28th February 1992. 

"I will miss them so much" - Anika whispered silently to shivaay when Aru and Avi finally dozed off to sleep in their bed after three hours of struggle. Both Shivaay and Anika were about to go Wayanad in the morning but Avi suddenly got ill. And Aru started to cry when shivaay said he is going Wayanad leaving Avi and Aru with om and Gauri. Neither Shivaay could leave Aru as she was crying nor Anika could leave because Avi has high fever suddenly, Every sign asked them to stay. But Anika wasn't ready to believe anything. But Shivaay had a very strange feeling, But he didn't tell anyone about his strange feeling. 

"His temperature came to control... See" - Shivaay show the thermometer to Anika. 

"But 99... He still has a fever"- Anika worried and kissed Avi's forehead. Shivaay caressed her forehead. 

"How about Aru?" - Anika asked Shivaay.

"Cryingly slept... Hope she gets better when she woke up" - Shivaay said while looking at her who slept on the other side of the bed. 

"She will, After all, Anika Bose's daughter... Nothing will trash my iron lady..." - Anika kissed her palms. 

"I will miss you, Baby... Please Take care of your baby brother till we come back..." - Anika said while caressing her hair. 

"Anu... We are getting late..." - Shivaay called her. 

"Yeah... They will be fine, Right..." - Anika asked him. 

"They will... We should return before tomorrow evening... Forget we are having a flight..." - Shivaay said. Anika nodded to him but her mind surrounds around them. She told herself wherever she goes, Her soul revolves around them. But she got inside the car. 

"Okay..." - Shivaay said and hugged Om who came to the entrance to send off. 

"Just in case" - Om said and three syringes to him. 

"What's this?" - Shivaay asked him. 

"Mixture of Herbs which we aren't supposed to touch... Use this just in case the events turn against us..." - Om said. 

"How did you? Anyway thanks, brother..." - Shivaay hugged Om. 

"Hide it in your boots..." - Om said. Shivaay smiled at him and got inside the car. 

"If Avi wakes up before we come back, Just tell him Mumma's on her way..." - Anika told this to Gauri. 

"Tell him, I will come back soon..." - Anika yelled to Gauri even after the car started to move and crossed their house. 

"They will come back, Right?" - Gauri asked him when om had nothing to say to her. He knew about Tushara. Shivaay and Om lived with him for some years. He's not trustworthy. But then too, He let shivaay and Anika to go and meet him. He was shivering in fear, But he didn't let Gauri know anything about his feelings. 

On the other hand, Shivaay was feeling the same, His anxiety reached the peak. Anika held his palms and blinked her eyes which conveyed him, Everything is fine. He kissed her palms and pulled her close towards him. They didn't spell a word to each other but stayed in silence. That was they needed. They reached the Wayanad in the next six hours. Shivaay felt his adrenaline rush when he saw the name board. He held her palms tighter. 

"Everything will become fine... Trust me" - Anika told. He nodded in a positive way. He asked the driver to stop the car in the entrance of the forest. The driver was confused, But he least bothered to ask him more questions when Shivaay paid him double. They entered the forest after the car started to move. 

"How will we go back?" - Anika asked. 

"I have my own ways, Anu..." - Shivaay winked his eyes. 

"What flying?"- Anika asked him. He raised his eyebrows. 

"Okay, I won't ask any questions... Take me to your secret place..." - Anika told and held his palms. Shivaay took the torch from his pocket and moved while holding anika's palms. 

"There's no shortcut... My energy is draining..." - Anika said while exhaling her deep breath after ten minutes of walk. Shivaay gave his torch to her and bent down before her. 

"What?" - Anika asked him confusingly. 

"Get on my back..." shivaay asked her. 

"Don't play, shivaay..." - Anika pissed off. 

"You're forgetting... I am shivaay the Hercules... You gave me this name, right... So stop arguing and get on..." - Shivaay said, Anika smilingly gets on to his back. He got up from the ground. 

"Comfortable..." - Shivaay asked her. 

"Hmm" - She responded with a smile. He started to move. 

"You know, Anu... Here is where i grew up... Those days were like magic, No worries, No responsibility... Very happy life, Me, Accha, Amma..."-  Shivaay said while moving inside further. Anika kissed his cheek when he continued to speak without leaving a break. He stopped talking and turned towards her. He pecked her lips. 

"And now with you and our kids, I want to lead the same life... Without any worries, With the whole family..."- Shivaay said. 

"We will" - Anika said and wiped off his tears. 

"I think we reached the destination... Get down..."  Shivaay asked her, But anika couldn't able to see anything. He got down from his back and he moved towards the plain surface of the forest and searched something in the land. 

"What are you searching in the sand?" - Anika asked him but she stopped asking questions when he opened a giant underground subway which was covered by an stone surface. He slightly moved the surface aside and gave his hands to come down. He immediately closed the stone surface when they both got down. She picked his hands and got down. Her heart started to beat fast when they saw a few men far across. Shivaay held anika's hands and pulled close to him. There were no lights only lamps. Anika didn't notice, some of the lamps which were off started to burn when she crossed the way. 

"Tushara called me..." - Shivaay told one of those well-built men. 

"King Tushara..." - he corrected. Shivaay signed.

"Who's she?" - The other man asked him. 

"My wife... Tell tushara i came with my wife..." - Shivaay said in a daring tone, He didn't say anything but went inside to call him. After a few seconds, Tushara came out to the entrance with his inherited outfit. 

"Welcome, My friend" - He came towards shivaay and hugged him in a next second. Anika moved away from him. His casual behaviour made her suspicious. She looked at shivaay who was equally confused like her. 

"Meet my wife... Dhashivi..." - He introduced his wife who handed a small kitten in her hand. They moved inside. Shivaay held anika's palm and moved inside close to her. That lady came towards anika and took her to the living area. 

"How are you feeling shivaay? Do you want anything to drink?" - Tushara asked him. They both nodded no at the same time. Thashivi left that kitten free which started to move across everyone. A servant gave them the juice which they didn't take. Anika and shivaay took it from her with a smile. 

"You called us?" - Shivaay started the conversation. 

"Came to you married a human! That's why invited you for the feast..." - Tushara responded. 

"Feast or to kill us" - Shivaay strikes him straightly. Anika held his palm tightly. 

"Do you think i can ever able to kill my childhood friend?" - Tushara asked him. 

"Yeah, You can kill his father but You can't kill him... What's the logic in that?" - Shivaay asked him. 

"I know i am responsible for his death, Trust me, I was a kid by then... I was scared to tell my father that i have punished humans with my powers, I never expected they will die..." - He confronted the crime. 

"So you blamed my father and om's father for your fault and they got death penalty because of that..." - shivaay asked. 

"Shivaay, Why can't we forget and move on? Look, I am ready to break the rule book and set you guys free... I called you to inform this message. Can't we give a new beginning to our friendship" - Tushara asked. By then his kids, One seven-year-old boy and three-year-old girl peeped outside and saw us. 

"My daughter, Swaran and Shivirtha..." - Tushara's wife introduced his kids to them. Both shivaay and anika passed a quick smile to them but Shivirtha's smirk disturbed anika to an extent. 

"So, You're ready for the new beginnings..." - Tushara forwarded his hand. Even though shivaay couldn't forgive anything. He had to accept his friends for his children about whom they have no idea. They both shook their hand, Anika heaved out a deep breath to find everything ended in a good note. 

"But you have to do one thing for me, My friend" - Tushara added. 

"What?" - This time anika asked. He turned towards shivaay. 

"You're not supposed to spread your genes with humans... I mean you shouldn't suppose to have children with her..." - Tushara said, It shook both of them to an extent. Shivaay didn't show it on his face, But the juice which was in anika's hand dropped when she heard that. There was a thrilling silence. The silence broke when Dhashivi's kitten drank anika's drink. She yelled with a big no. Shivaay understood everything in that spot and it was nothing but his trap but why he was doing like this. He threw the table with all his strength and held anika's hand ran towards the entrance. But Tushara men came in between held shivaay in their arm and pushed anika strongly towards the wall. She got hit towards the wall and fell down in pain. 

"I will take of him...You will take care of that human" - One of the men said and he moved towards him. 

"DON'T EVEN DARE TO TOUCH MY WIFE!!!" - Shivaay yelled. Anika cocooned her and covered her face when he moved close to him. 

"NO..." - she cried before he could touch her the fire lamps behind formed a fired shield around her, The man who came to kill anika turned into ashes in the very next second. Everyone who were present was shocked to see that. Shivaay took them as an opportunity, took the syringe from his boot and stabbed it in that man's neck who held him. He dozed off. He ran away from his grip and moved towards anika and grabbed her in his arms in moved out from that place before anyone could come out from the shock which happened before their eyes. Everything happened in a fraction of seconds. 

"What was that?" - Tushara asked everyone. 

"Is anika a vaanaka?" - His wife asked him. 

"It was not her... It was the kid which is in her belly..." - Their three-year-old daughter said and shook everyone to an extent.

They were running at their high speed in the forest. His stopped to walk when his legs deeply got hurt. There were two ways before them. 

"Anu, Just go away..." - shivaay cried when his legs got badly injured. she rooted at the same place and nodded no, instead hugged him at the very next second. 

"please go... they needed me, not you... please for the sake of our kids... please go..." he whispered in the pain while they were running in the middle of the forest. When they heard the gunshot, Shivaay's patient-level decreased. 

"Please" she cried on his shoulders.

 "Anu, We don't have time for this, Avi and Aru needed at least, one of us, Think about them, Rather than thinking about me, You know right, wherever i go, My soul encircles you... Please, for the sake of Aru and Avi... Please, Anu... please" saying that, he pushed her from his embrace. And they both parted their ways and went in a different direction. Anika started to run at her high speed, But her soul sets next to shivaay. Is this is called fate?
