Willow's P.O.V

      I watched as my parents cautiously approached my hospital bed careful as to not anger the nurses and doctors that flooded the halls and rooms. My dad opened his mouth to speak, but my mom cut him off.

      "Sweetie I'm sorry we never told you this, but you see since you were ummm.. adopted by your 'father' and I you see you've always were able withstand these... temperatures of heat." My mom said. They never officially told me I was adopted, but I just s-sorta figured it out. They figured out that I knew few weeks after I did. They then officially told me before I got too mad, which really didn't help since I ran away for a few days. My eyes flicked back to my 'parents' and let them continue.

      "We don't know why, but when we first got you something or someone burned your entire bedroom, for some reason your crib and the rest off the house weren't touched. It burned before our eyes as you cried in your crib. When you stopped crying so did the fire in the room. We chose to think of it as a fluke, but we noticed that water would...well harm you when you were really young. You would turn pale and cry. Which made your temperature rise more. We were worried about you, so we took you to a doctor, and feared the worse! When we got you back she said everything was fine. The problems with the fire and you overheating never happened again. Now it seems it's returned. I wish there was something we could do, but we have no idea what is going on! My moms face had twisted into a small frown. Thoughts were racing through my mind trying to think about what just happened, but my thoughts were interrupted by the nurse coming in and telling my parents that the visiting hours were over now. I smiled to them as they left to try and reassure them, but failed to do so. I closed my eyes and pretended I was asleep. Once I knew that no more doctors or nurses would be poking around I got ready with my plan.
