" As I told u we will only be able to save one either mother or baby so ....." doctor stops and take a deep breath while meghna and shivaang are looking to them with curiosity as well as tension . 

" So.... we are not able to save mother but saved the child .... " Doctor spurted out the truth making meghna and shivaang shocked and shattered .

Shivaang hold doctor's collor tightly with blood shot eyes .

" u mean that my ..... my kritika is dead " doctor nods yes with guilt .

" jijuu.... leave the doctor " meghna shouted while trying shivaang to leave the doctor's collar .

" Atleast he saved our baby ..... " meghna added .

Shivaang left his collar ran inside OT to see kritika ignoring meghan's words . Ward boys tried to stop him but all in vain .

" kritika..." shivaang tried to wake up the dead kritika . He tried to put the oxygen mask on his face again and again as if trying to give oxgen to the lifeless boy and asked her wake up .

" kriti seee I am here.... ur shivaang is here . I know u are very angry on me . I never give u time . I care about Only work  . But please wake up . U cam give me any punishment but I will not be able to bear the pain of loosing u ." Shivaang break down seeing his love dead. 

Kritika come inside and coverd her sister's face with the white sheet .

" What have u done this ???? " Shivaang shouted angrily . "Are u out of ur mind..!!!"

"Jijuuu.... u have to understand di is no more in this world " Meghna made shivang sit and sofa and explained him .

" No meghna .... she is just sleeping " Shivaang gave false hope to himself .

" She will wake up soon " shivaang continued .

" Jiijuuu .... u have to understand that diii is no more in this world ... not for anyone atleast accept this fact for ur baby" Meghna cried. 

" but ..." Shivaang was intruppted by crying voice of a small baby .

Both of them looked towards the door . The nurse was standing with a small baby in her hands. 

" Its a baby girl " nurse informed them .

Meghna ran to the smallest member of their family . She was just wrapped in a white towel . Her eyes were closed as they are too small to see the pains in themis world . Her hands were small and milky white  in colour . Her legs were continuously moving as if she wants to just stand and run away from this cruel world . As soon as she came in the hands of meghna she stopped crying as she if she found her lost mother.  Meghna smiled seeing this innocent soul who is just 10 minutes old and lost his mother.

" jijuuu ... " meghna tried to hand the innocent soul to his father but shivaang denied as he thinks that because of baby he lost his wife .

" See she is so small to handle this cruel world. Will u not hold her hand ..??? " meghna's word melted shivaang and he took baby from meghna . Her eyes were so beautiful just as her mother.  She is a copy of her mother .

Shivaang was continously admiring her daughter .

" She is just like her mum " Shivaang praises her .

" From today she will be known as annaya ... Annaya Shivaang Malik ...." he added .

Meghna got teary eyes .

Shivaang carefully places his angel in a cruddle and covers her with a small pink blanket .

" See this is ur room Angel "
 
Annaya was induced to sleep . Shivaang smiled and lightly kissed her forehead . And went from there .

Meghna was admiring there bond by standing near the door . She smiles with tears in her eyes .

Next day

Shivaang performs last rites of kritika . He was crying from inside but from outside he is showing himself strong .

He enters in her angel's room and smiles seeing him sleeping peacefully in her masi's (mother's sister) embrance . He knocks on the door .

" Jijuuuu ...come in na ..." Meghna smiles .

" Did I disturbed the most beautiful mother-daughter in this world ??? "

Meghna gets teary eyes listening mother-daughter . But she controls herself .

" No... jijuuu "

" I want to talk to u something important "

" yes jijuuu "

" I can't live alone in this city . I need to shift to kolkata to my city . I need my mother very much now . "

" I have no problem we can shift there.  " Meghna smiled while shivaang nodded .

Shivaang slightly kissed her angel's forehead and left from here .

Next morning

The sun rises giving an indication to aur sleeping beauty annaya to wake up . The birds were chirping in their melodious voice gathered near the trees outside the annya's room . The chill wind is blowing outside and the room is warm from inside . Annaya started crying giving a signal to her masi that she is awake now .

Meghna's beauty sleep got disturbed by annaya's crying . She immediately took annaya in her embrance and tries to make him quiet .

As soon as she come in her masi's embrance she becomes quite . She thinks it as her mother's embrance .

Meghna smiled and made her lie in the cruddle .

" We are leaving for kolkata tonight only " Shivaang announced as he took a bite of her omlet. 

Meghna nodded in affirmation .

" be ready till 6 . The flight is of 8 tonight " 

" and yes please pack only necessary things . No need to over pack . " Shivaang added. 

Shivaang wiped his mouth from the tissue and left from there .

Meghna packs cloths all the jewelleries of her and kritika in a small bag .

She goes near the her table to take her files when she sees the photo of kritika . She got teary eyes .

" Dii..... " She hugs her photo .

" I'll promise I will take care of ur husband and baby " She adds .

Drops of her tears falls on the glass on the smiling face of kritika.

" I will try to be a good mother "

Suddenly annaya started crying . Meghna wipes her tears . She knows now she is only one who can take care of annaya so she had to be strong .
