Dreams come true...it's beautiful...but when nightmares come true it leaves you speechless!!!
And the one standing right now was my life's biggest nightmare. The name was enough to fill my heart with rage and anger.

I wanted to bang the door on her face right now but next second the very first question that striked me was!!!

But then my brain laughed at me...

Oh come on Ragini... don't you know why she's here???

While I was still planning a murder in my mind she did the unthinkable. She gave me a tight hug.

'Ragini ...oh my god Ragini... how are you...it's been so many years... how are' and before she could continue her drama I pushed her away. My eyes were filled with angry tears... I looked at her...she looked hurt due to my reaction only if she knew I could just go to any extent to burry this woman 7 ft under the ground right away...With a lot of difficulty I spoke up ...

'Stay away from me...don't think I don't know anything...you may have never met me for so many years but you must know that I know about you and your boyfriend!! And also about your pregnancy...and after that I don't think we can ever be acquaintances... friendship is not even into the arena!!!' I said throwing her a dirty look and she looked hurt. I didn't wait longer I just turned around and started walking inside while she voiced out...

'What is my fault Ragini??? That I loved someone? I trusted someone blindly? What would you have done in my position? Tell me?'

I clutched my fist tightly and closed my eyes. My back still faced her ..I didn't want to see her face so I just spoke up...

'First of all I would never be in your position!!! Because you are a filthy soul...I don't wanna talk to you' saying I started walking towards the staircase while she shouted...

'No Ragini...I'm not... neither was I that time...Nor am I now!!! I was always only a mother...yes I did the foolishness to hurt myself because my parents had disowned me knowing about my pregnancy and my love didn't want to accept the child... what could I have done...you tell me...but then later he understood...he consoled me and took up responsibility of our child too...it's been 3 years to our marriage now... although I don't stay here' and the moment I heard she was married to Siddhesh for 3 years I froze to death!!!

That means our marriage ... mine and his is illegal?? What kind of dirty games is he playing??? He wants an arm candy wife and a woman who is the mother of his child... what a disgusting man!!! I thought while she said...

'Ragini please I least expect you to understand me... atleast today..it's Sutta Punnav...it's an auspicious day and I'm here to celebrate it with you folks along with my husband...please Ragini' she said and my heart dropped into my stomach!!!

Does she even know that her 'so called husband' is re- married??? Now suddenly I felt pity for her. Comeon...no woman deserves this...she also has a child now...I looked at her while she opened a box and said...

'See I have got some Indian sweets as well from the local supermarket...sorry my job nowadays doesn't give me enough time to cook and then Tia eats up all my time. One naughty baby she is...just like her Pa' she said and I had tears in my eyes.

I felt like a homewrecker right now!!!
Why are you doing this Siddhesh. You have a loving wife, a daughter too...I wish I could slap him hard and knock some senses into his sick brain...

Just then Ragini was about to fill in my mouth was the motichur laddoo but suddenly we heard Siddhesh's voice...

'Heyyyy baby...no ... stop...she can't eat sweets... no don't...' and took the sweet from her hands and ate it himself. She was giggling and she happily fed him.

'Sidzyyyyy you are a baby...and she loves sweets why can't she eat it and oh by the way where is Tia' she asked and he was still trying to chew the laddoo and say...

'Sweets aren't good for Ragini..feed her some bittergourd..suits her personality' and I glared at him while he quickly looked at Malini and said 'Tia is fighting with Ryan for her chocolates' while I suddenly heard Natalie's voice...

'Oh myyyyy look look my princess is back home' she said and here Malini went to her running...

'Nuts aunty...I missed you... where are my cupcakes' she asked...

'Oh sweetheart...I have baked them fresh... eggless for today's festival...let me get some quickly' she said and I was shocked...

Natalie knows her too???
I suddenly felt like an outsider here...I started going upstairs while Natalie called out...
'Ragini...wait where are you going... have some cupcakes na...I have specially baked some honey cakes for you without sugar...they aren't too sweet' saying she quickly went to the kitchen and got some. I really didn't want this uncomfortable situation and right now I could burn the man infront of me into ashes just by one glare...who was happily eating the laddoos his 'WIFE' brought for him!!!

'Hey Mel... where's Tia' Natalie asked and I rolled my eyes.
Sweetheart...Darling...now Mel...
Natalie seems to reallllly like her!!!

'She must be coming aunty... Ryan is handling her...well atleast trying to.. because mam didnt wanna come inside the house without chocolates and neither could we let her inside the car...' she said huffing and Siddhesh chuckled saying...

'Ofcourse we can't...the call is still going on and tonight PTV's official party it is...I don't want you or her getting on someone's nerves' Siddhesh said casually

Just then Malini said...
'Ok Sidzy...let's just finish the ritual...I don't want your 'miss posessive' to come and start the drama all over again!!!' and Siddhesh smiled.

She opened the gift box from her bag and kept it on the table and Siddhesh sat infront of her on the table while Natalie brought a plate some uncooked rice grains along with a small electric diya 🪔 in it and I was confused...

To which Malini chuckled saying...
'The house has a fire alarm... hence modern day problems require modern day solutions' she took out a little box from it and kept it in the plate.

I was too confused...but next what she pulled out of her bag left me in splits!!!

It was a Rakhi!!! And I was speechless...

She opened the little box and it had vermilion in it.

What the heck is she doing???
And before I could understand she started doing the Aarti ritual and then showered some uncooked rice grains on his head. Then applied vermillion to his forehead.

I was confused and scared!!!
Why is she doing this!!!

What nonsense is this...

Siddhesh put his hand infront of her and

She was about to tie it to him. Damnnnn!!! This is wrong on so many levels!!! I know they are married why is he trying to do such rubbish.

She was almost going to tie it while I swatted Siddhesh's hand and the Rakhi fell down. Malini was shocked.

I yelled...
'Enough... why are you both doing this nonsense...I know everything... why are you doing this...'

I looked at Siddhesh and shouted...
'Dont you feel ashamed for getting Rakhi tied from your own wife... what nonsense is this' I screamed and next minute I heard from Malini...

'Wife??? Who wife???' she asked making a face...

'Enough...just few minutes back you said you are married... you have a daughter'

'Well true I do...but how does that connect to me not tying Rakhi to Siddhesh... he is like my brother!!! infact he is my brother!!! ' she said and I was pissed off...

'Enough now ...stop it...I don't know why are you doing this Malini' I screamed and I saw Natalie looked baffled..

'She is Ma...li...ni???' Natalie asked and I looked confused...

'What the hell is happening here huh??? You tying Rakhi to your husband...then calling him a brother...now Natalie who seemed to feed you pastries is now asking your name??? What the hell huhh? Can someone give me one straight answer? Just the truth please... coz I'm really not up for a tv serial drama right now'

While Siddhesh still looking calm said...
'She is like my sister. My family. She ties me Rakhi every year' he said and I wanted to hit his head on to the wall now...

'Disgusting!!! Why are you both doing this...you both have a child and even then' while I was silenced my Malini...

'Enough Ragini... what dots are you joining... Sidzy is like my brother.. has always been' and I wanted to pull my hair off...

'So you have sex with your brother and produce a child is it?' I asked and Malini screamed at once...

'Ragini...... Shutup... what the fuck are you saying....'

'Truth!!!' I smiled sarcastically...and the continued....
'I know everything...you guys may have hidden it from the world... but I know and some of our faraway relatives also know about your and Siddhesh's daughter ok... and now I'm glad I know you are married to him... however I don't know why he married me after marrying you' I screamed and Malini looked even more shocked...

'Sidzy you married her?' she asked and i shouted...

'Yes but don't worry as per Hindu marriage act our marriage isn't valid now as he is already married to you and you have a child too' I said...

To which she pressed her forehead and shouted...
'Stop it Ragini...I'm not married to Sidzy... please...'

I was annoyed now... why can't she accept the truth!!!
'Oh really you aren't married is it??? Then who is your husband??? And that child??? I know you were pregnant and probably tried an abortion too' I said and she was in tears...

'Enough Ragini...yes I'm married but not to Siddhesh... infact the child is not his child...please Ragini...this is too embarrassing' she was in tears now however I wanted to rip her husband off who was sitting quietly there...

'Enough now Malini...you can't lie having a daughter playing with Ryan outside this home...your daughter ...Tia is the name right???... atleast don't do this infront of her' I said and turned around while I heard a voice of a young girl behind me ... I could hear her shoes making pitter patter sound and could guess she is running in my direction but I didn't have the courage to see his daughter...

'Sidyboyyyyyyyyyyy I missed you' I heard with a sharp British accent and a cute young voice while next minute I saw Siddhesh rub his face clean trying to hide his tears.

I smirked at Malini who was looking at her daughter and her 'Sidzy' with tears and a sad smile...

'Huhhh even now you'll lie that it's not your and his baby huhhh?' I asked in a challenging tone and she simply looked at my face and said...

'Yes!!! Coz it's not...once....turn around and meet my daughter ... atleast look at her once...Please' she said  confidently like she was throwing a challenge at me and I turned around and what I saw left me stunned.
