Ragini's POV:

I was sitting with my bread butter toast right now but I had a mad mad urge to smudge the butter onto the man's face sitting and giggling with a certain 'best friend' of mine!!! Awwwww!!! Can we kill someone with a butter knife???

I kept applying butter to the toast it's only when Mukund Bhavaji told me...
'Raghz...looks like you are in plans on killing someone?'

'Hun' I was confused...while Mukund Bhavaji showed me the bread in my hand was crumpled while I was still applying butter on it. Given a chance I could shove it into someone's nose right now!!!

While I still kept shooting daggers at the 'good old bestie gang' including my pregnant whale of a sister who had joined them!!!

She was Shalini's ex classmate. Almost Siddhesh's age...I didn't know what bloody magic wand she had that she had woven a wholesome 'cuteness' quotient around her.

My sister was all mine till she entered our lives...well till school it was fine but after she unfortunately turned out to be the cousin of Mukund Bhavaji... that too the 'most favorite' one because of the emotional factor that her mother was disowned by the family because she married a Maharashtrian boy... and finally the family reunited after 16 big years... Malini was treated like a princess!!!

In her house!!! Fine!!!
But it started getting on my nerves when she was been pampered in our family too!!!

My mother loved her...
My sister who could exchange me for a cooker suddenly wanted a sister like her!!!

But her proximity with Siddhesh annoyed me the most!!! Because around Siddhu she would behave like Siddhu was wall and she was a lizard!!!
And since then this lizard hasn't left Siddhu!!! The only time I didn't feel bad when Siddhu went to London was he wasn't there to attend her stupid birthday party!!!

'Sidzyyyyyy...try this na...I specially made Greek salad for you' she battled her eyelashes...

Yeah!!! Go ahead!!!
He's a cow!!! Feed him grass!!!
Nonsense!!! Who eats salad for breakfast!!!
Since last night I have been tolerating her!!!
Because she arrived all of a sudden Siddhu decided he could work from India and cancelled his flight tickets!!!
And I was only raging from yesterday...

Post breakfast all of a sudden she wanted to watch a movie...and the so called 'bestie gang' decided to watch movie from my movies collection.

My foot !!! I'll kill her if she touches my laptop!!! But she was shameless...and to add on was my sister...

She opened my laptop and made me punch my password...I was fuming!!! I could see not once did Siddhesh looked at me!!! He was too busy with his friend.

I was fuming!!! I hate her!!!
They were watching movie while I just wanted to go somewhere...

I got so angry that I went to backyard and climbed on the chikoo tree and sat there!!!
My favorite place when I'm pissed off!!!
I plucked a fresh chikoo and began eating it. Rains had just poured last night and chikoo was clean. But my anger was not subsiding...I could probably crush that Malini like a chikoo...

Just then I saw her here as well...she was standing near the pool area and talking to someone on phone...

My anger literally popped out the devil horns on my head...I smirked!!!
The pool was dirty due to last night's rains...
I smirked and picked up my headphones...pretended to be busy listening to music and bumped into her hard and didn't even turn back...

While I heard a 'Splashhhhhh'
The happiness to my soul I tell you!!!
Wuffff!!!

She kept crying for help...
'Oh my god...oh my god...I can't swim...I'm drowning'

I rolled my eyes thinking...
The water is 5 feet...she is 5.8...
How the hell does a palm tree like girl drown in this much water!!!

Drama Queen!!!

While I quietly went towards the floral garden... just then I heard a voice ..
'Oh my god..Maliniii... come here' and I heard another splash!!!

This time I turned around to see a drenched in water Siddhesh carrying Malini in her arms...

My eyes turned red in anger!!!
His hands were circled around her thighs and her back while her hands were on his neck...

'Siddhuuuu you are my savior' she said and pecked his cheek!!!

That's it!!! Now I wanted to hold her hair and drown her in the same pool and post that turn Mr Siddhesh Pai upside down and clean the water by the poolside by his thick hair like a mop!!!

Siddhesh carried her inside infront of me and I was fuming!!! I clenched my fist so tightly that I digged my nails into my own palms enough to ooze blood out of my palms!!!

But while leaving... Siddhesh passed me one angry glare!!!
Don't tell me he knows I pushed her!!

Wait a minute!!!
So what if he knows!!!
I hate her!!! That's it!!!
If I could then I would drown her in Arabian sea... what is this little swimming pool!!!

I was still tolerating this 'Friends reunion!!!' who were now unpacking gifts...I just didn't want to live in this house now!!!

Instead of Siddhu can I leave to London now??? Urghhhh!!! I hate her!!!

'Ragiiiiiii....see I got you these cute little earrings...you have a cute little face na... these dangling ones would look very pretty on you...why dont you wear it tonight...we are going for a dinner tonight...you must join us' she said and I wonder what dinner is she saying about...

'Ohhh...looks like it slipped out of my mind... Siddhu, me, Shalini and Mukund Bhavaji are going out for a dinner... recalling good old memories...to our favorite... remember??? 'Hillside' restaurant...you must join us' she said while I saw Siddhesh wasn't even looking at me properly..I could however feel his eyes occasionally gauging my expressions...

Grinding my teeth yet keeping a straight face I said...
'Ohhh...no noo Malini... actually you know my classmate Prasad...he asked me to join him at my favorite cafe 'Siyas' today...I am not into this dinner and stuff!!!

You know na I love sweets and Siya's has the best chocolate pastry and their pasta is the best...But you know what is the sweetest of all....Prasaaaaaad...he is a sweetheart' I said while Siddhesh got up from the couch...

'Ummmm...Malini...it's getting late...you have to get ready na...we have to go shopping... and I'm sure other people have their own plans with their special ones...you go...get ready' he said without even sparing me a look...

'Ohhh ofcourse...I'll be back in half an hour' saying she left...
While I dialled Prasad saying...

'Heyyyyy Prasad...can you please pick me from here...we can probably spend an evening at the beach and then go to Siya's...' I said a bit loudly while now I could see Siddhesh was shooting me with his eyes!!!

I dropped the call and was about to go while I heard Siddhesh say ..
'Ragini... how much do you know this Prasad fellow huhhh??? You think it's safe to go with him to beach and then a cafe'

And before he completed I turned around and saw him
..asked him quirkily...

'Why??? Does it bother you??? Are you jealous???' to which he rolled his eyes saying ..

'Enough Ragini...I'm not a dumb teenager to feel jealous of these silly things...it's just about your safety...you will turn 18 in a month or so... atleast behave your age...don't behave stupid...I just said because it's not safe!!! Further do whatever you want' saying he left from there!!!

I had angry tears in my eyes!!!
I had no plans to go with Prasad... infact even if he is the last person on planet earth I wouldn't go with him!!
He was clingy...cringy and creepy!!!
But Siddhesh's reaction made me sad...
Just then I saw Malini step out of her room wearing a chic black dress which was barely covering her thighs...

Don't tell me Siddhu will go with her on a dinner!!! The heck!!! No ways!!!

My sister was praising her like she was some Miss Universe or Miss World!!!

I could not let her go like this with Siddhesh...she came to me and asked...
'How am I looking Ragini???'

'Oh my god...are those dark circles...they look so prominent...' I said faking my concerns and she quickly pulled out her phone and said...

'Damnnnn you are so right Ragini... thank you ..let me do some touchup'

I smirked!!! I ran into my room and brought my toy cockroach that could be operated with a remote control...

I left the toy into her room and made to crawl it on her foot just while she was applying her eye make up...the minute she saw it she freaked out and screamed loudly...

'Cockrooooooooach' and she ended up smudging her mascara and make up powder and ended up looking like a witch in real!!! I couldn't stop laughing while she ran from the room but my face fell when she crashed into Siddhu and hugged him tightly...

Siddhesh was cooing her with love, caressing her hair...I wanted to rip his hands off...I almost imagined a 'Thakur from Sholay movie' right now!!!

Ye Haath mujhe Dede Siddhuuuu!!! Naiiii!!!

He took her in his arms and stepped into her room and saw the toy cockroach. While he yelled my name...

'Raginiiiiii...come here...I know it's you'

Damnnnn!!! How did I forget...he had got this toy for me when I was in tenth!!!
Im dead meat!!!

'Raginiiii' he screamed and I flinched at his tone...

I slowly went and stood infront of me...

'How old are you Ragini... when will your peanut sized brain grow??? What kind of a stupid prank was that??? Look at Malini...she is still shivering in fear...you are turning into a brat day by day Ragini...you must grow up... start using your brains...you just do anything in the fit of your anger...god alone knows when will you learn to act your age..I don't understand why do I expect maturity from you ..you are a fool...you just don't think and do anything stupid to prove your point...but this was idiotic... shame on you...she freaked out... everyone has their own fears...stop this and grow up' he went on and on until Malini stopped her...

'Sidzyyy it's ok... she's a kid'

'No Malini... wrong is wrong...she must grow up..I don't expect her to be as matured as perfect as you are...you but atleast not like this... when will she understand how to behave with people' and he left from there to his room.

I was numb!!! He thinks Malini is way better than me!!! He thinks she is perfect!!!
They are of the same age group too!!!
Probably this is why Siddhesh said no to me!!!
Maybe he likes Malini...if not why are they in touch after so many years...

My head was spinning and hot tears pricking my eyes!!!

Siddhesh came dressed in his blue three piece suit and they left for dinner...I helplessly saw them going... Suddenly Malini held Siddhesh by his arms and pulled him closer. I felt something breaking inside me...I felt like a fool now!!! I didn't want to do anything go anywhere...do anything!!!

It hurt me!!! But I made sure to not shed any tears although they were ready to fall from my eyes...but they were traitor's...they escaped my eyes as i saw his gaze on me...he was still angry!!!

'Hey Ragini are you not going with Prasad?' Malini asked...

'Nope...I like it alone' saying I ran into my room and closed the door with a thud.
I just wanted to cry...till pillows soak all my tears!!!
