You continued to slam on the gas pedal missing no green lights. Sharp turn after Sharp turn, Ian finally spoke. "What's going on, exactly." A smug grin spread across your face. "There may or may not be a new Legend of Zelda game coming out today." Ian jaw dropped and his eyes widened. He jumped up and down in his seat and started to squeal. "Noooo Waaaaaaaaayyyyy!!!" He said in a high pitched voice. Because of you fast and furious driving, you got to the game store 5 minutes later. What Ian didn't know is that you were really wanting to go to Champs the basketball store. (You can change it if you want) You and Ian walked in the mall and you parted ways without Ian even knowing. Swiftly drifting towards the champ store you spot a Jersey and you almost cry out in excitement. Moments later, after you bought the shirt, you place it in a bag that was given to you and leave the store with five minutes time. You felt very excited that you got your favorite basketball players number on the back. (Like I said, you can change the sport). In just a few seconds you spotted Ian gloating around GameStop. As you looked at him you thought of middle school. He had the same behavior when he was searching through the library. You giggled and walked toward him. "Did you find it?" You asked as he roamed through the Wii section. "Not...yet." He said his eye contact still on the millions of games he could choose. "Just don't stay too long. I want some food." You whined. Ian smiled and looked down at his feet. "(Y/n)? I have something to tell you-" his sentence was cut off by a ringtone. The buzz of your back pocket notified you that someone's calling. The caller ID made you roll your eyes. "What's wrong?" Ian asked worried. "Nothing," you answered. "It's just work calling me to go in." Ian nodded slowly and looked away as if he'd done something wrong. "Well if you have to go to work I can drive you." Ian insisted. With your phone still ringing you and Ian wander off towards the parking lot. You realized Ian didn't get his game. "It's okay," he started as if he could read your mind. "Anthony will get it."
