Subaru painfully opened his eyes ....he wasn't in his house.."what the!" He was in a queen sized bed with expensive sleek red covers a head board  with special designs imprinted on it and infront of him was a little inground pool......with yes sharks swimming around

(I always let Subaru get abused *laughs*)

He sat up and move his body but his legs were chained to the bed....

"I see my little bunny is up~"

Subaru eyes widen in horror and he looked up and KarlHeinz walked in the door and he sighed heavily ...."you don't like our room?"

Subaru growled...."let me go no-!"
KarlHeinz held up his finger to his lips.."shhh..... not now your body is injured ....."

Subaru raised a brow ..."what are you talking about?!"

Then a pain shot through his back...."ahh!!"

Karl sighed...."poor child you lost a fight with a bear wondering by yourself "

Karl sat infront of him...."two days ago bunny..."

Karl sighed...."Subaru if you don't cooperate I will have to start punishing you my bunny " he then showed a sinister smirk .

Subaru sighed annoyed and stripped down only his pants cuz he couldn't move his legs and Karl got on the bed behind him and he checked the deep gashes .....

Karl tilt his head....."they still fresh...." he then rubbed the deep scars... Subaru screamed...."AHHH!!!! It hur-"
Karl yank his head back on his neck and Subaru grunted softly and he licked his tear...."what ...pain gives me such pleasure you forgot bun?~" Subaru closed his eyes and swallowed hard...."I'm gonna take care of you......" he whispered in his ear ...."after I mark you.." he smirked and bit into his neck...

"Ughhh!" Subaru gasped in pain as he winced and he used his hand to grab his Karl hair to try and pry him off but Karl grabbed his hand and pulled both his arms back biting deeper.....
"Mmm" Karl groaned sucking him draining him...

Subaru kept looking at the ceiling flinching every time he try to squirm and he started to get dizzy........

He started going in and out....."oh no my bun..... you gotta stay up..." he pulled away and licked his neck Subaru head still stayed put looking up at the ceiling ... he was weak..

Karl pulled his face down slowly and he unchained his feet......"you look cute when you not mad.." he rolled him over on his back and he stripped him smirking . Subaru growled underneath his breathe and he smacked his ass cheek..."hush let me admire my creation .." he chuckled to himself and he kissed his cheek up to his neck and Subaru kept breathing hard trying to gather up all his energy .....

Karl then licked up his wounds and Subaru hissed gripping the covers as his wounds burned ..... Karl sighs..."I drained your blood to clean you... i feed you fresh blood if you act nice..." he then shoved his fingers into Subaru mouth and he rubbed his hair..."just relax"

Subaru softly groaned under his breathe he was still weak but he wanted to kick the mans ass and he shoved two fingers inside..."uhh!" Subaru panted and he gripped the covers and Karl started moving inside him and kissing his neck..."nnh~ ....ah" he groaned in pain and discomfort ...."I'm sorry bun bun want me to be gentle " he just panted and stayed quiet and he sighed and he made him face him making him lay on his back...."guess I gotta make you speak ..." he had a death glare and he grabbed his hips and dragged him down and he unbuckled his pants....

Subaru growled...."d-don't you d-" Karl smirked and he shoved himself with out warning....
Subaru screamed..."Fuck!!!" Tears stung his eyes and Karl held his hips down looking down on him...."you will stay will with me even after you get better these are my rules ....no more seeing your brothers...... my special bun..." he watched Subaru arm covering his eyes panting hard .

He started to thrust..."Ahh!" Subaru grit his teeth  and Karl chuckled...."the pain gonna stop once you relax ..." Karl flinched for a second ....."scary still cute "  he cleaned himself up and let him lay down ...."I be back in a little while to sleep with you and we play some more in the morning and check your ba-"
Subaru was already knocked out with the bunny ears on his head and Karl cried thinking how cute he was sleep and he chuckled and left right out the door .......

" so I broke the difficult hot head.." he sighed
