Place: Bangalore.

Year: 2015.

Avinash had nothing to say after paying the visit to Chennai. He became depressed which was most accurately readable in his face, He continuously swiping the photos of his college life and replayed his entire life for the thousandth time in his mind. Every time it left him with tears. Memories can even make the man stronger and weaker at the same time. But it made him so weak, He never thought, she would wait for him like before. When he saw her in the college, he thought she would have moved on in his life but after having the conversation with her, he understood, she never changed in these five years of separation. To divert him from these troubling memories he concentrated more on his work and work like a maniac day and night. And arushi also stayed in the office for the past week.

Both Om and Gauri couldn't able to see them like that. Indirectly they became depressed to see them like that.

"They are undergoing this pain unwantedly..." Om said while spinning empty coffee cup while immersing him in deep thought.

"Unwantedly? Tell me why we decide of not having kids on our own..." – Gauri asked him, he became silent.

"For us, It's different but Aru and Avi only belongs fifty percent of our bloodline..." – Om said.

"Om, Please don't REPEAT the mistakes... Because of your mistake, we didn't lose one soul but two souls..." – Gauri warned him.

"I didn't do any mistakes; In fact, I asked my friend and your brother to follow his heart, and he did the same..." – Om raised his voice.

"You encouraged him to express his love for Anika even after knowing the reality... THAT'S NOT A MISTAKE..." – Gauri raised her voice. Om stayed in silent.

"Even after getting a sign as a form of a nightmare... You didn't even try to separate them..." – Gauri asked him in the same tone.

"IT WAS WRITTEN IN THE FATE, DON'T BLAME HIM..." – Aru shouted when she heard Gauri posing multiple accusations on Om. Avi accompanied her but he didn't speak anything.

"We are suffering because we chose to live like this... Cherri..." – Aru said and left to her room where Avi without saying anything went to his room. Both know they didn't choose to live this life but they were forced. Tears formed in Om and Gauri's eyes when they saw them like that, hopeless. Om and Gauri also sensed they took this decision hearing half of the story which was not healthy. Om went to the storeroom and decided to break the entire truth to them.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THIS LETTERS?" – Gauri asked him when he proceeded his way towards their room.

"They deserve to know the whole truth, after reading the letters, let them decide what's good for them and what's not?" – Om said and proceeded his way towards Aru's room and asked Gauri to call Avi to her room.

Both Avi and Aru sat on the bed and glancing the bunch of old letters in the table opposite to them and looked at Om and Gauri for the explanation. They pulled the chair and sat opposite to them.

"You know before sixty years, a village named Senthunallur in Tamilnadu provided shelter for two widows where one was pregnant and their two sons. The villagers accepted them wholeheartedly without asking them anything. But they both knew they both come from Kerala due to their Language. Neither had they asked them anything nor did they tell anything. Everything went well, until one day. The person who killed their husband came back to hunt the rest of the family. Over that process, One of those two women sacrificed her life to save her children... You know who that lady was?" - Om asked both; they nodded no at that spot.

"That was my mom... The lady who was pregnant is none other than your father's mom and your cherriamma's (Aunt- Gauri) mom..." – Om said. Aru's and Avi's eyes went wide in shock.

"There were many things which were intertwined with one another, But One thing was very pure..." – Om said.

"Your parent's love for each other... which was very pure and even death couldn't separate them..." – Gauri added.

"Before punishing you for the mess created by them, please read these letters... It was your father's letter to his mom when we were studying MBA in Ahmedabad... She died before arushi's birth but your father couldn't stop writing the letters... I always wondered, why? But now, I understood the reason behind... read this, After reading this you still want to stay away from your love... Go Ahead... We won't stop you but only after reading this..." – Om said after handing them the bunch of letters. Both Arushi and Avinash exchanged the glanced and eventually, they took the first letter and started to read.

Anika tried to contact Khushi ma'am when she didn't find her in the class. But she was unreachable neither through phone nor in person. But both shivaay and anika had many questions for her regarding Avinash, But she wasn't there anywhere. She immediately called shivaay and asked him to pay her a visit. Without even asking a word, shivaay went to her house and enquired about her to her parents. Shivaay apartment in Chennai mostly consists of north Indians. Each and every person knew each other very well. Shivaay started to call her with her name after she insisted as they have only seven years age gap between them and her thirteen years old brother call her by her name. For him, Khushi was a very casual person who carries out everything with her smile.

"Khushi didn't come out from her room for a past one day" - her mom said in a worried tone. Shivaay conveyed the same to anika when she called him after a few minutes and made her more suspicious.

"Shivaay, I am coming over to her place, now" - Anika said.

"I also come to know about one thing..." - Shivaay said and stopped anika from resting her call.

"The man who Khushi told about was none other than Avinash..." - Shivaay told it to her.

"What?" - Anika exclaimed in shock and recalled every word which she told about him to her including his mother's name. Her heart automatically started to connect dots with her unknown feeling and a spark of reality but Her brain wasn't ready to believe anything.
