... Please, I will come with you, Please..." - Aru started to beg shivaay. Shivaay hit the steering wheel in tension. 

"Aru... I know what i am doing? You will go home with Avinash... And that's final" - Shivaay thundered. Aru became silent but she started to sob continuously. Shivaay felt very bad on yelling at her, when he pulled to his embrace with his one hand, She side-hugged him and cried on his shoulder. 

He reached the junction in the next hour. Avinash and Khushi were already waiting for him. They both got down. Aru wasn't ready to leave his hand. 

"Aru..." - Shivaay cupped her face. 

"I always proud of you as you never ran away from your responsibility and take a good care of Avinash and Jahaan... You proved, You were not only their sister but also their mom...  you have to do this again, Baby... For dad... I promise I will come back with your mom..." - Shivaay said. But Aru felt like the history was repeating again and she couldn't able to sense the same feeling when shivaay and anika departed and came home as bodies. Khushi was shocked and looked Avinash for answers but he didn't even turn his face towards her. 

"No... Accha... Avi... say something..." - Aru said to Avi.

"Please..." - Avi pleaded him. 

"Avi, Please understand" - Shivaay asked him instead. 

"ARU... AVINASH..." - Aru heard Ritwik's sound from another end of the road who was approaching towards them. Shivaay was shocked to see him over there like Avinash who saw shivaay for the first time for real. His feet rooted. But this time, Shivaay didn't hide, He confronted everyone including Khushi who was very much confused. 

"Aru..." - Ritwik called his wife, Aru. She bowed her head down, she had no idea what to say, like Avinash.

"Hi... Ritwik" - Shivaay said. Ritwik couldn't able to recognize whether he was dreaming or everything was happening for real. He looked Aru perplexed. 

 "Avi... Aru... You can see right, What i am going through just because i hide everything from anika and distanced herself from me? Don't repeat the mistake i did... Confront everything to them, They deserve to know everything..." - shivaay said. Khushi looked at Avinash for answers. 

"Aru, What's happening?" - Ritwik asked. She stayed silent. 

"Give her some time, Ritwik... She will say... Right aru..." - Shivaay asked aru. 

"Okay, You guys reach home and send me a message... I am leaving" - Shivaay said and moved towards the car. He was again stopped by aru when she badly felt the same thing again and again. 

"Accha... I will come with you... Please..." - Aru pleaded again. But shivaay jerked her hand off with a sad face and moved towards the car. 

"Di..." - Avinash called her when she collapsed in ritwik's arm. Shivaay ran towards her and tried to wake her up. But she didn't open her eyes. 

"What happened to her?" - Shivaay asked everyone. 

"She's pregnant..." - Ritwik answered to shivaay and others. Everyone was shocked. 

"What?" - Avinash and shivaay asked in chorus. 

"I know it's impossible, But she's pregnant... I got her reports this morning... That's why i have decided to come to Chennai and surprise her..." - Ritwik said. Shivaay took her in his arms and kept her in the backseat and sat next to her keeping her head on his lap. 

"Avi... Let's go home, First..." - Shivaay said to shivaay. Avinash gave his car keys to Ritwik and asked him to follow him. Ritwik smiled firmly when he saw jahaan in the car with him. She engulfed him to a hug. Tears escaped from ritwik's eyes when she hugged him. He had a lot of questions in his head, But he was clear that he won't stress Arushi about asking everything. On the other hand, Shivaay's eyes welled up and he's no more strong anymore. He caressed her hair, Tears escaped from his eyes when she held his index finger tightly even in the unconscious state.
